“Good Faith”

Politico- Pfizer is suing Poland over vaccines. This is how we got here

Pfizer is presenting Tusk with a salty bill, which could reach as high as €1.2 billion based on a price of €19.50 per dose as reported by the Financial Times (the exact details of the contract remain secret). It also comes at a time when Poland’s usually muscular economy is in the doldrums; for Pfizer, however, it’s a clear signal to any countries that may want to wiggle out of paying what they owe.

The Pfizer spokesperson said the decision had been made “following a prolonged contractual breach, and a period of discussions in good faith between the parties.”

Pfizer, J&J, plus billy Gates are being sued (class action suit) in India, and India has basically English common Law. So it will be interesting to see how that goes, as it could trigger more law suits in other countries that use an English common law system.

    1. Or countersue because of the costs of “excess” deaths and injuries associated with the jabs.

  1. The European Commission (EU) is playing with fire. If I understand the issue correctly, the EU negotiated a deal with Pfizer (without providing details to the members of the EU…and still refuse to do so completely). This obligated the EU members to pay for the massive promissory of “vaccines” whether they could afford them or no…or whether they needed them or no.

This might end up being a catalyst that makes Brexit look like an opening act.

  2. Saving the world, one unnecessary shot at a time.. Success was never part of the deal.. Paying the bill was.. Exactly why the seasonal flu had to be ended at that moment in time (Donald Trump) is anybody’s guess..

A dodgy pandemic without a vaccine backdrop would make the anti Trump lockdowns look unnecessary.. Pfizer glady made the deal with the only vaccine to fill such a large order, mRNA gene therapy.. Traditional vaccines could not be produced to fill such a large order..

And who placed the order for such a large amount?.. Our politicians.. Who controls them?.. Our oligarchs..
    Now pay your bill..

    1. He did indeed. It’s his one major failing to counter an otherwise impressive record while in charge.

Recall also that it was the DEMOCRATS (Biden, Harris, Pelosi, Clinton, Sanders, Schumer, et all…) that went on record saying that they would NEVER take the “Trump Vaccine,” claiming that they did not know what was in it. They were the [original] vaccine-hesitants!

      1. This sounds about right –

“Earlier this week, Patrick Vallance — the United Kingdom’s Chief Scientific Advisor from 2018 to 2023 — gave testimony to the UK COVID-19 Inquiry. Vallance’s testimony drew headlines because in his 2020 diary entries, he wrote that Prime Minister Boris Johnson had been “bamboozled” by the science presented to him by his advisors.”

” “…the purpose of these visual aids is not to make a phenomenon more understandable, but to bombard the public with so much eye-catching fear…”

Aye, indeed. With apologies to Tennyson:

Hockey sticks to right of them,
Hockey sticks to left of them,
Hockey sticks in front of them
        So they faltered and blundered…”

  3. It would be a valid law suit if their product actually worked like they said. But it doesn’t and noone should be forced to pay for a faulty product.

    1. That’s the problem: it wasn’t Pfizer that made the claims that you wouldn’t get sick, and you wouldn’t infect others. Their documentation says very clearly that what their shot does is *mitigate symptoms*. Nothing more. And there are millions of people who would attest that the shot helped them avoid the worst COVID symptoms. It was goverment and their minions promoting the “safe and effective” and “you won’t kill grandma” propaganda narrative. There was a leaked version of the supply contract floating around a few years ago that was also very clear in commiting the signers (governments) to paying for the product whether they used the doses or not, whether they were effective or not. Non-payment penalties were part of the deal. Every country that signed the contract effectively signed their people into debt slavery because Pfizer was guaranteed their money, no matter what.

      1. Pfizer Moderna made numerous errors in collecting and reporting data.
For example, reporting of negative outcomes on the vax side was delayed so conclusions were misleading. Manufacturing processes were changed after the trials resulting in even worse outcomes for the vaxed.

      2. Pfizer included an undisclosed SV40 promotor in the sequence of the mRNA for the spike. That’s fraud. This is not just lawfare, it’s legal terrorism.

      3. There are precisely zero people who can attest that their covid experimental gene therapy “helped them avoid the worst COVID symptoms.” Because no one anywhere turned back time to experience their bout with a new variant of the common cold virus without having taken the gene therapy. So no one has any way to compare. COVID was always a mild cold.

But what you say about our demented politicians is bang on. Only a brain dead politician would sign these predatory contracts.

  4. In comments reported by Rynek Zdrowia, Polish Health Minister Katarzyna Sójka said that it was a difficult case, but that there was a chance to end the dispute “in a positive way.”

I dunno. “FOAD” seems fairly positive to me. Further, if the Commission is the one that made the deal, let the Commission deal w/ the fallout.
