   Our problems have problems.. The government would rather fight white nationalism (kick the dog) than face the fact that we have bigger problems.. One is opposed to government policy and the other is opposed to the people in that nation..

   A phobia is a unfounded fear.. Would you send your Jewish kids to school in Montreal?.. Will you be kicking that dog or kissing its ass?.. We know the answer..

Upon reading that “global warming” article, I need to remind and reassure myself of the Ceeb’s miniscule viewership, because omg the number of obtuse comments from their emotionally driven, logic defying, readers is stunning/scary. Their obvious detachment from reality suggests to me they are either very wealthy and have been able to comfortably withstand rising costs of living, or academics who embrace the theoretical/utopian concept, or those who are business/government stakeholders (corrupt grifters) looking to scam/fleece taxpayers, or those who’ve succumbed to years of brainwashing pushed by the media and all of the above. Unsurprisingly, they are the very same people who are in favor of DEI, ESG, wokism, open borders, WHO, UN, etc.

      Isn’t it, though? Tried to comment on another CBC story yesterday only to find the comments closed after 400 or so…it was just going horribly against The Narrative. Any story bashing Conservatives, Republicans or Donald Trump will easily go to 3-5 thousand comments.

      Defund them ASAP. Let the Liberals pay for their own propaganda and leave my tax dollars alone.

    For the record. The name of the street is Deacon Road, not Deacond Road. (no “d” at the end), and the neighborhood is Outremont, not Cote-des-Neiges, although the two areas are neighbors. I grew up in that area, and was confirmed and had 1st communion at nearby St. Raphael’s church… which has since been decommissioned due to declining English speaking population in the neighborhood. It was the last English speaking parish in the Outremont borough, and has since been converted into a palliative care hospice.
    (sorry… couldn’t help but lament. You really can’t go home again.)
    But suffice it to say… so much for CTV’s journalism standards.
