2. In adding insult to injury, it is paying the half-billion dollar demolition cost in part through a water bond that state voters once thought would build new—not explode existing—dams.

   CA is broken beyond repair. A supermajority of the least and the dullest are in complete control. And ballot propositions all have deliberately deceptive Titles that describe the exact opposite of what they actually accomplish. There is no way to vote our way out of this … it is destined for total economic collapse. Then, Blackrock will swoop in and buy up properties at cut rate prices. I fear I missed my window of escape in 2021/22
