  11. I found it interesting that ‘Eritreans’ was not a noun used on TV or in radio reports. It was ‘two opposing groups’. No sh*t, Sherlock.

  21. I was a bit taken aback at the hostility expressed towards the Eritreans, indeed here in the SDA comments but especially around town in Calgary. I don’t get it. My complaint is that they didn’t book the field formally and sell tickets. If they’ve got concerns amongst themselves, I rather appreciate it that they’re working it out amongst themselves, and not involving the state and the taxpayer. They’re not attacking us. Look, if they ever start attacking other people, then great, crack down, deport them, whatever. But who are they harming now?
