   With Siemens, everything is WAY overpriced to begin with. So all the downtime and additional $1 billion is just par for the course. Even if they foot the bill it just doesn’t matter. They’ll never fail, markups there are probably 20x cost .
   This looks really bad but no, – the overall scam is much much worse.
