In case you’re wondering, Romania is (and has always been) an agricultural based economy. Corn, Soy, wheat etc. Their primary trading partners are the EU (Germany, France, Italy).
Now, think back to the eating bugs scenario being pushed from the upper echelons of the elites. The way to force that scenario is to make a large swath of population reliant on a concentrated producer. When the time is right, you just shut down that producer to shape society to your goals. Now, think about what’s going on in the Netherlands. Essentially, they are shutting down certain food producers so they can gain better control of what is available to the masses. I could go into a dissertation on how a payment to the Bidens might help accomplish this. But, the short answer is that Romania is looking to increase production to cover the holes of those producers being shut down by rogue governments.
