  1. I’ve only been taking 4,000 IU daily since Feb. 2020 … never miss a day. I believe EVERY medication can be overdosed, and so I tend toward the cautious side …

Nope. I’ve not caught COVID, although EVERYONE on my street has … and we have regular block parties. All of my clients have caught COVID. My children have all caught COVID. And most of my wife’s elementary school class has caught COVID … except her or me.

HOWEVER … one caveat … I’ve never been tested. But I haven’t been sick either.

    1. My perfect track record of not being sick for 3 years ended last month. I wasn’t feeling ill per say, but rather than go into the details, things just didn’t feel right. And as suddenly as the illness (whatever it was) came, the symptoms disappeared just as suddenly last Friday evening. One hour I was feeling fine, the next, I was down. Last Friday, I was struggling until around 10 pm, when suddenly I was A-OK again.
What the heck was it, I don’t know, and I don’t care to find out, but if it was the coof, then I’ve just been blessed with natural immunity.
I’ve been taking 5000 IU vit D, along with 1000 mg vit C, with Zinc and Quercetin, for the past 2 years. I’m guessing that’s what saved my neck.

        My experience mirrors yours…
Taking Vit D 5-6000IU daily, Vit K, daily, Vit Cw/ zince again, daily.

Have not had do much as a sniffle since 2003, when I’m convinced I caught the SARs bug…3 business trips to Toronto that year.

Down for 5 days 103.5 fever..felt like death warmed over…. since..??

        Nada – Pure Blood.

    2. Everybody who caught a cold caught covid. The insane stupidity is beyond belief. There is no valid test for anything called covid.

  2. I take 4000 IU and my wife 5000 IU. We live in the least sunny inland location in the continental US – NW Montana and we have fewer sunny days than Seattle, to give you an idea.

If you overdose some vitamins it’s ok as they pass through your system. Vitamin D does NOT do that. It builds up in your system as calcium but you have take well over 10,000 IU.

The speaker here says Vitamin D is expensive. You can go to Costco here in the US – buy (600) 5,000 gels for only $14.51 so that is
basically a years supply for two people. It’s dirt cheap in America.

  3. I have never been vaxed, and therefore haven’t “caught covid”. That said, I had flown to London recently and upon descending into Heathrow we flew through MASSIVE chemtrail clouds sitting just above the normal clouds. Almost immediately, my nose started running and wouldn’t stop. I went through boxes of Kleenex until I was able to pop some Reactine. That kept my sinuses under control so long as I kept popping Reactine every other day.

My symptoms continued for a week, but within two days of returning home my symptoms disappeared.

There is no such thing as Covid or any other form of contagious virus. And viruses are not what those behind the curtain tell us they are.

But there are no shortage of toxins we are encouraged to be exposed to in the “fight” against the non-existent Coronahoax that would weaken our immune systems and make us sick. Such as vaccines. And hand sanitizer. And rebreathing our exhaled air through a filthy mask.

      1. If you don’t get vaccinated, you are unlikely to get chicken pox.

The same is true for polio.

Vaccination is witchcraft – it has nothing whatsoever to do with science. Its creators were all quacks.

  4. So happy to see Dr. Campbell revisit this subject. As an autoimmune sufferer (low thyroid) for the past 50 years, with anxiety/depression to boot, I upped my D3 to 4,000 IU as soon as I first saw Dr. Campbell here on YouTube. I think it’s been a couple of years now.
I took up Stats Can on its fine offer, for the eldest person at my randomly chosen address, to test my blood for Covid antibodies; I got the two shots to save my job in health care.
It took 10 months to get the results, but they claimed I had both antibodies from the shots, AND from exposure. How is there a difference? (I was sick after the second shot, sicker than I’ve ever been.)
Anyway, now I can go up to 5,000 IU/day without worrying about it. Thanks for sharing this video!

    1. Odds are your thyroid issues were caused by the poison poured into much of the world’s drinking water – fluoride. Your body is unable to distinguish between iodine (which fuels your thyroid) and flouride (which damages it).

Consider taking a Candida cleanse if you have unexplained anxiety/depression. I took the cleanse prescribed by Dr. Jennifer Daniels and felt serious relief within 24 hours, along with a clearing up of long-term brain fog, difficulty sleeping, and other skin and gut issues.

        1. Yes. Though you have to be sure that you are ingesting food-grade turpentine, and not the industry-byproduct meant to clean paint brushes. The industry version is laced with toxic chemicals.

Even then, you should take no more than a teaspoon, and ideally absorbed into a small sugar cube for maximum effect.

Turpentine was known to be a cure-all for gut issues and was taken preventatively back in the day. Before it became demonized by those who pushed out every form of medicine not in line with pharmaceutical witchcraft, which pretends to be scientific.

  5. Im still waiting for either Covid or Trudeau to come get me.. As I have said before, it was all for nothing.. A big fat lib-left professional PSYOP to grab the wheel from Trumps MAGA movement..

The only question is how organic the debacle was.. How much of it was human nature and how much was top down evil.. For Gods sake politicians and the local school board were in charge of your health.. Even now its absurd to even think it could happen.. But it did and most people went along with it without a second thought..

Who knows maybe I’m the moron and I won the disagreeable man lottery?.. When you say no to most everything you have a 50% chance of being right.. Those are good odds :)..

    1. I really don’t know what to believe about Covid. Real? Fake? My immune system is pretty robust. My husband gets sick every year. Not me. I can recall each time I’ve had the flu because it’s so rare. But when I get it, it’s bad. And, last July, it was really, really bad. For both of us.

Husband and I were taking at least 4000 IU Vitamin D long before Wu Flu, adjusting it seasonally. When the Chinese Pox hit, our regimen included D3, K2, Magnesium, Quercetin, Zinc, and NAC+. But then our luck ran out and we were hit hard; we were sick for a month. He recovered faster but I felt like I would never feel well again.

What I found particularly interesting was that we got sick in July. We’ve only ever been sick in the winter months. I can’t recall ever being sick in the summer. Weird.

      1. Where did the flu go during the so called peak of “covid”? Right it was renamed “covid”. The deaths were lies those who died, died of underlying medical problems. Computer models were being used to project deaths that never happened. The information and truth available is astounding yet people prefer to believe lies. Oh well.

  6. I started megadosing on Vitamin D, 10,000 IU daily, on the advice of old SDA poster Loki (whatever happened to Loki, anyway?). Originally to treat join stiffness in winter but I haven’t had a cold or flu since. I caught the Kung Flu back in March ’22 and it lasted for a day and half. Felt like a moderate cold.

  7. Our 11 year old dog goes outside in the morning to the sunny spot on our back deck. If his instincts are get sun on his body then we should be getting sun on ours. Our front porch deck faces South and we have an old chair so on sunny days that’s where I do the daily Sudoku. As long as there;s no wind you can sit out even in Winter as long as there is sun.

  8. The cited paper addresses only the safety of taking large amounts of D3.

It doesn’t address whether there are ailments that are best treated by large amounts of D3. Rickets, for example, doesn’t require 50,000 units per day for treatment — 4,000 units seems to work just fine.

And in fact I’m hard pressed to find any ailments where large amounts of D3 have provable benefit.

“OMNS (May 2, 2023) More than 460 million people, almost 6% of the world’s population, are suffering from type 2 diabetes, the most common form. Over 1 million deaths per year can be attributed to this condition, which makes it a leading cause of death. And the number of new cases is constantly increasing worldwide. By 2030, more than 7% will be suffering from type 2 diabetes. [1]

Besides the high number of fatalities caused by diabetes in “normal”, non-pandemic years, it is also one of the most important risk factors for severe or fatal courses of Covid-19. A new meta-analysis shows that diabetes is responsible for 17% of deaths from Covid-19. Diabetes is a strong risk factor for fatal courses of infectious diseases. To date, there are more than 7.5 million official Covid-deaths. Based on the results of the new meta-analysis, approx. 1.3 million of these deaths could have been avoided if no one in the world suffered from diabetes. [2]

Diabetes has various causes and risk factors, including an unhealthy pro-inflammatory diet, lack of physical activity, overweight/obesity, several micronutrient deficiencies, and mitochondrial dysfunction. [3] Diabetes can be greatly reduced and even reversed using a low-carbohydrate diet, a ketogenic diet, or intermittent fasting. [4-6] However, this article will focus on the role of vitamin D.”
