Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

Too bad we no longer have a stable oil supply.
BS – China owns Biden. Bought and paid for with cash. They own everyone including Turdeau.
Dont know. And neither does he. He’s awaiting instructions from Beijing.
Decouple from China? We can’t and neither can the States. Our economies rely on China to supply the cheap, mass produced goods that we no longer have the manufacturing infrastructure to produce ourselves. That’s not even considering the massive overhead that our tax regime, energy boondoggle, and regulatory nightmare imposes on anyone who dares to make anything here.
In order to “decouple” from China we would have to invest over a trillion dollars in our decrepit road and rail networks and multiples of that for energy production and distribution and then provide trillions in loan guarantees to the companies to build the factories and all the equipment required to fill them. We couldn’t afford to do that even if the Turd wasn’t already pissing away the equivalent amounts on his flights of fancy.
Chris – you’re right. Where would I buy my cheap Costco designer shirts?
According to Forbes, China’s GDP will pass the US in 2035 (assuming nothing major, like using AI for manufacturing or fusion power, happens) By 2075, Nigeria will pass the US in GDP.
An interesting observation from the Forbes article:
“Also periling the global economy are the immense costs associated with climate change and a likely increase in trade restrictions (dubbed “slowbalization”), according to Goldman…”

Opposites World.
These are Serial Liars..
Whatever they promise to do,expect the opposite.
“Decouple” almost as meaningful as Trudy’s BS about Oil “Just Transition”.
The sooner we throw every supporter of Confederation out of our New Country, the better.
All the more for Hunter.

Trudeau would choose China. No contest.
Question is: will the Liberal caucus let him? (NDP are CCP of course)
The chicoms have owned the LPC ever since T1. He was a chicom stooge. Along the way he gathered up a who’s who of librano cabinet ministers. They sold the country out out for pennies on the dollar. Scoundrels and thieves every-last-one. So embedded and beholden to the chicoms are the traitors that a former prime minister last week suggested that chinese interference in Canadian politics is ” no big deal”.
I don’t think they grasp the size of the manufacturing base and the capacity that exists in China.
And of courses costs are quite different.
“The Coming War on China, from award winning journalist John Pilger, reveals what the news doesn’t – that the world’s greatest military power, the United States, and the world’s second economic power, China, both nuclear-armed, may well be on the road to war.”

L – If the Trudeau government uncoupled from China there would be
a number of Liberal MP seats vacant, most notably Trudeau’s.
China, India Russia, Middle-East, Latin America and Africa think the
U.S. under Pres. Biden have lost their mind.
Stumblin’ Joe playing the role of the lead lemming superbly.
Both work for China, so …
Will never happen. Whatever would we do without Canadian Tire and Princess Auto?
Global decoupling, hahahahahahaha
