11. The Bongs ‘just transition’ is a face slapper on a number of fronts. The very language is an insult.

    Transition in the labor force is a function of the market. Right now oilfield workers are in demand. There is a shortage. The wages that are being paid reflect this. I talked to a young guy who works in the Frac industry. He’s making 250k. Not a bad wage for a guy with grade 12
