I’d say team Trudeau’s strategy is to make big splashy announcements of procuring equipment for Ukraine. The strategy is a PR campaign designed to make it look like they’re actually doing something.
Whether that equipment is actually delivered, no one seems to check.
And some of the orders are for delivery way into the future. Who knows if they’ll be delivered?
