1. In any third party payer healthcare, the patient isn’t the customer, and the incentives are perverse.

   All the “benefits” turned out to belong to the bureaus.

   Taxpayer gets to pay even more,without even the promise of those imaginary benefits..
   And then as the true nature of the Kleptocrats becomes fully exposed,the liars and thieves start “appealing to their victims patriotism”.
