9. FYI … that doesn’t look like any CA license plate format I’m familiar with. We don’t have black and white license plates. Front plates don’t carry Month and Year registration stickers … and the CA DMV does not issue “temporary” plates. Only Dealers have pre-purchase, pre-registration “plates” … displayed in windows, never on the bumper. Further, the Month and Year registration stickers are color coded … not black and white.

   Something amiss here … and I believe the local PD should do some research. Next time photograph the VIN # … required to be visible through the front windshield … lower edge, drivers side.

      1. And the only paper “plates” are Dealer “plates” … which are not really license plates … as I said, CA does not issue “temporary” plates. And the paper Dealer “plates” look nothing like a license plate, and are required to be displayed inside the rear window glass. So this is a xerox of a license plate … intended to deceive. The person displaying it is a CRIMINAL, and should be prosecuted.

            1. My info isn’t up to date. Yes, in 2019, the DMV instituted temporary dealer plates in black and white. And this plate follows the correct letter and number sequencing. So this is a new car … less than a month old. Easily traced to the dealer and buyer. Wanna bet the car is registered to The Soros CA Fund? Brand new e-car bought to chase down Free Speech and kill it.
