  1. Progressive Calgary mayor Jyoti Gondek is now sitting at a 35 per cent approval rating, down from 38 per cent in the spring , while 55 per cent of those polled disapprove of her performance in her first year.

Likewise; ThinkHQ, said the numbers are not looking good for council. “I mean, we’ve never seen (numbers) this low,

    1. Well, she is a SOROS Favourite now isn’t she..??

Never heard of this Commie CLIMATARD bitch before….and becomes Mayor coincidently the same time that Calgary uses Dominion voting Machines.

For those that live here in CALGARY:
Who all besides me, voted for Jeremy Farkass..???, who by all rights, IMO, shoulda been our mayor.

If any believe that our election process here Canada wide has been untouched by SOROS lucre…?? you’re dreaming in Technicolour

      1. Steakman – I don’t know about Soros funding but I know before the election she was a media darling because she was a vocal fan of Seattle or Portland’s defund-the-police movements. I told everyone I know not to vote for her. Then she declared a climate emergency immediately AFTER the election. In Calgary of all places. She topped it off by trying to negotiate, in bad faith, with Murray Edwards on the rink deal after adding CO2 mitigation charges to the deal. Edwards played hard ball. At least council voted to not let her negotiate with anyone on her own ever again. 33% approval rating? Who the hell are these 33%??

        1. “Who the hell are these 33%??”

The same idiots who called for lockdowns, mask mandates & forced jabs.

      2. Oh they weren’t Dominion, said Elections Calgary. They were programmable and manipulatable nonetheless.
I knew the fix was in when the Elections Calgary PSA’s were mirroring Gone-Bitch’s campaign platform.

    1. Carfentanyl is used in veterinary medicine on large animals, ie., elephants. A dose the size of a grain of salt will kill a human.

  2. Trump will be 78 in 2024 and 82 at end of his term – should he win the presidency.

One particular worry about old age is senile dementia. Outbursts of anger and intemperate language are key indicators of dementia. Frontal lobe deterioration is the main cause. The frontal lobes control emotion and behavior.

Trump has called Musk a “bullshitter” and has also said that he is in possession of private information about DeSantis that could damage his political career should DeSantis run for the presidency. These ill considered, coarse and threatening remarks about potential political allies shows a lack of political judgement and suggest that the inevitable old age deterioration of the brain is occurring.

Or maybe it’s all about the strawberries.

    1. DeSantis was asked recently if he was going to run for President and didnt say “No”. Word is that infuriated Trump because they apparently had a deal that DeSantis would not run against him and would be his running mate. Add to this the rumors that DeSantis is being courted by the Establishment, Paul Ryan, Kevin McCarthy, McConnell, etc and you have a volatile situation. Politics in the big leagues in not for the faint hearted.

    2. Trump, who I did not support when he run for nomination, but supported wholeheartedly when he run and won (both) against Hitlery and against Captain Alzheimer, should f*** off now, and make room for DeSantis. Despite all Trump’s positives, the man has an insane ego and I don’t think that he is able to comprehend that his time has passed. Unfairly, true, but that is not about him.

        1. Doubt that. Trump is damaged goods and DeSantis is not an establishment candidate. If Trump and his base try to frame DeSantis as establishment it will probably backfire and will be seen as highly disingenuous.

          1. Because that’s what Reddit tells you Colon. Right?
You may as well get your info from the View.
You apparently have zero clue that Reddit is a leftist cesspool.

          2. Ward – It wasn’t Reddit who said Trump’s best-before date has expired, it was the electorate. Trump’s endorsement was a Judas kiss to those he endorsed, Like Dr Oz who was defeated by a mental invalid in Penn. There would have been a red wave if it wasn’t for the general dislike of Trump among independent voters. A Republican commentator was asked if DeSantis would be hurt by his sending illegal immigrants to Martha’s Vineyard “under false pretenses”. He replied “He won by 20 points and had huge gains from the Hispanic electorate. What do you think?”.

          3. FWIW, agreed.
            Trump’s time is over.
A lot of people would vote for Harper but the Left’s response to his return would be apoplectic.
DeSantis and Pollievre are going into Epic Shitshows and they will need to battle traitorous bureaucrats, angry press and Leftard Freaks.
It’s not something for Old Timers.

          4. Ward, in case it has has escaped limited your attention span, I only link source material from reddit, not commentary or opinions. And for source material (again, not for analysis) on some issues, like the invasion of Ukraine by the Siberian horde (that got decimated yesterday, yay), reddit is the place to go. HTH.

Also, regarding Trump, it wasn’t reddit, your mother told me that.

    3. Y’all going to blame Trump when GOP wins control of the House and maybe Senate? This Trump blame game is better left to the pinheads at FOX, CNN and MSNBC. The worse part of the mid-terms is how every Democrat Governor with the most capricious COVID mandates and worse results held office. NJ was earlier, but NY, PA, MI, WI, IL and CA all put them back in power. COVID aside, each of these states are losing their populations, businesses are leaving or are threatening to leave, murder and crime rates sky high and yet just about all SOROS backed DA’s won. The fact Fetterman won proves Biden didn’t.

    1. The moment the linked yesterday comedy of the Siberian commander getting orders to withdraw to the eastern bank of Dnieper and to abandon Kherson on life TV, reached the front line units, a massive route started. There was no organized withdrawal. Nobody even tried to cover the retreat or to keep some resemblance of an organization going.

Because none in Orgrimmar, comprehends the notion of loyalty. Every day the mental slaves have been conditioned to fear and acceptance of a rule of thug. You can’t build a functioning organization with that material, never mind an army. They all hate each other, they brutalize each other (homosexual rape is a common form of discipline in the orc army, yes it is). They all accept that and all will use every opportunity to act out their frustrations on those below them.

So when the news reached the frontline, every Mongol felt they were being abandoned and left as speedbumps for the Ukrainian attack. So they all run to the handful of available crossings. Jammed every road and intersection. And then Ukrainian artillery rained in on them. It was biblical. It was Austerlitz. Bridges were hit, traffic jams were hit. Orc had nowhere to run and those behind them kept pushing.

It is too early to talk of loses but this was probably the day of highest orc loses yet. Pro-russian independent sources talk of thousands either dead or taken prisoner. I will not speculate but this was never as bad for orcs before. How far can Ukrainians push? Will russians manage to hold bridgeheads? Will there be street fighting. I don’t think so. We will see. I don’t expect Ukrainians crossing Dnieper either. But they have surprised me more than once in the past.

      Slava Ukraine!
      Russkij, idi na chuj!

    1. She can f***right off. No more compliance period. The cowards can try and kill me face to face. Masks cannot f****** stop a virus, period.

      1. VOWG

No shit…that Degenerate POS can Kiss my (_i_)….as well.

And she knows damned well masks have zero efficacy, but One quick glance to the Chinese population here, and they, like good little compliant folks, ALL wearing masks these days.

CLASSIC fear Mongering over Sweet F aLL. Multiple layers no less..!!

  3. The Canadian media reminds us today, that Remembrance Day is all about blacks, indians, and women. And their struggles against racism in Canada.

    1. Our fathers and grandfathers died in vain, the terminally stupid are in control and unless we stop them they will kill us.

      1. Too late for that. We needed to stop them about 75 years ago. Canada is already dead.

  4. I don’t understand this article on Twitter facing bankruptcy unless it’s just a hit job on Musk.

    https://finance.yahoo.com/news/twitter-security-execs-depart-ftc-152743380.html

“Twitter has $13 billion in debt after the deal and faces interest payments totaling close to $1.2 billion in the next 12 months. The payments exceed Twitter’s most recently disclosed cash flow, which amounted to $1.1 billion as of the end of June.”

How is Twitter’s $13 billion in debt and their $1.2 billion in payment obligations a fault of the deal? Musk bought the company. He went into debt to do so. I can’t see that increasing the debt of Twitter. What was the debt before the purchase? As Musk says, the company has been losing money for a while. Is that Musk’s fault? Before the deal Twitter’s stock price was as low as $32.50. Yesterday it closed at $53.70 (up 65%).

    1. Before Musk owned them, they were a left wing darling. Now that Musk owns them all the news will be negative. The only thing that’s changed is what they choose to report.

  5. Iam a 47yr Associate member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Br#6 in Owen Sound,On. I have held every office in our branch with the exception of president.
I have been every yr a Poppy volunteer on the first and second weekend of the Poppy campaign and I attended Remembrance Church service last sunday(missing only 1 not counting covid closure in my 47yrs).

And utmost my grandfather’s brother my great uncle Gave the Ultimate Sacrifice November 6th 1918, and my grandfather was with him when he died. Dad always said all his dad would mumble, was I told him not to go in that church as the Germans were using it as a marker while shelling. He was never right when he came home dad said.
Iam proud of my family for doing what they did and iam proud of the many veterans I met in all those yrs that have passed, iam proud of freinds that served and my best freind who returned home to canora, Saskatchewan after retiring as a MWO with PPLCI.
I will continue to support our troops and community through the Legion as long as I can,
To all I hope the day is a good one and bless you.

    1. Thank-you for your post.
“To all I hope the day is a good one and bless you”…
And the same to you, Bryan, and all SDAers.
      Nancy

  6. Two or three days ago SDA posted that Bong would have a part on CTV’s Drag Race show. The post showed a Globe and Mail pic with Bong chatting with Brooke Lynne Hites, the transvestite host for the show. The show airs on November 18th, next Friday, on CTV Crave.

But Trudeay won’t be attending today’s Remembrance Day ceremonies. He’s in Cambodia for the G20 meetings, hob-nobbing with the rich and powerful:

    1. The farther away he is, the better off we’ll all be. Be thankful you don’t have to look at his stupid mug and listen to him lisp vacuous pieties.

  7. Today’s mask: a bucket on my head.

Wilfrid Laurier University needs stop trying to force their tyrannical mandate onto free-thinking students and faculty.

If I need to make a mockery of myself and this criminal “rule” to spark change, so be it…

The “face covering” will come off soon.

I’m evaluating my options with the goal of finding the best way rally the troops, and get the masses to take refuse this authoritarian measure altogether.

I, alone, will be unable. With support and numbers, we can accomplish anything.

If the students stand together, they will HAVE to withdraw their dystopian mandate.

I encourage anyone who knows a student at Laurier or Waterloo to take the mask off, and stand in unity for their Charter Rights and Freedoms.

    We have had ENOUGH!!!

  8. Fiduciary Responsibility – not something the Glue-handed Greentards can understand.

“UN Special Envoy Mark Carney’s COP26 initiative, the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero (GFANZ), has also run into legal difficulties. Carney structured this coalition of wealth managers, banks and insurance firms representing $130 trillion in assets to tackle climate change by redirecting international financing away from hydrocarbons in favour of the green energy economy. But leading Wall Street asset-managers, banks and other key institutions have recently backed away from the initiative, following legal advice concerning U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requirements for formal climate risk disclosures covering governance and risk management. Fiduciary obligations, yet again!”

  9. “I FOUND it! Definitive PROOF that Ukraine is WINNING the war. All the more reason we need tens of billion$ more thrown down the black hole of money laundering to help Ukrainian babies and grandmas so that Saint Elenskyyyyy can buy another island mansion emerge victorious! Nuke Russia! Start WWIII! Orcs! Orcs! Orcs!”

    1. It must be depressing to know that the Russians are being slaughtered and that your number is coming up in the draft lottery.

      1. Do you really believe the US number of 100,000 casualties? More like the Ukes than the Ruskies.

        Never mind, on to Moscow!

        1. I believe Russia has not succeeded in taking over Ukraine. That is all I know for a fact, after that the details don’t matter. And no, not “on to Moscow”. All they need to do is get the Russians back over to their own side of the border.

  10. Just breaking on BNN-Bloomberg news: the multi-billion FTX bank has just started bankruptcy protection. No link as yet.

And the price of Bitcoin has just taken a megadive.

    1. I know someone who has had a kidney transplant. The anti-rejection drugs he takes do a pretty good job of wiping out most of your immune system.

My friend has had numerous skin cancer treatments. Also had a cancerous lymph node removed. Fortunately the cancer hadn’t spread.

My kidneys are now at 8% functioning. I am now on a kidney transplant list. I have been vaccinated. My specialist on the transplant team had a long sit down meeting with me to outline some of the transplant risks, specifically covering the immune system and what happens after transplant.

Bottom line. After transplant my immune system will be seriously compromised. Any infection, cold, flu, etc. must be taken very seriously.

Given the shortage of donated kidneys, I suspect the doctors only want to give new kidneys to people who will treat their now compromised immune system seriously.

And if healthy people don’t want to be vaccinated, I’m fine with that.

    1. L – How much of this insect soup base is being used in the Parliamentary cafeteria?

It might be safer for MPs and staff to bring lunches from home.

After all, you are what you eat.

      1. “After all, you are what you eat.”

They serve assholes in the Parliamentary cafeteria? (Double pun intended…)

    1. How about Toronto just cut the easily $100 Million plus in annual untendered Purchase of Service Contracts and grants for unaudited questionable “services” with various radical “non-profit” organizations and “charities”?

Also end all funding to the Toronto Arts Council, again for questionable services like all the “spoken word” artists.

    1. Stupid Canadians; don’t you know “refugees” come first for the Canadian services you paid for though your tax dollars?
