This whole climate reparations idea is based on the premise that global warming exists and that it’s a threat and that we are responsible. Not only do we have to pay for the damages caused by said warming but we must also import as many citizens of the aggrieved countries as we can.

So CO2 is absorbed by the increasing biomass, oceans, etc in between eighteen months and five years. So going back five years the most CO2 (25%) has been produced by China with Canada producing 1.6% of the earth’s human production. Volcanos are still the greatest producer. So we will pay 6% of whatever China pays. Any excess can be deducted from UN dues and payments after the adults return.

Even UN – consulted scientists do not claim there is a verifiable link between CO2 levels in the atmosphere, and climate; much less between CO2 and weather, which is what this absurd article is claiming.
