  1. The link mentions that Global news broke this non-story. Last night I made the mistake of paying attention to Global news for long enough to hear that concerns about the fairness of the 2020 election are “lies” being spread by Donald Trump. Not disputed statements which might be fair enough, but lies as if the Global news staff had been present during the disputed counts of votes in a dozen locations. The news is becoming increasingly a chance for progressives to confuse their opinions with facts. It will be the same with the dubious climate change narratives, anyone challenging those will be spreading lies.

    And that is on what used to be the least offensive of the three major network Canadian news presentations. It may still be, as I haven’t been over to CBC or CTV in a very long time.

    Their very existence depends on them supporting the Trudeau Liberals and keeping them in power.
    The salary of every CBC employee depends on keeping the Liberal Party in government.
    How can they claim in any way to be a fair and honest news service?
    Isn’t it fraud and false advertising for them to claim to be a unbiased news organ?

    The Canadian news media is in FULL PANIC mode after Pierre Poilievre first won the CPC leadership, then moved ahead of the Liberals in the polls. They will pull out all the stops now, count on it.

    I only hope that after a shaky start with the David Akin thing (where Poilievre *stupidly* backed down) that he has now grown a spine. As others have pointed out, you NEVER apologize to these people. Ever.

  33. PP seems to be able to think on his feet but he needs to segue to issues of greater importance than Liberal perfidy and incompetence. He should always derail their gotchas and quickly hit them with something relevant to voters’ worries. Specific factual conservative policy positions are what he should be bringing up at every opportunity – not verbally jousting with Liberal masters of deflection.
