National Post- ‘Misgendering’ incident plunges Green Party of Canada into renewed turmoil
Just one year after its partial meltdown during the 2021 federal election, the Green Party of Canada is once again in crisis over an incident of “misgendering.”
It all started at a Sept. 3 media event in Vancouver kicking off the party’s leadership contest. In a Zoom appearance, Interim Leader Amita Kuttner was identified using a caption bearing the pronouns “she/elle.”
The gang green should move to California.
I’m sure they would fit in nicely.
It’s enough to drive Liz May to drink!

If they’re still confused over what they are, how can they, in any way, be deemed competent to determine the future?
They’re simpletons, that are confused over day and night, up and down, left and right and don’t have a good handle about the difference between males and females.

If the NDP are really just “Liberals in a hurry” (or are the Liberals just a “patient NDP?) They’re both the SAME party as far as I’m concerned), then the Greens are “Liberals in a really big hurry.”
All the Green wackiness we are seeing is the thin end of the “crazy wedge” that will soon be rippling through the mainstream; indeed, it’s largely here already. They are the proverbial canary in the coal mine – what was Green lunacy a decade or so ago is now virtually centrist Liberal Party cast-in-stone dogma/holy writ.

The Green Party’s leadership seems more like a dysfunctional mutual support group than a team of political operatives that want my vote.

Dan, quite right. Antisemitism came early with the strong hatred for all Jews in the mid 19th century from Karl Marx. There was essentially no difference between him and Adolph Hitler in terms of antisemitism, except for the fact that National Socialism was running Germany in the 1930s.
Hatred of Jews was a huge part of Communism ever after Karl Marx. And we saw this recently with the antisemitism with the dismally stupid Jeremy Corbyn. So you are quite right; for the left, antisemitism is a feature not a bug for all those on the left.
I’d like to know how a group of people so enamored with plants and animals can fail to grasp something as basic as biology.
When a political party embraces such idiotic tenets, it’s inevitable they will run afoul of their own rules and look even more ridiculous.
