  2. I LOVE watching the Canadian Employment Law show!
    EVERYONE who followed the government mandate and lockdown or laid-off anyone is owed a minimum 3 months severance compensation!
    From hairdressers to restaurants and any business that did this has broken the Canadian Labour Laws and owes severance to their employees.

    Wow!
    That’s quite a few businesses that owes hundreds of thousands of added debt.

    We need to embrace the wearing of masks.
    Facial recognition denial soft wear.
    I personally recommend the apparel approved by our Southern Democrat Comrades,for near two centuries..
    A nice conical white hood with just two holes,safety first you see..Visual only,no unfiltered air exchange..
    And with modern batteries and fans one could make these very comfortable to wear..
    Or adapt dangerous atmosphere hoods to suit..

    But I digress,here as “Masks are great,by government decree” so how could our owners and masters object to our willing obedience?
    Although,given the intelligence of our parasitic overload,would “Justine Masks” not suffice?
    We could be protected by a thin layer of latex and the aura of “Good Speak” that obedience to Dear Leader brings..

    Of course I need neither for I have my pieces of the One True Cross and a whole bunch of Sanctified Nails*,no demon virus will reach me.
    Or was that “My faith to keep me warm?”
    * Note…Base metal projectiles are a modern and very much more efficient equivalent.

    The Mask thing was insane.
    Every one who has had to wear real protection against “Airborne Toxins” must have choked on the inane insanity of “Paper Mask” ..Never Mind “Fabric face covering”.
    Yet the arrogance and idiocy,which go hand in hand with Delusions of Adequacy have continued for 3 years..
    If masks worked..covid panic was over .
    And if masks worked,infections would flatline as the compliant dressed up in them..

    So naturally our Fearless Bureaucratic “helpers” can point to the flattening of Covid infections from the day masks were mandated..??
    What ? No..
    But “The Science” TM..

    After these last 3 years,we have zero reason to prolong our agony,all Government Preventative Agencies are useless.
    We just lived that experience.
    The massive cost of maintaining “Public Health” “Canadian Customs” National Policing and “Free Public Healthcare” are all exposed as utter wastes of productive citizens wealth.

    For they have all failed.
    It will take some master propagandists to convince those paying for Dread Covid Theatre,that no help at all would have been as destructive,nasty and expensive as what our minions unleashed…

    We need more ornate lampposts.
    For most lack a useful protuberance at the correct height..
    The new city fathers can include such in their “advertising” budget.
    For we need to advertise the fact,that “government help” has utterly different meanings to those who pay and those who take.
    A few “danglers” would be certain to spread said message.

JR, I do like the idea of the facial recognition denial program put to use when facial rec camera’s become widespread, but the cone shape you mention, might be adding a little too much fuel to the fire. We could also use the lamposts after we burn em alive in that same fire if you wish, or how about a slow geared (15 min) guillotine with face up position?

  4. If the masks worked they would have saved the people in the old age homes.. We ran hundreds of field tests simultaneously and they all returned the same result.. Failure..

    So.. Wear your communist YAMAKA on the front of your face :)..

    What I’m seeing is.. Now that a positive PCR test grants a 3 to 5 day off paid holiday.. Most employers are putting their own secret wink wink mask mandates.. They will succeed where all others have failed because its hurting production.. Costing them money..

    It feels as illegal as it is.. 90% of the building complies.. Its surreal to witness how dishonest the situation it.. Square peg, round hole 🙂 it must be 8am Monday morning..

    First, severance is defined in legislation (at least in Alberta) and is something like two weeks after a year. I never bothered to find out the exact amount because I would never pay it regardless of circumstances. Employees are happy enough to get vacation and stat holiday pay.

    Common law recognizes that more than minimum severance may be due. A lawyer will sign up anyone and send a threatening letter. It’s not like a lawyer is going to sue someone for 10 grand on his own dime. Also, any employer who tells the real reason he fired someone deserves anything he gets. “I didn’t tell them they were fired because they were the world’s most useless piece of shit because I was afraid of them and wanted to avoid confrontation.”

        The employer may not wish to have their employee work out a notice period. In this case they may give the employee pay in lieu in the amount the employee would have earned had the employee worked through the required notice period.

        The Alberta government will use it’s resources to collect these amounts for employees. If the employee wants more it’s on his dime. While a lawyer may do convincing pissing and moaning he isn’t going to proceed with a case for someone who doesn’t have a job unless there is a road to profit. I’ve had clients that won’t sue for tens of thousands because shyster lawyers end up with all of it.

          Also, your government will only tell you what they want you to know which may not necessarily be by LAW…
          I’d sooner contact a lawyer and don’t trust the government to be honest anymore.

          They put everyone to get these toxic vaccination program…safe and effective…
          Where is your right to be informed or say no?

        2. Government websites tell you the ‘minimum severance’ that you may be owed which in almost every circumstance is substantially more than what they want you to know is being owed to you.

          1. Apparently you know a lawyer who will work without a $5,000 retainer. A clue – he isn’t very good. A lawyer may take on a dog case on a 40% contingency fee but if he is only going to earn a few grand it isn’t going beyond a threatening letter. Millions of people are owed billions of dollars which they will never collect.

  7. The stupid masks are still required in health care settings in Manitoba. I only put one on if someone threatens me. A surprising number of staff simply ignore my bare face but there’s always one person chasing after me waving that stupid blue mask.

    There is one reason, and one reason only, for the masks. The government must continue to maintain the illusion of an emergency for when they next lock us down. They need to keep health workers silent and compliant even as more and more evidence comes out about all the harms that has been done to us by the lockdowns and the vaccines.

    Mask are outward symbols of compliance to public health authority and a willingness to keep looking the other way and staying silent as public health make us all sicker and more miserable. If you force people to wear masks it shows you’re ready to force people to do anything, including escorting them into the room set up for MAID even if they didn’t ask for it. How many masks does it cost compared to terminating one elderly or handicapped person ten years earlier than they would die otherwise? That savings pays for a lot of those blue masks.

  8. As one who’s worked in an industry where both chemical and dust masks were part of one’s PPE, I can say unequivocally that the shitty surgical masks you see most wearing are about as effective as a bee keeping hood. It’s just stupid.
    And precisely why I refuse to wear one.
    I’d say we’ve come a long way… Ontario’s nurses fought tooth and nail and actually won their case with respect to mandatory face masks during the Sars epidemic to where we are now.
    Their union folded like a cheap suit.

  9. In relative sizes a covid virus to a hole in a mask is approximately equivalent to a ping pong ball being stopped by a football field sized grid. Usually a virus is expelled in a moisture particle so a mask does have some stopping power but to assume miraculous properties is a joke. In the Sars report, lead writer Tam, masks and travel mandates were dismissed. So much for medical science, our mandates over the past couple of years were political science.
