It’s getting harder to figure out if Conservatives and Republicans, or Liberals and Democrats are a bigger threat to and/or stain on humanity.
I think it’s obvious that mostly all Canadians are pussies, but Conservatives are truly epic, historical losers.

A difficulty is that there are the hangers on that will ingratiate themselves to whoever is in power in order to influence and make money. I think of Mike Harris who started out well enough but by the end was a shadow of his former self leaving the job half done. If they haven’t been with you from the beginning, if you haven’t known them for years prior to having power, don’t trust them. Sad but true.
Another difficulty is the bureaucracy is willing to wait out the agent of change. Most political movements peter out by two terms (8-10 years). A few years of false starts, delays, etc. and the bureaucrat can thwart the agenda and frustrate its proponents. Trump has now figured this out and if he is re-elected (again?), he intends to clean house. Needs to be done that way. Harper knew this, he said that he would be checked by the bureaucracy but he took the check and didn’t in turn run them through the boards.
Trump personal endorsed GOP primary candidates, are winning 80% vs incumbents and party hacks.
Very little news play because ..you know…
I would probably spend a lot of extra time in prison for telling the judge to suck my balls at sentencing but that’s what I would like to think I’d do. Suck my balls judge!
