  1. Pace Norm MacDonald, Trudeau is the new Carrot Top “box office poison”.

  2. I totally condemn the acts of destruction. I am patiently waiting for the pub to condemn the acts of violence and tyranny committed by the Prime Minister , his officials and law enforcement thugs. However , when you flock with a turkey , you should not expect to soar with eagles. The subversion of peaceful discontent invariably leads to violence.

    1. And enjoy their taxpayer loan…

New brewery in Gateway Village gets $725K | CBC News
A new brewery and cidery is opening up in P.E.I.’s Gateway Village, at the foot of Confederation Bridge, with the help of a loan from ACOA.

It’s a govt funded pet project. That’s why he showed up, that’s why they ‘had’ to welcome him.

You scratch my back, I scratch yours

      1. the libs have 4 safe seats there due to payoffs dating back at least decades , maybe a century. PEI is a great scam , you get 4 seats with less population than a single riding in Ontario or the West

        1. Part of the.agreement when pei joined in 1871 or so. 4 seats forever. Just like Quebec gets 25% or whatever that formula is.

  3. I condemn violence… PERIOD! NO if’s, and’s or but’s. I also support EQUAL application of the law regardless of political affiliation… PERIOD! NO if’s, and’s or but’s.

If we are to live in a truly democratic and free society, these two principles must be upheld.

    1. You can pretend otherwise, but you already live in a country without equal application of the law so pick a side.

      1. Nobody’s pretending. Do you disagree with the premise of my statement? I’m saying that a fair, just, democratic, and free society cannot function if the law is not being applied equally. Follow the logic. I’m saying that Canada is NOT a fair, just, democratic and free society for precisely that reason!
As for violence, would you rather live in a state where violence is the norm and your safety cannot be guaranteed if you leave the house… come to think of it, … cannot be guaranteed even if you stay home?
READ what I am saying, and don’t put words into my mouth. Same goes for the rest of you who responded accordingly.

        1. fc
you do a great job at proving you are an idiot, and NO I do NOT agree with your bullshit. Period, when in Rome, do as the Romans do. Try grasping that concept, or just flock off goof!

          1. Gym… You don’t have many fans around here, I can attest to that, so stfu. You haven’t a clue! And you never will.

      1. And what do you suppose Tamara would say if she was allowed to say anything under her current bail conditions?

    2. Canada is not a truly democratic and free society, so simmer down, Francis. The time for principles is long gone. If we don’t fight them with their own weapons, we will lose. And we will die. This. Is. War.

      1. And you’re not going to get an argument from me on that point, but I invite you to at least consider what I have said. See my response to Dan S. above.

      1. We cannot be like them. To do so will convince the enemy that we are the radicals. There are ways to win these battles, and yes, we are in a war, and yes, the government is the enemy, but to defeat this enemy requires tact and strategy, not knee-jerk, emotional reactions.

        1. I have never understood why conservatives continually dance to their tune. They already hate us. They already call us radicals and worse, even when we only ask for the fairness and balance you also cherish. They win when we play their game by their rules. If fact their whole strategy is based on the fact that conservatives will play fairly. Some of us however, think it’s time we did not.

    3. Starting when fc? Should we ignore the RCMP musical ride whence it infested a legal protest or should we start over and just forget the most recent past?
Screw the brewery! And their more recent patrons. I wish the a’hole PM no harm just go for a walk in the snow like your step-father and leave us alone

      1. Starting when what? What do you mean? Are you suggesting that I am saying that we roll over and submit? Because that’s not what I am saying at all. What I am saying is that we need to recognize who the enemy is and engage the enemy, but not with violence. There are ways we can strategically win this war, but if we resort to violence, WE become the enemy, and we LOSE.
When do we start engaging the enemy? We’ve already started.
As for the brewery, when they welcome PP after he becomes PM, if that ever happens, will they be as enthusiastic to take selfies with him? If not, then they have shown themselves to be hypocrites, and are not deserving of any support. Then they become the enemy.

          1. Gee… Thanks Gym… That’s the nicest thing you said to me all day! I’m in good company.
            … as b.bunny would say… “What a maroon!”

  4. Let’s not jump to conclusions.

Maybe there was a painting of Sir John A., Queen Victoria, or of Pope Alexander VI dividing the [New] World between Spain and Portugal in 1493, justifying the vandalism or at least making it understandable.

  5. I’ve got $20 here that says “false flag inside job”. And another twenty that says “directed by PMO”. And another $20 that says “have you noticed that we don’t buy as much as we used to?”

    1. Lick – I will add 20. I am disappointed in myself the very likely probability didn’t at first occur to me. It is also highly unlikely that pub would have been chosen if they weren’t trudeau / liberal supporters.

  6. I don t have the time or energy to search those videos but while BLM and Antifa were destroying 2 Billion Dollars of property and beating up store owners in 2020,

Trudeau was pretty much saying he was agreeing with BLM and Antifa.

We are supposed to condemn violence while our prime minister approves of it when his side does it?

    1. Plus, I’m pretty sure this pub has insurance, so what’s the big deal? It’s just property.

  7. The prime minister isn’t welcome anywhere in the country. He’s now the most hated politician in Canadian history. I’ve never seen this kind of thing before. I’ve seen people blurt out in the grocery store f-trudeau over the latest round of price increases.

    1. At the mall yesterday – as I was going in, there was a guy coming out wearing an ‘F Trudeau’ t-shirt. I responded positively, and we both agreed the slogan was apropos.

      1. I saw a car today driving at a nice clip. It sported a Canadian flag, and just under that, a F- Trudeau flag. Both flags were quite large. I smiled.

    2. If this economic crisis goes on, I believe Trudeau WILL become “the most hated politician in Canadian history”, but not yet.Liberals and liberals still prefer him to any Conservative.
It’s good we’re so evolved as a people we don’t do the PM what the Yanks do to some of their Presidents.
Trudeau won’t lose an election until women and the civil services turn on him.

He’s still close to 38% approval.

    3. Reply to James …

Trudeau aside from being totally arrogant , is exceptionally stupid. He is being used as a “useful idiot” by the WEF / Globalists/Greens and apparently cannot comprehend that he has become perhaps the most hated politician in Canada. He has totally discredited himself Internationally .

His legacy will likely be that the Trudeau name will be reviled and all the opportunities he has envisioned for himself … UN , World Leader etc. will be in well deserved ashes.

      1. apparently cannot comprehend that he has become perhaps the most hated politician in Canada

Oh, he knows. He just doesn’t give a rat’s patootie because he knows there’s a big payoff for him from China/Soros/Schwabbo. It’s all about him and his comfort.

  8. And if PP pays a visit, and antifa fire bombs the delivery van,,, would that be worse than a broken windshield??? Would it be more hateful??? Would it be mentioned at all???

  9. There is absolutely no proof that the vandalized van had anything to do with Trudeau’s visit. In fact, I’m willing to bet that it doesn’t based on this:

    Abstract
Vandalism is the second most common offense on PEI and varies from the breaking of windows to the burning of picnic tables.

Oh, right, and lets not forget that the Pub in question serves adult beverages to a steady stream of clientele. Guess what people do when they have a few to many….they do stupid stuff….like breaking windshields.

  10. As long as the Liberals, specifically Mr. Trudeau, have the long arm of the legacy media at their command, we would be wise not to digest any morsel provided us.

For those claiming that they support protest in the confines of the law, I suggest you virtue signal elsewhere.

Late September to early December will be a hard time for many of us when his global homogenization policies begin to affect the distribution and cost of harvest.

  11. “I understand the anger that’s out there against the federal government, …. It is real, and it’s fully understandable, given the shameful history that we are all becoming more and more aware of and engaging ourselves to do better as Canadians,”

Looks like some more people took the PMs words literally…

  12. Not all that long ago, an angry mob openly tore down a statue of Queen Victoria at the Manitoba Legislature. No one has ever been charged and the police have abandoned the quest to do so.

    1. Important not to forget that one. It was an attack on the country and our British Heritage.

  13. Someone was outraged by all the swastika flags there and all the swastikas scratched into the paint on the shithouse stall walls.
    It’s understandable.

  14. When visiting PEI, remember to update your shitlist and add Lone Oak to it.

  15. Related?
The Toronto Sun won’t allow the word ‘Zoolander’ in any comment on their site.
    Instant ‘content deleted’

Orders from headquarters, aka the PMO?

  16. Good. What’s that expression? You lie down with dogs, you get up with fleas. Don’t expect the kulaks and peons to celebrate photo-ops with Great Leader.

    1. That’s quite the list of “small business support”, likely no bank would loan, never grant.

      1. Lots of ‘numbered’ companies on the list, especially on the prairies. How can you boycott those? Money laundering? Just wondering.

    2. $300,000 “loan” in 2019

Imagine the opportunities for graft and kickbacks these “loans ” provide.

  17. If the government lent me 725 large, I’d happily ditch my ethics and smile for the camera. They can fix the windshield out of petty cash.
