      1. Oh I can and do, while also supporting other rights. It is you that has the monomania.

Ah, UNME… like your defense of Ontario’s largest fentanil dealer?

“The only outrage here is the continued persecution of people for committing
non-crime such as drug dealing and owning guns.”

You mean illegal, unregistered guns, right Gomer?

          1. “You mean illegal, unregistered guns, right Gomer?”

You sound just like Lori Lightfoot, and Joe Biden.

    1. There’s no explicit mention of Miranda Rights in the U.S. constitution. These rights were extrapolated (at best) from the fifth and sixth amendments. Thus it’s not surprizing that they might undergo a reduction by the courts.

    1. Thanks New York liberal smelling rotten cabbage heads.
You are the Government gift that just keeps on Giving.
Now Defies the SCOTU AND Will not Obey this new law, ‘New’ Hell, it’s only been a right for 250 fu@kinn years. Go ahead and disobedience the N-e-w law and watch us laugh when you’re dragged handcuffed off to FEDERAL Court. Bhahahaha.

      1. Now hope some Robbers become the Robbie, and Murders get killed dead.
Any other way to get killed?

  1. The left are melting down, calling for the abolition of SCOTUS. Their tears are nectar.
I’d love to see Canadians melt down for the same reason, but we all know that ain’t gonna happen.

  2. Imagine having a Supreme Court that actually applies the law as it’s written…instead Canadians get this effing “Peace, Order and Good Governance” rulings from our ermine bedecked clowns who then piss and moan whenever they’re criticized.

    1. Part of the problem is that its effectively impossible to apply the law as written in Canada; the law is inconsistent and ambiguous.

    2. A big part of the problem in Turdholes Canada is that the “Supreme Court” of Canada is a political tool of the far left Liberal/NDP coalition rather then an institution concerned with, “the law”.

Its like the CRTC, they are a political entity imposing a specific political ideology disguised as a, “regulator”.

      Also, Canada is Haiti North.

  3. “Freedom Increasing” ( ?)

    Absolutely not.

    Just another “finger-in-the -dyke.”

    1. My God man, I almost choked on my dinner…

How about a finger in the dike instead? 😉

        1. Just another finger/brick in the dike/wall.
How many more times is Judge Thomas going to get to stick it to Biden Dems? Karma? Payback?

  4. Do you actually think this is going to change how Progressives act? Do you think that the states with these restrictions are going to actually follow this ruling? Is the Biden Justice Department going to support it, or force states to follow it? Remember how the Justice Department has been lying and fabricating evidence and using the authority of the State to enforce political views, letting their approved versions of violence prosper, while crushing opposing protests?

This is a fine legal victory, but it changes nothing in those who oppose it, except for maybe the desperate actions they’ll take to oppose it.

  5. Gun Control is not, and never has been about guns. It’s about control, everything, all the time. Leftists know how to live your life better than you.

  6. After many years and many states allowing legal concealed carry, the blood has not been running all over the streets. Irrefutable proof it works, but they don’t want us to know that.
As Romey says above, it’s about control, you can’t control an armed populace without their consent. They want all lawful people disarmed and fearful, because that makes them easier to control and manipulate. They will never stop, until we are prepared to stop them. Unfortunately, stopping them will need armed resistance, because they won’t stop if we just ask nicely. Until we as a whole are willing to step up, they will not stop. They slammed the emergency act on the truckers to avoid people getting the idea that freedom mattered, and that resistance is futile. (I’ve heard that somewhere before)
