    1. “The movie took considerable liberties with the story of Dr. Nash’s life”
I read the book about Nash and his wife who was also an academic. The book shows them to be not quite as heroic as they’re portrayed in the movie. Academics not immune from the back stabbing petty politics etc. so well known in our hallowed halls of higher edjumication.

      1. the back stabbing petty politics

        Yup.

I found out about it while I was a grad student, particularly while I was working on my Ph. D. and, as well, while I was teaching at Armpit College.

  1. Chicago has 7 monkeypox cases and climbing.. linked to the recent IML ‘conference’

  2. Dating Advice?

Well, for guys at least: We Don’t Stick Our Dick in Crazy.

Great ‘body parts’ are a reason to objectify a woman, but NOT a reason to simp for someone.

Remember you are not looking for a quick bit of ‘NSFW’ action. If you want to spend large amounts of time with this woman, or man, or man and woman, or twins… you are going to have to spend a lot of time in ‘Safe For Work’ situations, so make sure the pair of you can hold extended conversations.

Also, if they are twins, work out how to tell them apart as quickly as possible. Just saying.

    1. so make sure the pair of you can hold extended conversations

Yup. That’s one reason there’s never been a Mrs. BADR. I’ve met lots of women that I found attractive but who couldn’t speak in comprehensible sentences or seemed incapable of having an original thought once in a while. Those aspects were enough for me to quickly lose interest.

    1. I posted a reply, referring to a Rebel News report. It’s now in moderation. Has the system been bought by Prinz Dummkopf?

      1. “Has the system been bought by Prinz Dummkopf?”

Likely just another server error – I’ve been burned by it once or twice. And the comment I most resented having been “disappeared” was back, next time I checked the thread. Ahh, the wonders of steam travel…

    2. Thankfully I am somewhat independent for air travel: I am currently sitting in one of my favorite airport restaurants about an hour’s flying time from home.

My problem has been that I can’t fly non-stop to anywhere that doesn’t require the jab. I also carefully avoid larger airports that may hassle me getting to my plane.

  3. My father told me to never lay down with a woman that has more problems than you. Sage advice that I didn’t take. As a consequence, my romantic life was the best of times, and the worst of times.

    1. Many of my attempts at courtship were the triumph of hope over experience.

      1. VOWG…I think we all have” been there and done that” at least once in our lives!!

    2. Dr. Laura wrote a book on the biggest mistakes men make in relationships. The first trying to be white knight and saving a woman in distress.

She was entertaining and pissed off whiners and feminists and often came out with some gems.

  4. A while ago, I mentioned I was wondering if there was a reform group in the Lutheran church. It appears there might be one:

    http://lutherancore.website/

It seems to have some ties to the North American Lutheran Church synod, which was established in response to the drift in the denomination towards communist doctrine and acceptance of moral deviance.

    Perhaps there’s still hope.

  5. The only woman who is ever likely to love you is your mother—and possibly not even her.

    1. That’s not true. Your mother loved me multiple times.

    1. Kenney had 3 years to work towards Alberta’s independence and he did absolutely nothing towards that objective.

Meanwhile, in a corner of Hell, PET is beaming with pride at what Prinz Dummkopf is doing to us.

    1. Yeah, the more I examine PP’s actual record, the more I suspect he is a WEF-in-waiting. He talks a good game, and despite the evident warts, he’s still far more preferable than what we have to put up with now.

But I’m going to go out on a limb here, and put this out: Could it be that the Schwabster is so miffed at the turd for his premature EA-jaculation, that perhaps he’s getting ready to throw the turd under the bus, like the turd has been doing the past decade to his political opponents and former allies? Hmmm… Has anybody noticed how the presstitutes has been running silent on the PP recently?

Maybe I oughta change my tin-foil hat, but I don’t trust ANYONE in politics or in government these days. PP could very well turn out to be an-honest-to-goodness, proverbial wolf in sheep’s clothing. All I’m saying is keep your eyes and ears open. We’ve been burned so often by the political classes and the Laurentian Elites, that my head is about to unscrew off the shoulders with all the spinning.

      1. I completely agree with you. I don’t trust any of these clowns. They exist to extract as much labour and treasure out of us as possible. All of them. Some to lesser or greater extent, but none of them have our interests on their mind.

  6. I got a call from a 1 866 number to participate in a CPC leadership contest survey. Just 2 questions. 1st choice, a social conservative. 2nd choice, another social conservative. Click. Guess my choices weren’t the desired outcome

    1. Jagmeet would have to remove Justin’s micro dick from his mouth to say anything.

  7. Travel mandates about to end. There’s going to start a nice population drop. The shithole country whose government allowed banks to freeze assets of peaceful protesters finally lets the unjabbed onto planes.

Let the escape begin!! And there goes billions of dollars from the economy too. Feel free to dump all over the country from the ‘safety’ of your new homes.

Keep the Canadian passports and citizenship though. I’m seeing a lot of predictions of die off by 2025. After the unpleasantness, this may be a great place to settle down. I’m sure we can get a ton of Americans to resettle the new frontier.

    1. Don’t do anything until November… if we even make it to November. Something tells me it’s going to be a very nasty summer.

  8. Nypost.com …. an Illinois Democrat’s 17 year old daughter mysteriously dies. Gwen was the daughter of Sean Casten. She wanted to follow his footsteps at the trough.

I’ve been following #vaccinesideeffects for a while. While this is theoretically sad, deaths of our elites’ families are good news considering the massive censorship of anyone questioning the jab….all hail the jab.

Of course it’s now completely normal for teens to drop like flies….

    1. Just to signal how f*cked up today’s world is, my immediate impression was that you were alluding to Clintoncide, but then I realized, no, you were only talking about the poisonous injections that our own governments have been forcing us to submit to.

If my dad and his generation were alive to see this shit today, they would have said “F*ck this” and turned their landing craft around.

  9. The Truth slowly revealed.

When do the Canadian ‘Nuremberg’ trials start?

    I want scalps! Blood! Payback!

“The survey uploaded to the preprint server ResearchGate presented data from more than 18,500 respondents from the “Control Group” project with more than 300,000 overall participants. An analysis revealed that compared to those who got jabbed, unvaccinated people reported fewer hospitalizations. ”

It’s on MSN but won’t pass the filter. Happens to almost every entry from Conservative blogs too?

  10. Trudeau and his Liberal Party are going to free the slaves!
What a fine group of humanitarians.

“A formal announcement is expected on Tuesday afternoon as the government faces mounting pressure from tourism and travel associations to do away with vaccine mandates to help ease the chaos that has erupted at Canada’s airports and bring rules in line with provincial public health measures.”

    The science changed?

    1. Odd that unvaxed are still subjected to testing and quarantine upon return when vaxed are not. There does not seem to be a scientific justification for this.

    1. The screeching you’re hearing in the background is the world’s smallest violin playing “My Nose Runs For You”.

  11. Justin Bieber: ‘The vaccine ruined my life’

Justin Bieber now admits that he regrets taking the Covid-19 vaccine, saying that it left him with permanent paralysis in his face. Bieber made the confession to a close friend, who later leaked the information to the Daily Mail. Bieber reportedly plans on suing Pfizer for causing his paralysis, despite the fact the company is shielded from liability.

  12. The travel restrictions are not ending, they are being “suspended.”
There is already talk about mandatory monkey pox quarantine in Canada.

    1. I wonder what the Canadian media liars will do.
My guess is that it will be a “Mandates? What mandates? We’ve never had mandates against Eastasia. What are you racist bastards talking about?”

Or they could go with King Justin parting the covid waters and allowing the Covidites to gain their freedom.

  13. Braindead Australians getting power Blackouts.
Because their Braindead Government Put Sanctions on Russia. Which drove up their energy costs to the point that power companies could not generate power due to high energy costs.
Instead of ending useless sanctions against Russia. They chose to double down and regulate the producers some more. Ha Ha Ha Australia and New Zealand will be colonies of China.
