Global- ‘We are absolutely destroyed’: Health workers facing burnout, even as COVID levels ease

Physician burnout has never been higher in Canada, according to the Canadian Medical Association (CMA). More than half of physicians report high levels of burnout—nearly double pre-pandemic levels and nearly half say they are likely to reduce clinical hours in the next 24 months, CMA president Dr. Katharine Smart told a federal committee studying Canada’s health workforce in February.

      Any burnout in this area is in the nursing sector – and that’s no surprise. They terminated the unjabbed nurses, and many of the senior nursing staff got fed up with the Wuhan flu bullshit and decided to retire.

      1. It’s not just the termination of the unjabbed.

        It’s poor planning. It’s not training people to take the places of medical staff. It’s not training or hiring people for political reasons. It’s using an already-failed system as a pretense for hiring foreign nurses and by nurses, I mean voters blocks.

        Abortion and euthanasia didn’t just pop up because people were socially ready for it. The drains on the system (read: patients) made things too expensive for our kleptocrats in charge.

        It’s much the same with graduate studies as well. Why? Because foreign students can be charged more. Universities are all about money and prestige nowadays.

Burn out = code for “I can no longer practice medicine in an ethical manner.” No informed consent for the vaccine, banned early treatment which if I even mention it means I lose my license, no ability to grant exemptions to mandatory forced vaccine. I can’t acknowledge patients who are vaccine injured. Coercion and enticement used not just on my patients but also on me.”

    That’s the root cause of burnout in this country. No ethical person can practice medicine without constantly suffering from severe cognitive dissonance.

      2. I’m betting that the real pressure came from medical associations/college of physicians/insurance underwriters who were looking at it from only one perspective: legal liability. It was a very simple, coercive argument: the government has passed legislation that protects you if you promote and administer jabs … you’re completely on your own if you do otherwise.

  3. Maybe having 10 -1 administrator ratio, overseeing everything you do, might be contributing to that? Hospitals have hardly added any more medical staff, but the bureaucracy, like every socialist system, is through the roof.

    In all honesty, educate yourself, eat well, exercise, and keep yourself busy and needed. And avoid hospitals at all costs.

  4. You can lump most doctors in with scientists, journalists, teachers and cops as sellouts to the ‘core values’ of their chosen professions, IMO. Scientists who would rather virtue signal and grind for grants, rather than offer unbiased, honest scientific research. Cops who are addicted to power and naturally gravitate towards being thugs for tyrannical governments… kinda like journalists. Teachers who were mute in the face of their woke blue-haired sisters grooming our kids, right up until we discovered it happening, ourselves. Thanks for your strong moral stand in keeping our kids safe… you useless chickenshits.

    And finally, I have seen and heard enough of doctors and staff willingly lying on forms to make certain political agendas easier to sell, shutting up about what are forced COVID experiments, downplaying COVID injuries while protecting Big Pharma, denying healthcare to the unvaccinated, totally ignoring the destructive health consequences of lockdowns,… and even our highly processed, godawful western diets packed with sugars, chemical experiments and heavy usage of hormone-affecting seed/grain oils, etc., etc., that they still refuse to honestly address.

    It is inexcusable how nearly the entire medical community just bowed down and blindly handed the health of EVERYONE(elites excluded, of course) over to the Big Government/Big Pharma machine.

  6. If the medical assn hadn’t strongarmed doctors into NOT treating covid with ivermectin and chloroquine this could have been avoided. India declared their biggest province covid free due to ivermectin use.

  7. I live in an area of BC with 70,000 people and 10,000 don’t have a doctor. Meanwhile, the BC government just said it will spend $2.7 billion on yet more pointless climate nonsense and almost $1 billion turning a perfectly fine museum into a tissue of lies about natives history.

    As a people we’re living a fantasy and becoming completely unmoored from what matters in the real world. The illusion will last as long as the governments keep borrowing money and real estate creates yet more artificial wealth, but it won’t last forever.

  11. Socialized medicine has always been overworked and crying broke.. That’s how they soak us for more money.. Have they ever said everything is fine?. No.. The fine art of running the system on the edge of collapse is how its done.. Otherwise the money will be spent on more pressing matters..

    The only thing that has changed is covid put it on the front page.. Our failing healthcare eats up like 80% of our tax as is?.. Do you really think 100% will alter the business model?.. They will eat as much as they can take.. Its just the way it is..

Some flipping self-righteousness and ego to keep doing a job that suffers when one is overwhelmed. I’m glad I’m not sick. I wooden wanna be treated by someone who can’t concentrate. It’s the same across the board in all fields. People working are over-worked and quality/safety/the environment and yadda, yadda suffers. Some cultures have a clue. “Mañana mon!”

  15. In the US, roughly 80% of doctors offering effective early COVID-19 treatment were “out of network” meaning they exclusively practiced private medicine and accepted no insurance.

      1. I had a couple of friends who opted for that because of the insanity of covid and the fact that their families would be restricted from being with them. They both died of cancer with their families at their side.

    And if the vaccines are as toxic and longterm damaging as I am coming to suspect,some of these people are smart enough to quit now,before the friendly mob,with torches and blind anger,show up at their workplace..
    You have to admit,Healthcare has been an absolute shitshow,beating the hell out of the workers who really care.
    And most of the staff actually do,but mandates were way above their paygrade and the side effects are only now being allowed exposure.
    Side effects a whole bunch of these workers are now experiencing…
    Makes for a very interesting period real soon.
    For these are the trusties,if our bureaus lose them,then nobody will provide them cover.

  20. Maybe if we didn’t have health ministers and government healthcare spokesmen saying that the only way to boost your resistance to covid is the vaccine and telling people that vitamin D, C, zinc, exercise, and losing weight will do nothing to boost your immune system.
