While Everyone’s Arguing About Abortion

There’s something else killing a lot of unborn children that no one wants to talk about.

Nature- Homicide is a top cause of maternal death in the United States

The researchers found that US women who are pregnant or were pregnant in the past 42 days (the post-partum period) die by homicide at more than twice the rate that they die of bleeding or placental disorders — the leading causes of what are usually classified as pregnancy-related deaths.

The team found that Black women in the United States who are pregnant or were recently pregnant have up to nearly three-fold higher risk of dying by homicide than those who are not pregnant — the highest increase reported among any racial or ethnic group.

  1. Alito will do all he can to make sure that maternal mortality isn’t bested by homicide-it can go ever higher! Also not sure what an ‘unborn child’ is.

    1. “Also not sure what an ‘unborn child’ is.”
You’re not sure what a woman is, either, not to mention what a vaccine is.

As a result, everything you say is best ignored.

    2. An unborn baby is a baby not born yet.

There are pictures of such babies. Women get ultrasounds of them all the time.

      It’s science. The actual science.

      1. Sadly … the OFFICIAL position of the woke Administration is that the pseudo-science of men pretending to be women can actually carry and birth a fetus to full babyhood. Our newest Judge on the SCOTUS cannot even work out the science she can’t understand. She’s obviously a vote for fake science.

So … if a man can actually birth a child, then a woman’s fetus is just imaginary too. Why? “Equity” “Inclusion” and “Diversity”

        1. Because “science” and reasons.

Lysenko is in hell thinking: “Alright! I won’t be the only jack@$$ down here!”

        1. It is an unborn baby with a heart beat.

          Science proves it.

          Don’t you like science, UnMe?

I didn’t think that you did.

  2. The white guys do it?
Our politicians and media always go that way.

  3. So this maternal death disproportionally targeting black women because our nation and healthcare is racist is just more black men murdering other blacks?
This truth must not be allowed.

  4. Paying Child support every month for the next 18 years, or (maybe) serving time for murder?
    Guess what?
Some people have anger issues, poor impulse control, and will maybe roll the dice.
That NFL Player got away with it, so why wouldn’t Jack whack Jill too?
Most Big Blue Cities have Homicide Clearance rates less than 50%. Not Conviction rates, those are even lower. Clearance rate means the police are reasonably sure they know who did it, or at least have a dead guy handy to blame it all on.

  5. Kill the babies to stop the fathers from killing the mothers!
Life as a hermit eking out a living amongst the radioactive rubble is looking better and better.

  6. Cathay Wagantall (MP from Yorkton-Melville) tried introducing a bill that would charge a suspect for attacking a pregnant woman.

    It was shot down.

Canadians need to ask themselves what moral legs they have to stand on when attacking and even killing pregnant women is allowed, even endorsed, but uttering some naughty words on Twitter should be swiftly and brutally punished:

  7. I’m gonna go with the “DNA test results are in and I’m not the father?!?”

Know a guy who went through hell: baby was premature, made it out of the hospital ok…then he found out he wasn’t the father.

    1. Morey Povich made a very good living off that theme, presenting black mothers who claimed the father was Mr.X. Morey’d have ’em take a DNA test then reveal the results at the end of the show,to much anger, screaming and wailing.
One lovely young lady went through five different guys she’d banged and still hadn’t found the child’s father.

As the show ended Maury said to her that she could bring more guys on the show and he’d have ’em tested. I think eventually she may have gone through her entire neighborhood in her search for Mr. Right.
If you’re wondering why I watched it, it was just curiosity on days off and having nothing to do,so I’d watch America afternoon TV shows featuring the most dysfunctional people on the planet, and all from the inner cities of America.

After watching a couple of episodes of this crap, a person couldn’t seriously come out against abortion.

      1. It reminds me of the day I realized that the movie “Idiocracy” was actually a documentary.

    2. You’re probably right. There are cases where the Judge admitted the kid was not the husband’s, but stuck the husband with child support anyways. Talk about slavery for the next 18 years. And of course, if he is delinquant, he goes off to jail as a deadbeat dad.

    3. CJ,
You are right; that IS Hell. However, a lot more men than we suspect are not their children’s biological father. Those people promoting that #Believe All Woman campaign should have looked up those statistics.

What is even worse and more maddening is that many of those men are forced to pay child support for children that are not biologically theirs.

  8. What an interesting way to allude to things we cannot talk about anymore in a place without freedom of speech.

  9. Well the good news is that the homicide rate of young, fertile, black men is many times greater than the number of young black mothers being killed. So … eventually the number of murdered black mothers will go to zero.

  10. Related to homicide:
Musk has tweeted that he’s gonna buy the ATF and turn it into a convenience store.
I’m liking that guy more and more.

    1. He’s really been letting it fly, recently. I would expect everyone here on SDA who really let it fly, every day, would embrace Musk?

      1. He may let it fly but deeds speak louder than words.
Watch what he does, not what he says.
