The churches are not without blame, however.
They could have led! They could have said what an opportunity for a resurrection! A resurrection from a 2 week lock-down that has lasted for going on 2 years already? One hundred plus weeks?
They could have contacted their congregants and said “Church is going back to what it was 2 years back!”
“We are going back to regular worship time!”
“There will be no masks!”
“We are going to sing and rejoice!”
“There will be fellowship!”
“Our Lord has Risen! ALLELUIA!”
It could have been an event to look back on with smiles and pride! But what happened?
Nothing, except for a few churches that have battled throughout this phoney plandemic.
Were they afraid of losing their non-taxable status? Maybe. Or maybe there are there no leaders left in our churches!
That question kind of answers itself, doesn’t it!!
I’m thinking Jesus is not amused.
When my church bent the knee to the government of Satan I said I would never be back and won’t be. The churches closed their doors because of a flu with a 99.8% recovery rate. Jesus was crucified which was 100% fatal.
Had the churches and their people stood against this tyranny we may have avoided all the insanity of the last two years, and the pumping of poison into ours and our children’s and grandchildren’s bodies. Idiot Canadians are still running and hiding and wearing masks. The fact that the so called vaxxed are getting sick in much larger numbers than the non-vaxxed, seems to elude them. All government health officials are freaking liars and could not prove a damn thing they thought was occurring.
CANADIANS IT IS TIME TO SAY NO TO YOUR GOVERNMENTS, ALL OF THEM.
CRB, VOWG, people don’t hate Christians and Christianity because of the lockdowns. This is generations in the making.
This is not the result of years of theological debate or even mere irreligiosity. This is centuries of sectarian splintering and the great upheaval of the Sixties wherein the only religion that ISN’T bad is the government-approved one.
If you asked the average Canadian why he doesn’t believe, he will give the same formulaic as anyone else: churches are bad and sky-fairies are bad and only Americans go to church on Sunday. It’s not an answer but one is expecting deep thought from people who think Tim Horton’s is haute cuisine.
