  1. The left continues to weaponize the law via selective enforcement.

    They’ve thrown a boomerang.

    1. Just like everything they throw at Russia is a boomerang. But it’s one that hits us, the lowly plebes, not the ruling elite. When will brain dead morons like Colonialidiot realize that Russia is not at war with the Ukrainian people but with everything they claim to despise: the Globohomo Deep State, and in the USA, the FBI is their enforcement arm.

  2. Kelly notes how Congressional Republicans have contributed to the problem by not holding the FBI accountable when they held the reins in Congress. Is it possible that the FBI still maintains secret files on all the players in Washington D.C. like the ones J. Edgar Hoover was known to have?

    1. Possible? It’s almost certain. And considering how many kiddie diddlers are hiding in the upper echelons of government…

      1. How many “clients” of Jeffrey Epstein’s Pedo Island have gone to prison? None
How many “clients” of Jeffrey Epstein’s Pedo Island have even been indicted? None
After the island was raided by the FBI has any of the evidence been made public? None
The FBI has/had Hunter Biden’s laptop. That is not in question. Can they find it? Nope
After the Manadaly Bay massacre, the shooter Paddock’s house was broken into. Within 24 hours.
JFK got shot in 1963. Has the FBI released anything of consequence? Nope.
After the San Bernardino’s massacre by two Muslim shooters, their house was deliberately opened to reporters, within 24 hours.

From 0 to 100 what is your confidence level in the FBI? Zero meaning none.

        1. 1 (there must that 1% somewhere, no?)
This “trend” is quite depressing. Assuming GOP wins in November, that might the last good chance there is to do something about it. I am not optimistic.

        2. Khater‘s first mistake? He should have bear sprayed some tourist in Times Square … beaten her unconscious, raped her, robbed her, then slamming her head to the pavement murdering her … because then, he would be out on no-bail and could escape the country

  3. Most interesting.

I’m sure our RCMP Baggage handlers and Horse Tramplers have learned much over the past 50 years of mostly LIBERAL “leadership”….and regular interaction with the FBI

An Identical LEVEL of Corrupted GARBAGE.

  4. The simple fact of the matter is that Congress is not in a position to hold the FBI (actually the DOJ) accountable. They can, merely, make recommendations and referrals of subpoenas and investigations. The decision to pursue those recommendations falls (eventually) to the Attorney General. And, as long as you have that gatekeeper in place, Congress is impotent. They, of course, can withhold funding of the apparatus, but we all know how that would play out in the press.

The ONLY way to repair the DOJ and by proxy the FBI is to get a person at the top of the food chain who isn’t afraid to go Medieval on both organizations. If someone ignores policy (or in this case Miranda)…serve them to the sharks. Put his/her head on a pike. File charges, remove clearances and make an example of the abuser. At the same time, a similar figure has to be put into the role of Inspector General.

The current and past discretions are a result of there being no repercussions.

    1. Orson, America had that person who was willing to go Medieval on the whole political stinking mess. The problem was he had too few like him to take on the project of reversing the Obama legacy. In Obama’s drive to fundamentaly change America, he corrupted most of America’s institutions, the FBI, DOJ, IRS, FDA, ATF, and sundry others. The election of Hillary would surely have completed the fundamental change but somehow Trump won the election and all of a sudden the fundamental change had the air brakes applied. The bureaucrats and politicians that had been instrumental in orchestrating the change had to refocus their efforts to subvert Trump at every opportunity in order to get back to their main objective. Now with the Trump four year sojourn between Obama and Biden, Americans have begun to realize the perilous position their American ideal has been placed in. The upcoming election will be a true test of the American character, the world and freedom loving peole around it watch and wait with baited breath. If the agencies listed above succeed in their role to ‘criminalize’ freedom loving Americans then the best forum of self governing ever devised will disappear from the annals of history. Their zeal to eliminate Trump from ever running for office again is an indication of how large a threat he was. Can Americans re-instate him to the Oval Office or can they find another of his stature in the next two years? Unfortunately men the likes of Churchill and perhaps Trump only appear every hundred years or so.

      1. Trump put Bagpipes Barr in the big seat. He had the opportunity to put someone in there who would do as I outlined. He chose to accept advice from the wrong people. It’s gotten to the point where Trump did not have to be concerned with optics. He could have (and should have) put the biggest, loudest proponent of blind justice in that position. He chose a compromise and it bit all of us on the posterior.

Say what you will….Trump blew it. The Attorney General position is one of the bottom cards in the tower of cards. Just look how it is used to our detriment.

  5. According to Hannity the rank and file FBI are stand up guys.
From the lack of whistleblowers it seems that the rank and file are just as corrupt as their leaders.

    1. I fear you are right.
I have always been fairly positive to the police, but after recent events in Canada and elsewhere, I do not trust any police, anywhere. (And I also do not trust the courts, anywhere.)

    2. You have to understand the control mechanisms they have in place:

      1. The FBI rarely hires someone who isn’t married with a family. You would think this is because it suggests stability. Guess again. It is primarily because you have obligations to provide for your family and your job is instrumental to that. If your job disappears…so does your support for your family.

      2. Law enforcement can blackball an employee like no other industry. If the higher ups want to set an example…they’ll can you and good luck getting another job in law enforcement. The FBI and DOJ can make you a pariah. It’s not like you lose your job as a plumber on the east side of town, and get another one on the west side of town.

      3. The FBI and the DOJ have to ability to put you in a legal tangle in criminal court. We’ve seen them do it to political opposition. Do you think a whistleblower is any different?

      4. The mentality of society as a whole is self-importance and selfishness. That’s where we are. So, the more attractive path is to go along to get along. It’s a weak position, but based on my previous, it’s understandable (just not acceptable).

  6. the FBI has always been an influence operation, for all of it’s existence, why is anyone surprised it’s corrupt?
