A Look Inside

Good podcast here covering what’s going on in both Ukraine and Russia. Host Konstantin Kisin was born in Russia and spent his younger years growing up there before immigrating to the UK. His wife is Ukrainian. He still has lots of friends and family in both countries and he’s spent the last week talking to them and watching a lot of Russian TV. He shares what he’s learned.

  1. I for one have no faith or trust in the present administration of this country. We have a prime minister who makes an ass of himself every time he travels abroad. It’s like tourist junkets with souvenirs in the form of photo ops and embarrassments.

    1. The internet is international Liz. I’m sure that most readers are nodding their heads agreeing with you (wherever they are) but a heads-up on whether you’re talking Canada, USA, New Zealand, Australia, Great Britain, or most other nations would be appreciated.

    2. @Liz J – “We have a prime minister who makes an ass of himself every time he travels abroad”

That’s not completely true, he makes an ass of himself every time he steps out in Canada as well.

    3. Iiz..

      I’ll add to that:

I trust my family & my best friends (count them on 10 fingers).

I trust the truckers & their Leaders, for they are Us, I trust Viva Frei, Max, Ezra & gang, Brian Peckford & Jordan Peterson as the only Quasi Political commentators worth listening to in the entire Country

I trust those that don’t Bullshit me over medical issues: Dr. Malone, Dr McCullough, Dr. Ryan Cole, Dr Judy Mikovits, Dr Hodgkins, Dr Hoffe and all the other HONEST physicians.

      The rest ….???
ALL MSMedia – ALL Govt – Big Tech – Big Pharma – Every Globalist & Every woke Hollyweird POS can ALL go get stuffed….preferably via asteroid, tsunami or a 0.50 cal Exit wound…I don’t care which.

…..oh….and I Do trust in SILVER n Gold.

  2. I would really like someone, somewhere, to tell the truth about anything.

    1. Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.

And no, (Lord) Achtung isn’t just a U2 album.

    2. @VOWG – Wouldn’t that be nice, it shows what an apathetic stage of civilization we are in. War and destruction can be the only outcome of continuous lies and mistrust, we will never “trust” our way out of this swamp now.

    1. Yes, if it’s allowed to stay on YouTube then it contains ApprovedThought.

That’s the updated version of NewSpeak.

Unfortunately DuckDuckGo has decided to support ApprovedThought, so now I’m on to Brave as my search engine. Why can’t these people stop themselves from becoming actively evil when they head tech companies ? (hint – it relates to the (Lord) Achtung reference in a previous post of mine.)

    2. @kissmyattitude – “Anything that is remotely political on you-tube is suspect.”

That is 100% given, even seemingly non-political fluff has “left-wing wokism” sewn into much of it’s content.

  3. In Konstantin Kisin’s carefully worded praise of Zelensky , he neglects to mention Ukraine ranks (from the bottom) as the 4th most corrupt nation on earth (Russia is a few notches above) , and Zelensky’s $35M Florida home and bank account. Zelensky appeals to his citizens to fight to the last man , and in the end will likely flee to Florida.

Ukraine … are there any good guys involved in this mess ? Obviously not.

Breaking down Ukraine – let’s start with Zelensky’s $35M mansion in Sunny Isles, FL built by Kolomoisky and Pinchuk. $1.3B in the bank!!

    1. If he survives the war and escapes, he won’t be able to live there…Putin will send his agents after him.

  4. Just finished watching Ukraine on Fire. I thought it was a recent production but it appears to have been made 2014/2015. It’s pretty long, an hour and a half, but valuable insight into what’s been going on in Ukraine the last 20 years.

If you’re like me and don’t have an emotional investment in all this, the conclusion I came to is, if you don’t give a rat’s ass who wins this conflict, you’re taking the right side. Damn shame about the human suffering though.

    1. If you can stomach tens of thousands of women and children dying for Putin’s vanity you are a steaming piece of crap.

      1. I can’t stomach any of that no more than I could stomach the hundreds of thousands of women and children killed in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria or Libya. And don’t think you’re any less of a steaming pile of crap because you care more about Ukrainian women and children dying than those other women and children.
