On April 23 , the US Embassy in Ukraine acknowledged that there are biological laboratories in Ukraine under the control of the Pentagon.
The statement from the diplomats came after an open letter from elected representatives about the threats these research centers pose to Ukrainians.
The Americans, however, deny the threats, saying that scientific work is being done solely for peaceful purposes. And the talk of threats is dismissed as “Russian disinformation”.
