Covid Court Case

A country divided, a family divided. This is Trudeau’s Canada. Another long but good read, grab a coffee.

Ontario Superior Court of Justice- The Honourable Mr. Justice A. Pazara: Reasons for Judgment

When did it become illegal to ask questions? Especially in the courtroom? And when did it become unfashionable for judges to receive answers? Especially when children’s lives are at stake?

How did we lower our guard and let the words “unacceptable beliefs” get paired together? In a democracy? On the Scales of Justice? Should judges sit back as the concept of “Judicial Notice” gets hijacked from a rule of evidence to a substitute for evidence. And is “misinformation” even a real word? Or has it become a crass, self-serving tool to pre-empt scrutiny and discredit your opponent? To de-legitimize questions and strategically avoid giving answers. Blanket denials are almost never acceptable in our adversarial system. Each party always has the onus to prove their case and yet “misinformation” has crept into the court lexicon. A childish – but sinister – way of saying “You’re so wrong, I don’t even have to explain why you’re wrong.”

What does any of this have to do with family court? Sadly, these days it has everything to do with family court.

    1. Nota Bene part is # 56 on page 14 a certain vaccine company’s contraindications are entered into the record. Have you seen this anywhere before?

    2. well well well.
      wellwellwellcome to TURDeau’s Canaduh.
and yes, THAT is the new spelling of this nation right after the face plant.

    3. Judge is misnamed in the opening blurb. He is Justice Alex Pazaratz, Ontario Superior Court (Hamilton).

  1. I will simplify it. One parent want’s to destroy the children, the other doesn’t. There is more than enough science out there proving the harm the shots are causing. Every court in the land should understand that they are being lied to when it comes to covid and the not-vaccines.

    1. Allow me to add a little more detail. The father is a “follow the science” type, and only looks at the data which supports his wordview. All other data is ignored. Father tried to force his kids to get vaccinated. The judge came down hard on this “father”.

We still have some excellent members in the judiciary.

  2. “Misinformation” and “hate speech” are to the internet as “heresy” and “sedition” were to the printing press; ie just pretexts for the PTBs to try to maintain power over authorship, and by extension, everybody.

    1. “Misinformation” is the … Salem witchery … of today. Anyone uttering “misinformation” will be burned or hanged until dead!! He’s a witch!! She’s a witch!! They have the misinformation vapors!!! Burn them!! Burn them!!!

The Puritans were never so pure as the Bidinh government, Deep State, legacy media, or Big Tech gatekeepers

    2. A close cousin is: “That has already been debunked”.

Has anyone ever heard of something being “bunked”?

  3. A very interesting document and well worth the read as it provides insight into the judge’s process and reasoning for the ruling and the case law used to back it up.

  4. Having spent the last five years in family court I can assure you this ruling only scratches the surface of what a shit show it is. The average justice has a tenuous grasp of the definitions of typical English words let alone and understanding of the rules of evidence, relevant case law or the broad history of the law in general. This guy is an extremely rare exception, far from the rule.

  5. Wow… very good to be reading that from a judge… I just hope he’s not 90 years old and about to die. We need more of this type of thought in our judicial system in a time when we are seeing less.

“The father wants two children ages 12 and 10 to receive COVID vaccinations.”

Father is wrong. Most likely due to an inability to do simple math. Children are NOT susceptible to covid. The fact that he went to court and destroyed his family over it is beyond incomprehensible.

    1. Both children had Covid and recovered as healthy children will.
Children at no risk do not need to be vaccinated or forced to wear masks.
Grandma and grandpa can look after themselves.

    2. “Children are NOT susceptible to COVID.”

To suffering extreme outcomes from it, no. To asymptomatically contracting it and passing it on to older, more vulnerable family members, maybe (by definition asymptomatic transmission is almost impossible to track).

If the medications approved for use as “vaccines” against the SARS-nCoV-2 virus actually reduced its transmission by any measurable degree, this stance would make more sense. In practice, they don’t and it doesn’t. But it takes a certain epiphany for a man to realize that even a supposedly benevolent and liberal government won’t hesitate to obfuscate reality in order to pacify its citizens.

      1. To asymptomatically contracting it and passing it on to older, more vulnerable family members, maybe

And this banana in my ear keeps alligators away.

  6. The credibility of the government and many of our institutions has been called into question
many times over the past couple of years!

  7. TBH … the most dangerous pathology impacting these children comes from their parents. Both their parents. COVID is 100% survivable by the kids … but the mental torture imposed by the parents has probably already damaged the kids for life. And the Courts have just made it worse.

  8. Finally a judicial ruling based on facts and not feelings, why would he want his kids vaccinated with an experimental drug after they achieved natural immunity?

  9. I still cannot get over that it’s the father in this case who seems to be the Kovid Karen. It’s usually the mother.

Although I will suggest one thing. The judge writes about the personal and emotional nature of the father’s arguments — the father is attacking the mother herself rather than her arguments. Speaking from very painful personal experience, I suspect that the father was very deeply screwed over by the mother in the separation and divorce. He feels powerless and helpless, and he’s lashing out. It’s all he has left.

    1. I know of a few couples, one in particular in Canada, where the supposed “father” of the family is a spittle flecked totally off the deep end loony leftist but the mother was more reasonable. You seem to cultivate them there. And this was in Lethbridge.

    2. Well, at least the “father is always in the wrong” is alive and well in family courts.
I think this case just demonstrates that fathers are still below mothers in the victim hierarchy, even if they do spout the covid karen narrative.

  10. A few nights ago Ezra quoted extensively from the decision in one of his video segments.

” Because the judge writes in a way that’s better quoted directly, rather than summarized and restated. Most judges don’t write like this. You’ll see.

But this is literally the first judge in Canada to consider a pandemic issue, and not join the hysterical screaming and denunciation of people who are dissident minorities.”

  11. He was not appointed for his Lieberal party fundraising skills. Must be one that Mulroney or Harper slipped in.

  12. Why don’t we send the goons who rode The Charge Of The LGBT Brigade in Ottawa over to Ukraine?
They seem to be hooked on the thrill of committing violence against civilians.

  13. I watched this on Ezra’s Show the other night.

    The Judge..??
    Beyond outstanding.

    The Mother..!!
Excellent, nothing but PROOFS and Common sense thinking

    The Father.. ??
Classic CBC Loving Leftist moron, never changed a tire in his life, who sat on his ASS at home for 2 yrs plucking away on his Mac & completely invested in the BS Narrative….your perfect triple vaxxed, Dbl masked brain dead Twat, bicycling around the GTA…and fully willing to potentially sacrifice his child.

  14. A very sensible view of this shambles by the ruling judge trying to make something out of this mess. I can’t judge between the two as I wasn’t there, but it sounds like neither plaintiff or defendant had much in the way of sense or had the best interests of their children at heart.

    1. And I would say otherwise. The father certainly didn’t. I often laugh when people say something has been “debunked”. It means they don’t have an answer. And at the end of the day, it terms of “do no harm”, you can’t UNvaccinate yourself. And one of the more interesting phrases in the decision is “as the known and potential benefits outweigh the known and potential risks.”…..heavy emphasis on the word “known”. And then all one has to do is look at the numerous times drugs have been pulled as the UNknown risks start to surface.

    2. Well then it’s, Patently OBVIOUS, you did not see Ezra’s dissection of at least half of the Judges Statements – using the Judges Judgement.

      Mother -Articulate tons of evidence.

Father nothing but hurt feelings and Lies.

  15. I’d like to think that the judge considered knowing what he didn’t know. Namely what the jabs would do to the kids. If the judge rules in the father’s favour AND something bad happens to at least one of the kids with a severe adverse effect or long term effect the court itself could have become liable. My feeling is the judge’s “good sense” had less to do with fixing the family mess and more to do with avoiding an accusation of negligence especially since the Pandemic really looks to be over this time and there’s plenty of good data showing the adverse effect risk to kids is significant. He erred on the side of caution. Like any reasonable person should.

    1. It all boils down to forcing ANYBODY to take an experimental drug against their will. And the “vaccines” ARE experimental….they are STILL in testing. Oh, I know, I know….they have been “approved by the government”….so what? Government agencies have “approved” an EXPERIMENTAL drug.

    2. if you read the entire thing carefully, he was much more reasoned than simple caution, and he took time to make societal comments. I commend this judge, and eat crow at the same time, they are not all party hacks.

  16. Here’s a wonderful line that is applicable to so much lately: “She is not a bad parent – and no one is a bad citizen – simply by virtue of asking questions of the government.”

  17. I wish our political “leaders” had the brains to dissect issues like this judge has done, or to at least direct that such analyses be done and presented as background information for decisions. I wonder if he or she has thought of running for political office?
