  1. Justin says that his declaring martial law was the last resort.
So what was his first resort?

    Justin Trudeau School Of Governance:
Step 1: Call everyone a racist.
    Step 2: Declare Martial Law.

Wouldn’t ‘having a conversation with the people’ be the obvious first step?

    1. No matter what happens, Justin’s gonna wear this as a personal failure of his tenure in the PM’s office. I foresee this to be his final term (however much time he has left). He’s going down in the history books, though it’s not gonna be in the way he wanted. Polls indicate that even people who want the truckers’ protest busted up want other ways of dealing with this issue than the Emergencies Act.

      He’s done.

      1. Agreed. But he will have to be dragged from office, likely by his own Party. They will want to have some political existence after this. But Jagmeet? The NDP is finished.

        1. He’s either gonna get a tap on the shoulder or a knife in the back (and he might not be offered the courtesy of a choice). The Night of the Long Knives is a real thing, and doesn’t just happen in history books when discussing the patriation of Canada’s Constitution. Liberals are famous for punishing any failure that might threaten their grasp on power.

        2. His Party won’t drag him out. Not enough pressure on them. All they have to do is suggest something negative about the opposition and the packhounds will lose focus. Easily distracted.

      2. I hope so! He’s made himself the laughing stock of the world. HIs braggadocio is disgusting, and his henchwoman has clearly outed his plans to confiscate Canadians’ hard-earned money. I don’t know how Liberals can support him.

      3. Nope – history will be rewritten and he will be the best PM.

        Dare me to be wrong.

        Hint: Fahrenheit 51

    2. First resort: Slander them all.
      Second resort: Hide.
      Third resort: Slander them all.
      Fourth resort: Slander them all.
      […]
      Umpteenth resort: Slander them all.
Light goes on in Drama Queen’s tiny brain: Slandering them hasn’t achieved the result he had hoped for.
      Last resort: Declare Martial Law.

    3. Dialogue is only for those causes that agree with his quest for being the first deity dick-tater of the Democratic Peoples Republic of Kanada.

I figured that TurdHole played “I am ignoring you” with Chairman Xi as Xi doesn’t believe he is dick-tater material.

He sees his chance coming and will destroy this country completely to achieve this goal. Those like Jughead, who thought they were his loyal supporters, will see themselves getting thrown under the bus. TurdHole will tell his loyal CBC and MSM that Jughead made racist and misogynist comments and therefor had to be dealt with. Dick-taters always get rid of potential rivals (real and perceived) when the conquering is done and they need to consolidate their power.

  2. See there are racists and uncle toms. He was coerced into driving 4 days there for some kind of personal gain, that’s the only thing that can explain why he would join a bunch of racists.

Sure, that gain is freedom, but it shows just how far some will go to betray their race…

  3. Candace Bergen said Juthtin hid when the convoy reached Ottawa.
Drunken Hag Liz May said no, he was in isolation because of Covid – cunned stunt.
Jackoff Singmeet said the convoy is attacking democracy. My gawd he’s a waste of water.
My MP, Nasir Naqvi the Moslem lawyer – once of the Dalton McGuilty provincial Libranos and who replaced The Big C, Catherine Dog Eatin McKenna – said the demonstrations were not peaceful.

I may as well send an email to Putin and ask for a nuke strike because the radiation of malice in Ottawa is killing me anyway.

    1. Jugmeat has NO political instincts….if he did, he would vote against Blackie, the government would fall and the Dippers could go after disillusioned Libs….the Libs would be toast and this puts the Dippers in a far more powerful position than they have been for years.

      1. The dippers are about as close to the halls of power that they’ll ever achieve via their alliance with Trudy, he’s using them then he’ll discard them like used tampons and the NDP is going to start bleeding voters. Why vote NDP when the Liberal party has gone full blown Communist in Canada?

      2. He is another useful idiot who will be thrown under the bus once TurdHole achieves his objective.

Unfortunately, his replacement will likely be “Say hello to the new boss, same as the old boss.”

  5. Will the Courts actually step in to protect Canadians from the tyrannical Dear Leader?

“Calling the move a “dangerous precedent,” a Canadian constitutional watchdog group is filing a legal challenge against the federal government’s invocation of the Emergencies Act.

The challenge, an urgent application for judicial review filed in federal court, was announced Thursday by the Canadian Constitution Foundation (CCF,) a non-profit and non-partisan organization that uses the justice system to uphold the Charter of Rights and Freedoms”.

    https://nationalpost.com/news/politics/legal-challenge-against-emergencies-act-planned-by-constitutional-rights-group

I am not hopeful since most of the judges are Liberal appointees who received their elevation to the bench for their services to the Liberal Party. Further, the Courts, right up to and including the Supreme Court, have consistently eviscerated the plain meaning of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms in deference to the wishes of Big Government.

    1. https://www.jccf.ca/use-of-emergency-powers-unjustified-by-ottawa-facts-and-reality-explains-justice-centre/
The National Post article seems unclear where one can donate to help fund legal fees for the truckers. Above is a link to the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms located in Calgary. They’re legit whereas the ccf link in the Post led me to a site that is for sale.
Question is if donating to legal help will be deemed treasonous in this dictatorship.

  6. An aside.
I used to go to Crawford Bay twice a year with some friends to golf at Kokanee Springs. It’s a gem of a golf course in the middle of nowhere. Crawford Bay is a sleepy little village except for once a year during the Star Belly Jam when every hippy for thousands of miles arrives in their VW vans for a weekend of… well, what hippies do for fun.

    1. Aside, too:

I rode through Crawford Bay (I think) en route to Kaslo to meet up with a friend riding back from deeper in the interior. The reason for the qualifier is because it was raining so damn hard for the two days I was in the neighbourhood I didn’t see much except the blurry road immediately in front of me. July, 1989, as I recall. Isn’t that where the ferry is?

Back in those days the only raingear I had was one of those bright yellow banana suits you picked up at the hardware store for $4.99 and immediately starts ripping apart as soon as you go over 12 mph. We were soaked to the skin for 36 hours. No windshield, no fairings, no dry clothes, no fancy synthetic fabrics that insulate when wet, no leathers. Get down over the speedo & pray for sunshine & blue sky. Over 40 years I’ve been riding, wettest trip I was ever on. It was miserable.

The icing on the cake? My buddy laid his bike down on a wet curve prior to arriving in Kaslo, damage limited mostly to his ego & paint, along with a bent headlight mount. I grenaded the bottom end of the Sportster in Cranbrook on the return trip.

      Ah, the memories…

      1. The Kootenay Lake area including Crawford Bay, Nelson, Kaslo, etc. is one of the most beautiful areas in Canada is the sun is shining. Which is very rare indeed. Essentially a rain forest.

  7. Jugmeet asserting they want to over throw the goberment, what websites was he visiting the liberal party of Canada. Good gawd the NDP are nothing more than liberal lobbyists, their voters can’t be happy that the commies are now part of the new commie party-who am I kidding. The liberals have gone so far left, they are now even more socialist/communist than the NDP.

    1. I emailed Jagmeet.
Reminded him that his brother financially supported the Convoy. Yes, he withdraw after getting the word from Jagmeet, but what Trudeau and Freeland want to do is freeze the bank accounts of people like his brother. Told him there are plenty of Sikhs in the Convoy. Trudeau and Freeland are inasmuch labelling them terrorists. Told him “Hey Jagmeet, how does the term ‘Sikh Terrorist’ resonate in your ear” because that is what Trudeau and Freeland are calling them. “How does that sound to your fellow Sikhs who may or may not be supporting the Convoy”
“Hey Jagmeet, do you really want to vote Yes on this thing?”
We are going to find out if Jagmeet works for Us or for Klaus.
The irony is that if he votes No, he could be the saviour of Democracy in Canada and get more seats next election. I told him that too.

  8. Thank you Andrew for making the drive and remaining resolute. We are citizens of canada, not subjects of trudeau.

    1. According to the liveblogger, the people who are being arrested are not the peaceful protestors, but some fringe elements who are stirring shit. (He just said this around 3:38 Edmonton time when I went to his stream.)

I have this feeling that there’s a lot more sympathy for the truckers amongst the police than we’ve been led to believe, which probably explains some of the (hilarious) angst of the Ottawa municipal council members.

  9. Don’t be silly … he’s not an “authentic” black man. How do I know? Just listen to his “white man’s” accent … not even a hint of Ebonics or hip hop … he almost sounds … Canadian, eh?

  10. Chris Barber arrested for mischief just now.
If you wish to call Ottawa Police Services 1 877 411 4773
Only call if you can be patient and respectful. (Smile; many of us have close relatives that would have done the same)

    1. I called their online number and was redirected to call the number above. The receptionist was pleasant enough, but in her opinion the protest is too much of a burden for the neighborhood. I suggested that the capital should be distributed across Canada by various departments, making it more accessible and smaller protests. She agreed.
I also mentioned that the preamble before she answered included a reference to bullying. I said Trudeau was bullying – nothing anyone can do about that – and that the best solution would be political. I also mentioned the truckers have spoken well of OPS – that helped our conversation as well.

      1. He’s the trucker that started the Freedom Convoy to help Brigitte who had just called to say she had lost her US trucking contract and would lose her truck because of the Jan 15 mandates. Tamara Lich said she’d start a GoFundMe to support the truckers, hoping to raise $20,000. I’ll see if I can find Chris’ video that started it.

  11. #PissTestThePM.

He’s obviously on drugs of some kind.
Same with Freeland, the way she was jitterbugging a few days back.
    Piss test her too.
Truckers get piss tested all the time on big jobs.

  12. “My plan is to stay here as long as the truckers are here”

Every one of these guys and gals are so awesome. Kind of reminds me of the ‘we happy few’ speech from Henry the 5th.
