The “rod like” structures do indeed look like uric acid, which I have noted before looking at other people’s pictures purporting to be of the vaccine.
The straight edged sharp cornered objects are cubic crystals. In a thin layer such as under a slide or in an evaporate they will form “chips” rather than cubes. “Self organization” is what crystals do. You can watch it yourself with your naked eye in macro scale by making rock candy. It is the laws of chemistry, not technology. The most commonly encountered cubic crystal is common salt, which, again, I have noted before. Another, even more complicated than a cubic crystal, self assembled structure is . . . people. There is nothing spooky about self assembly.
I note that I have looked at uric acid and salt through a microscope myself.
The second to last photo looks like a textbook model of a carbon chain, but the scale is much too large. I have not personally seen anything like it. It is at least the very first image purporting to be of the vaccine that I have seen that could even possibly be carbon, which is hex.
The first thing that comes to mind for the round things are lipid microglobules, which, ya know, it says on the tin.

Most of the Covid graphs have been as misleading as stock market charts or climate change graphics with exaggerated Y axes versus generally fairly long times on the X axis. In this case, why not at least break it into months?
Additionally, the population of Israel is less than 10 million, so using deaths per million is likely to be fairly grainy. 60 to 70 deaths per day is not encouraging when they have staked so much on the vaccines. It also indicates that Omicron is not harmless, though I suppose the recent deaths are from the very aged demographic with comorbidities who have always been the most likely to succumb.
