    2. Back in mid November, the official European Union database (ADR) of suspected drug reaction website was reporting 30,551 fatalities and 1,163,356 adverse drug reactions from COVID vaccines Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, and AztraZeneca based on the data submitted to its system.

      And according to the ADR,
      – Pharmaceutical companies that hold the marketing authorisation of a medicine, as well as medicines regulatory authorities in the EEA, are legally required to submit reports of suspected side effects to EudraVigilance. This includes reports received from healthcare professionals and patients. This excludes non-serious side effects occurring outside the EEA.

      – The web report does not include reports from studies (e.g. clinical trial, non-interventional study) or other types of reports (i.e. only spontaneous reports).

      – A side effect is classified as ‘serious’ if it (i) results in death, (ii) is life-threatening, (iii) requires hospitalisation or prolongation of existing hospitalisation, (iv) results in persistent or significant disability/incapacity (as per reporter’s opinion), (v) is a congenital anomaly/birth defect, or (vi) results in some other medically important conditions.

    Let’s watch. Saskatchewan & Manitoba may well be leading Canada away from the abyss. You may see Saskatchewan and Manitoba as the left leg and the right leg walking us back from the ledge. Alberta appears to be that “Third Leg” in the middle.

      You needed a comma after Monday, and Already shouldn’t be capitalized.

      If the it’s/ its misuse “distresses” you, then you have problems.

        How about the Oxford comma?
        Incomplete sentences are now very commonly used by educated people, the usual test of standard usage. Again, style choice.

        I want lurkers to have a high opinion of SDA.
        Patently erroneous spelling mitigates against this.

        All the above is tongue in cheek as well.

          Wrong words are worse than wrong spelling.
          You have been instructed.
          And, see, I started with an acceptable incomplete sentence, and will conclude with an acceptable, lovely, and impeccable use of the Oxford comma.

            I HATE the Oxford comma, though I gather that there can be tricky legal issues concerning commas.

            The incorrect use of ‘mitigates’ instead of ‘militates’ would probably not undermine SDA credibility. The reader is likely to consider the use of either word to be evidence of an educated writer. LOL. In a hurry.

He just pointed out something fundamental: This protest, in Ottawa, and elsewhere in Canada, is essentially a labour protest against “management” aka the federal & provincial governments. Given that, how come the Left is adamantly against them? Haven’t we been told all of our lives that the Left are “for the people”, “for the workers”? But here, we have facts in front of our eyes that the Left are clearly on the side of the elitists, the rulers. Bizarre, no?!

    I’d love to hear what your Lefty friends have to say about that.

  12. I have been pushing the Sask Health Authority to require a booster shot before 5 months of last shot in order to maintain the immunization that the vaccine passport is proxy for. They have been slow to ignore all my questions regarding immunization versus vaccination. I have been doing this to show the idiocy of the proof of vaccination with the hope that they would follow the science and give more people cause to question the overall strategy.
