How did Democrats get into so much trouble so quick? Inherited trends, including Covid-19, deficits and geostrategic overreach, are partly to blame. So is poor policymaking on issues like the economic stimulus. But the heart of the problem lies elsewhere. Democrats are telling a story about America — about the depth and pervasiveness of racism, and about the existential dangers of Mr. Trump — that a great many Americans, even a great many would-be Democrats, do not buy.

Meh. The Dems are experts at large scale electoral fraud. They’ll pull off majorities everywhere this November.
Polls don’t matter.
Casting ballots doesn’t matter.
Harvesting ballots and counting ballots are what matters.
And dead voters are the most dependable. Their votes count, but they don’t protest.
And the dead also have the ability to vote multiple times for the same candidate.
Personally I think there’s a greasing of the skids for Shillary. She’s been in the news just a bit too much of late.
The writer seems to just now be seeing the discontent of plebes as something that should not be underestimated.
They also seem surprised that Chico and the Black man aren’t being fooled by the whitewash (heh) of identity politics.
The end game for race hustlers is to overlord a society of suspicion, envy & violence.

The Democrats have no future at the federal level while working-class white Americans still get a say about who leads them.
The only real legacy of Barack Hussein Obama is ensuring that no Negro will ever be trusted with the White House again.
Heterosexual working-class white Americans want their president to be a heterosexual white American man who will take their side against America’s enemies, foreign (China) and domestic (Wall Street and black supremacists).
The pool of such men interested in, and interesting for, the Democratic presidential nomination is has shrunk to the point of practical non-existence.

That said, few things anger me more than hearing/reading whining from Prog sycophants about “the mess that they left us!”. While that may be fact, what you do with it tells me more about your intestinal fortitude than anything else. Pissing & moaning about “inherited trends” tells me you’re either a full blown Prog or a Prog-in-the-making RINO. Rolling up your sleeves and saying, “Let’s get to work!” tells me you’re a person of character & worthy of supporting.
