O, Sweet Saint Of San Andreas

Hear my prayer.

I don’t understand why the GOP doesn’t seize on this and make it the centerpiece of a national campaign ad. Check out the rest of the thread.

  1. The reason the GOP won’t seize on it is because they continually re-earn the title of “The Stupid Party,” that’s why.

It’s time the gloves came off. Taking the high road for opposition to the Left has bought nothing but retreat for the last three human generations.

    1. “TheRepublicans are stupid” is a narrative designed to stop people from recognizing they are fully complicit in the cloward and pivening of America.

  2. “I don’t understand why the GOP doesn’t seize on this and make it the centerpiece of a national campaign ad”

Hope they haven’t caught the yellow fever like their Canadian counterparts.

  3. What’s to see, Biden promised to improve Supply Chain Management, so there’s the improvement, go getcha some of dem epi-pens holmes!

……..and bring me some o dat Chinese shrimp I seen laying round in those little plastic boxes.

  4. As Garth says, because they’re the stupid party.
Bold prediction: the stupids will not “mop the floor” with the evils.
Bolder: they won’t re-take the house.
The evil party are world class propaganda manufacturers.

    1. The Republicans will leave at least 40 winnable US House seats with no Republican Candidate, or some sacrificial wack job that is the candidate because no else will do it. There will be a thousand similar no Republican candidate state house and senate seats too.

The Republicans are the stupid party. Worse, the Democrats are the EVIL Party.

    1. I have no doubt that the railroads have done the math. And the math says that hiring enough security to prevent this mass theft is much greater $$$$ than just eating the theft. Let the insurers pay. And if you add the cost of prosecuting the perpetrators … then it’s not even close. This is the nature of business and politics today … a cynical computer analysis drives all decisions … morality is never considered. Nor is the PENALTY society pays when massive crime like this goes unpunished.

Yes, our culture and society is coming apart at the seams.

  5. Just like third world country, you got the rich, you got the homeless and then you have those that get up every morning to go to work for more than 8 hours a day to make money for their families and then the state takes some of it to pay for all of that.

  6. The GOP and Dementocrats are different sides of the sam eUniparty coin. They serve the sme interests. Those interests are not intrested in the decline and destruction of US society. The Communists are detroying the West without firing a shot.

  7. BTW … I have had multiple packages sent into “delayed” mode. Guess I never knew that was code for stolen and smashed on the ground. No wonder I finally got my products 2-1/2x late.

Makes me wonder just how much stolen goods are sold on eBay, Craigslist, Facquebook, and all the other random selling sites. Most everything it seems.

    1. Amazon is the biggest site for moving hot retail items. Most of those on the ground are probably stolen or counterfeit to begin with.

  8. Good luck to anyone who didn’t get their Amazon package. I didn’t get one and the courier via the tracking number said it was ‘lost in transit’ so I went to the site to request a refund. Amazon do not have ‘my package didn’t arrive’ as an option, nor any apparent way of communicating this to them. I’ve had to go to Mastercard to ask them to reverse the transaction.

  9. Considering this only broke today, it’s a awfully early to assume they won’t be using it.

  10. Kate@SDA, I just want to tell you how much I love your “Sweet Saint of San Andreas” riff. I’m an American combat vet currently working in Deutschland and I read you everyday. Thanks for doing God’s work.
