5. In my day we called it lying. I watched a video of a young woman who took part in the clinical trials before the jabba was made public. Basically she became deadly ill after the first jab, it took a year for her to get diagnosed via a severe vaccine reaction. Here’s the clicker, when the study was released she was not included in the group that had side effects. The AB Health Vaccine Outcomes page has 3 pairs of charts at the bottom of the page that clearly indicate that something is happening to people within 20 days of their first vaccination. There is a concentration of cases, hospitalizations and deaths that should raise some serious questions about the immune response to these vaccines. Frankly, I’m surprised the government has not scrubbed these from their page.

I understand “genesis” or origin from my studies in Greek, but “reactogenicity” was not a common word in the classical writings.           Reactogenicity represents the physical manifestation of the inflammatory response to vaccination, and can include injection-site pain, redness, swelling or induration at the injection site, as well as systemic symptoms, such as fever, myalgia, or headache.

          Again, myalgia is muscle soreness as one might experience from a pull, and induration is hardness at the injection site (so that I don’t forget to practice what I preach). The real question is how long one would consider the reactogenicity to last – a day, a week, two weeks. The article above does not state those limits from typical cases.           You are correct in stating that there is difficulty from untangling these reactions from symptoms of other existing conditions. But there are reactions that are not attributable to “normal” reactogenicity and it is those that we should be trying to capture, given the EUA status of the vaccines as a whole. And reducing the trial times, obliterating the placebo group in a trial, and not fully reporting the reactions to an abbreviated vaccine trial do not inspire the rest of us with confidence in the overall process, particularly those of us who have been doing applied science as a career (albeit not in biology, in my case). Voluntary reporting doesn’t help either particularly when in a large number of cases, because of workload, the physicians are not doing the data entry.

15. I take Roussin’s comments to mean that he does not want to levy more restrictions on the vaccinated, but that’s just my take. His musing are vague.

    Here’s my reasoning: I think he’s worried that the much vaunted vaxxpass system is failing to reduce or flatten cases. With so few unvaxxed left and so restricted as they are, further restrictions would have zero impact and he knows it.

    Hence, next step is to put in place gathering limits for the fully vaxxed. He’s also reluctant to do this because it would have to apply to politically well-connected gatherings like Jets games and would broaden public suspicion that he’s an idiot.

16. In the mean time, there are two promising vaccines (non-mRNA) that appear to be being artificially held up by Health Canada: Novavax and Medicago. Why would that be Applications went in long ago (Jan and April 2021) and approval usually takes 3 to 4 months. The vaccines seem to have undergone more testing and have fewer side effects than Pfizer and Moderna. Sweden and Denmark have stopped distributing Moderna for younger people. What gives — is Canada getting money from Pfizer. Medicago based in Quebec City and Novavax establishing a production plant in Montreal. Something is amiss.

All that plus the yellow fever one for an overseas trip, which might have been a real vaccine because: (1) I didn’t get yellow fever on the trip; (2) I didn’t have a severe “adverse event” to the shot; (3) nobody asked to see proof of vaccination on my destination; (4) because it wasn’t fractional, no boosters needed for a long time; (5) neither provincial nor federal gov asked me to test or quarantine upon my return. 18. This actually is not a mystery. Check the requirements for entering the US now that the border is open. It says that you are NOT “fully” vaccinated until 14 days after you receive the 2nd shot of Pfizer or Moderna. J&J is one and done but you can’t get that in Canada even though it’s approved. Who knows if they’re just playing with words or our minds?
    You’d think that would be made very clear to those receiving the jab but it sure doesn’t look like it. Without that info, being vaccinated (even minus possible side effects) can do more harm than good. Would it make any difference? Who the heck knows since we can’t believe a word they say.

    1. Further to the whole border crossing thing, have friends who went down to check on their cabin in the Flathead Valley in Montana over Remembrance Day weekend. Left Wed, returned Sun. Longer than the 72 hour period PCR test Prinz Dumkopf requires. They had to get tests done in Montana, 3@ $250USD per!!! Had to enter the results into some sort of database online, wifi sketchy at the cabin at the best of times. Managed to get it done, tried their normal border crossing at Del Bonita, now closed on weekends, had to go all the way to Coutts (another hour drive), probably won’t be heading back down for some time.

       1. My wife lives in Wisconsin and I’ve been trying to get my green card for what seems like forever. We were very close two years ago, then COVID comes along, Trump puts a halt on any green cards and our lives were put on hold. What I went through just to visit her last December was incredible. I couldn’t just go to the border say hi to one person, stop once for fuel and a pee and drive the 430 miles but could fly to Toronto on a full flight, clear customs, change planes, fly to NYC on another full flight, change planes, fly to Minneapolis on another full flight then rent a car and drive 250 miles. Someone thought that made sense. Coming back to Canada was a ridiculous experience thanks to JT. As for the green card, by the time the smoke cleared, many of the necessary documents and procedures had expired and we basically had to start all over again. If I want to see her this year, I will have no choice but to surrender to the jabs.
