        1. Agreed. Obama never worked a day in his life, I can’t believe anyone thinks he wants to be some sort of shadow puppeteer.

          He was only ever president to tour the party circuit and be the public face of whoever was actually making the decisions. Probably part of why the deep state hated Trump so much – he most definitely had no intention of being a figurehead.

  4. The left says let’s switch to electric cars… what they really intend is for everyone to take public transit.

    Sooner or later Biden will go after pension funds. They’ve got too much money.

    1. They want us working in the fields.
      Walking and biking to get around.
      Electric vehicles will be for the Uber Elite.
      Ultimately THEY want us DEAD.

    As William Gairdner said in “The Trouble With Canada,” socialists tolerate capitalism because it’s needed as cash cows to fund their corrupt and inevitable transactions of decline (another of his terms), but unlike a crime family end up killing the golden goose.

    Statists, socialists, and collectivists (I repeat myself) floating in ignorance and envy, cannot help themselves no matter the cost.

    Not to them, like Brezhnev they poop in golden toilets while their people starve or languish in concentration camps.

I’ve come to the sad conclusion that democracy cannot work any more, the only two choices that actually exist are this developing globalist dictatorship which seems to promise depopulation, economic collapse and a complete loss of personal freedom, or, some kind of authoritarian right-wing dictatorship like Trump and successors who cannot be replaced, trying their best to beat down globalism and running things as close to “heritage” America as possible. Those choices exist in all our countries but would not be feasible in Canada ahead of the alternative taking hold in America (we would get invaded within months). These are stark views and I don’t take much pleasure in holding them, but where does anyone see anything better? The sheeple are either going to keep electing leftist stooges like Trudeau and Biden, or, their alternative votes are going to be sabotaged by the globalist vote count guarantee.

    As the guy with the sign says, change my mind.

      A Republic based on The Rule of Law is probably the best we can come up with.
      Unfortunately it has been tried numerous times and eventually fails.
      Eg. Roman Empire, Pax Americana.
      Corruption eventually wins out.

      Short of doing it Gods way , with an all seeing eye on you, mankinds attempt at governing itself has been a dismal failure.

    Joe Biden’s own freaking staff will not let him talk to the Democrats in a private, partisan, Democrats only Caucus Room. Joe said he wanted to take questions and his own staff stopped it.

    1. Kudos to John Bosley’s two wolves and one sheep.
      Try 1984 or Hayek’s “Road to Serfdom” if you want the hairs on the back of your neck stand on end (ready for the guillotine’s blade?).
      It’s much easier to rule a cowed population, partitioned from each other with their hand out to government; the sheepish wolves.
      Fed off the loins, wool and meat of the wolfish sheep, now corralled around economic control fences and wokeidiocy barbed wire.
      As the wolves get lazier and stupider, the sheep get skinnier, and more afraid, electoral buyers’ remorse no longer of consequence.
      Of course the flock will decline, but the people won’t notice the difference right away because they’ve been on mutton the whole time.
      Eventually and inevitably the sheep will starve, their coats no longer valuable, slim pickings around the emaciated, spent frame.
      Then the wolves revert to cannibalism, turning on each other for the shrinking mutton pie, Trotskyites versus Leninists.

    1. Splitting the countries only buys time.
      Eventually what happened to the whole WILL happen to the smaller chunks.
      Nope, a total ” cleansing ” of the troublesome must be done with a renewed Constitution and refining of the laws to TRY and slowdown the same shit from occurring again in the future.
      The total destruction of the existing governments and agencies, then rebuilding from the ground up with fresh untainted blood must occur.

      Only way you do that IS with Civil War.
      Remember, the other side is being indoctrinated to want us DEAD.
