  1. At the risk of sounding like an old Marvel fan, I will say this.
    Fuck Marvel these days.
However, when Marvel was basically an effort of entrepreneurial excellence on the part of Stan Lee and Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko back in the very early 60s, on Madison Avenue, it was a testament to how some New York Dudes could start, then realize, the American Dream.
And they did…well, Stan did, anyway.
Point being, the Golden Age Of Marvel was one that revived the former WW2 Captain America and inspired a generation.
Yeah, the Comics Code quickly suppressed it, but the good stuff stuck for some of us.

These days, Marvel is just a division of the CCP, the LGBTQ, and the other acronyms.

Oh, and don’t get me wrong, it has always been bread and circus shit, but it was better shit back in the day. I sold my mint first addition of Spider-Man for $1,200… in 1973. Sure wish I had kept it, but I wanted to buy some Hash. Teenagers, Eh?!

  2. I wish I lived in a world where the Jews really did control Hollywood.

It beats having the Red Chinese run the place.

  3. “Beijingwood” has been shanghaied!

    Well as Groucho Marx said:

“Those are my principles, and if you don’t like them… well, I have others.”

  4. THAT IS THE PRICE OF ENTRY INTO THE CHINESE MARKET. Do not underestimate the importance of access to the Chinese market for multinationals. It’s a no brainer to prioritize that market (1.4 billion) over the Anglosphere (465 million).
