It Doesn’t Solve Every Problem?

There’s the theory and then there’s reality.
Bill Belichick on the NFL experience.

You guys keep talking about that, and I would just point out that I don’t know what the number is. I mean, you guys can look it up. You have the access to a lot of information, but the number of players and coaches and staff members that have been infected by COVID in this training camp [around the NFL] who have been vaccinated is a pretty high number, so I wouldn’t lose sight of that.

and

There’ve been a number of, quite a high number I would say, of players who have had the virus who have been vaccinated, so your implication that vaccination solves every problem, I would say that has not been substantiated based on what’s happened in training camp [throughout the NFL] this year. That’s all.

  1. Big heavy dudes wearing a large amount of padding, going on a field and performing strenuous physical feats for short bursts of time, in hot weather, with most of them having microscopic blood clots…. Sweet.

The NFL might be VERY FUN to watch this year.

Give them a booster to make it real interesting.

On a separate note, there were a lot of rallies 2 days ago, including 10,000 in Vancouver. All over the news. Oh wait…

I think, despite the media and tech against us, resistance is growing. People are able to communicate through email, phone, websites and apps outside the control of Big Brother. Tech easily helps ‘enslave’ and brainwash the masses. But the ease of communication also helps people organize, learn the truth and start to resist. Hopefully.

And the lack of coverage about protests doesn’t mean they are not going on. Or violence. Or pushback. Slow, slow, ‘things are never going to change’, slow….then all hell breaks loose.

I know at least 20 without the shot. And I know there are entire churches of people from very bad areas of the world who are unvaxxed.

I think dear leader seems so panicked because a lot of people are about to die off and there’s a surprisingly large healthy control group left. I’m hoping at least….

    1. Say it with me. RELATIVE RISK REDUCTION.
(You know…how “95% effective” is really only 1%)

BTW you still need to learn what the risk for serious Covid is in a healthy, athletic person in their 20s. Hint: It’s not very high.

    2. Say it with me … 100% survival rate among the NFL age group and health status. Ideally … the entire NFL would deliberately infect every single player and be done with it.

It was particularly frustrating to watch the US men’s soccer team go scoreless last night in El Salvador as we were without our superstar midfielder/striker Christian Pulisic because he “tested positive” with the COVID almost two weeks ago. I dare say the trip to El Salvador alone was a much higher risk than “exposure” to Christian Pulisic.

    3. “Say it with me”

Like a religious cult chant or like we’re in a commie army of mindless fuckwits?
I want to get the tone, tempo and inflection right.

  2. Q: How many players on the team are still not vaccinated?
BB: Again, I’m not going to get into that. Those are all personal decisions, and it’s not my place to talk about another person’s decision or medical condition.

God! I love Belichick … now if our government would LEARN from him …

  3. Small fissures are starting to form on the Covid scam dam. And I really do think globalists are overplaying their hand in Australia. Social media has allowed people in Western countries to witness what’s happening over there and it isn’t a good look. A textbook case as well to what happens when the gov’t takes your guns, although to be fair, it wasn’t really taking as much as it was Australians tripping over one another in their rush to turn them in.
I don’t think it’s overstating things from a freedoms and liberty perspective that it’s pretty horrific.
I still maintain the country, its geographical location and being an island makes it the perfect lab rat to see how much they can get away with.

  4. Can’t they all just lose already? Who cares if our millionaires are better than your millionaires at homo-erotic sports? What difference does it make to anyone who won the cup last year?

Guys are supposed to be thinking citizens, but too many guys simply live and breathe sports and exclude all other thought. And now they won’t be able to go and be amused unless the government injects them with experimental treatments. Do these guys not see a problem here?

    1. Not jabbed myself.
However, I think it is a great idea that 60 to 80 thousand fans have to be jabbed to watch a game in person.
How many weeks before an outbreak of Covid with proof of transmission takes place in one of those stadiums?
That will be tough to hide, and how many jabbies will realize they have been lied to from the start on the woohoo floo.

      1. Good one. The vaxxed will start dying while the unvaxxed live long and productive lives.

  5. No Brady, released Cam Newton, hasn’t won a superbowl in a while, now he’s shooting his running his mouth about the vax.

I don’t think Belichick makes it to the end of the season. Maybe not even the end of week 3. NFL HQ has probably already made a call to Foxboro.

    1. I’d bet you RN $20 that Belichick makes it to at least the end of Week 4. Biggest game of the year that week and I’m a believer that ratings still count for something in the NFL plus Foxboro fans would burn the place down like Antifa Prom Night in DT Portland if Hoodie was punted ahead of the Brady Homecoming. Their team’s name isn’t the NE Pansies…

  6. Did anyone actually watch Cam this preseason? His mechanics were so screwed up he had to give everything he had to throw a 20 yard pass. He also couldn’t move well or execute any designed running plays. He is toast.
I can see him not ever playing another down in the NFL.

To the Covid point. The information from Israel is very illuminating. 15,000+ cases out of 18,000 were fully vaccinated.
See the September 2nd posting titled “Unvaccinated” on this blog.

  7. When Brady wins the Superbowl this year, will the debate over who’s better, coach or quarterback, be finally be put to rest?
The Patriots did well in drafting Mac Jones, which bodes well for their future, if he’s healthy and learns quickly Belichick keeps his job next year, if not, I expect he and Kraft will part ways and perhaps JoshMcDaniels takes over as head coach next year. Kraft is not likely to fire Belichick mid-season.

    1. Belichick will be coaching in NE until he no longer wants to coach. What owner in his right mind would fire a future HOF coach who has 7 Super Bowl rings, five of which he won in NE? I don’t see that happening.

I think he’ll stick around until he gets Mac Jones coached up and into a SB. In my mind Coach B is the GOAT, but he’s a proud man and might want to stay on until he gets a non-Brady team to another SB.

      1. Belichick has six superbowl rings, all of which he won in NE.
Brady has seven, six with NE, one with TB.
Brady, like him or hate him, is the GOAT.
        The End.

        1. You’re half right, and proved that Coach B is better than I thought he was. He’s won six (not five) with NE, and that’s two more than Chuck Knoll, and three more than Walsh and Joe Gibbs….but Coach B also won two as an assistant with the Giants, so he has eight rings.

I like Brady, and I like Belichick, even though I’m a Seahawk fan and don’t live in NE. Tom’s won more SB’s than anyone else, and did an amazing thing last year by guiding Tampa to the crown, but my GOAT will always be Joe Montana. Belichick is one of the greatest coaches of all time, and easily the greatest living coach… but I will always be partial to Lombardi. I’m old school.

  8. Belichick cheats.

Without Brady, Belichick would be out of the league by now.

He won’t be fired during this playing year, no matter how poorly he performs.

  9. Belichick has 8 rings, 6 with NE and 2 with the Giants.

He has 6 wins vs 3 losses in 9 Superbowl’s as head coach.

He won 2 Superbowl’s as the defensive co-coordinator for he Giants.
