    1. I liked that too. I am wondering if the people I am thinking of sending it to will actually “get it”.

      1. It’s getting tougher to find any family and friends that have an open mind to any alternative viewpoint these days. Climate change, politics and now the worst of them all, covid. I find if you can have a face to face conversation it’s still possible to share your viewpoints but that’s even tough to do now. The big tech and government latest propaganda over misinformation has led these brainwashed family and friends to completely ignore all stories and videos which don’t line up with their current beliefs. This current push on “misinformation” is a powerful tool for all future propaganda campaigns from government/elite and bill c-10 and c-36 will take care of the pesky alternative viewpoints soon enough. Approved speech will be tightly controlled and then that’s the end…

        1. hvb, the husband and I are finding the same thing. For the most part, I haven’t seen my family since March 2020, except for a brief funeral in December 2020, where everyone was masked, distanced (over six feet!), and terrified of catching Wu Flu. Phone calls, texts, and emails dropped off. They were foaming at the mouth, waiting for the vaccine and were first in line. The CBC and Toronto Star are their “trusted” news sources so I don’t even bother forwarding links to them.

    2. The delusion of a pandemic, media sowing fear, the power hungry politicians…this vid nails it!

    1. Well, Cal if these people and the people of other nations, Canada for example, want their freedom, and the only way to regain it is to remove those in power from power, then it must be done by any means possible. Much like the civil war in the US we will be fighting our own, our neighbors and family before this insanity is put to rest.

        1. Sorry Chis, that will change nothing, in fact it just may make thing even worse.

      1. Australians always got a tough guy rating but actually. It was mostly just from the movies.

    2. Having lived in Australia 60-55 years ago I admit to being stunned by what’s going on there – these are, (were?), perhaps the very last people I would have expected to tolerated such treatment.

      1. My brother moved there in 1970, and I still have in-laws in Tasmania. My experience tells me that 21st century Australians have become every bit as ‘pussified’ as 21st century Canadians.

  1. I’m not sure how many of you are on reddit, but knowing the power of SDA and if you are; lets fix the up-votes on these comments.

    1. The comments on that link are perfect examples of the mass psychosis discussed in the vid linked by hvb.

    2. I read a couple of the Canadian subreddits as a reminder of what those outside of the right wing tend to think. It’s … not pretty.

      1. As I have noted so many, many, times here: “Some people need pain before they learn, some people need a lot of pain before they learn, and some people will never learn”.

Perhaps this episode will garner the attention of the first and second groups; as to the third group, well…..

      2. I think eventually Russia will save us, but I have not yet figured out how. Just keep watching.

  2. I need a reference point for >10,000 Americans handed over to the Taliban. Is it worse than the Insurrection Jan 6th? The Civil War? Jim Crow? Jim Crow on steroids? Jim Eagle? Watergate? The White Supremacy terror threat that is causing bags under Mark Milley’s eyes?

  3. L – There is an avalanche of lawsuits about to be launched and in play now. The government, businesses, institutions and employers may be held legally liable for their vaccine policies and mandates. Even the F.D.A. itself is coming under scrutiny for it’s Standard of Care for the Emergency Use Authourization and for final approval of Covid-19 vaccines.

Canadians need to do likewise, government institutions and private businesses have not done their due diligence in looking at either their liability nor the medical evidence required to be reviewed. Groups, individuals, including doctors having their sacred doctor/patient relationship violated. Everyone needs to start holding governments, employers and businesses to be challenged to account in court/in public to justify their policies.

Duty of Care/Standard of Care applies.

    Arbitrary&Capricious isn’t a defence in law.

  4. President Biden is planning a long weekend by flying out to his home in Wilmington DE Thursday (today)?

    https://twitchy.com/brettt-3136/2021/08/18/is-president-biden-flying-back-to-delaware-for-another-long-weekend/

    ?Why Not?
It is August, the Traditional Vacation Season of Europeans and American Elites.
Americans are enjoying an unprecedented economic boom with low inflation, high employment, and the rebirth of America’s Urban Cities.
America’s Border are more secure than ever.
The World is at peace. America is respected around the World.
We have regained the respect of the World. Just ask the British 2nd Paras, China, Qatar, Iran, and the new Democrat Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
There has not been a better time in the last 20 years for an American President to take a TWO WEEK Vacation.
Hunter has another new Business Proposition for Joe too!
Besides, Vice President Kamala Harris has it. She has been on TV, Radio, and Social Media so much this week!
    /sarc

    Joe Must GO!

  5. NY Post Headline: Where’s Kamala? ‘Last person in room’ Harris silent 6 days amid Afghan pullout chaos

However, with horrific and tragic images emerging seemingly hourly from Afghanistan, Harris has not been seen in public since Thursday (8/12), when she cut short a meeting with CEOs to discuss the Biden administration’s child care proposals to attend an intelligence briefing as the Taliban began their final offensive.

    https://nypost.com/2021/08/18/kamala-harris-keeps-low-profile-after-afghanistan-chaos/?utm_campaign=SocialFlow&utm_medium=SocialFlow&utm_source=NYPTwitter

Joe, Please Take Harris with you!

    1. Thank you for that tip. I voted as I have a 5-year-old first grader grand child who should not have to go through another nonsense year, like her French Immersion kindergarten experience, with masks and limited/interrupted classroom times/play experience with peers.

This poll is for the interior of BC, but lower mainland schools need to get the message. Wearing a mask, such as most people use, all day indoors all day is likely very unhealthy for children, as immune systems develop.

Fortunately, she has good enriched environment and parenting and can read at the grade two level, as I said to my son last spring, “why not teach her to read yourself – you read simple words at age 4, and she can have excellent reading skills in both languages, but English will remain primary for BC.” By August, she could read all grade one English books, with a bit of help on words like “though” that do not follow phonic rules. The transition to French reading will not be difficult, if and when they have real school.

  6. Anybody notice the Bong suggesting monetary policy is not a priority?

WTF is he talking about? This stupid comment should follow him until September 20.

    1. I saw that. Looked like he was just displaying his spoiled rich kid side. It seemed rather immature of him.

On Wednesday evening’s CTVNews they featured a blip about how it will take 4 to 5 days post election day for the results to be known and announced due to the fact that the mail-in ballots would have to be counted after the polls close.

Any grade 3 kid will tell us that mail-in ballots represent a cheating game. Bongo told us himself that 5 million ballots were already printed.

After he wins, the Libs will have their stoner bash and laugh at how Canadians fell for the campaign lies and antics. Hope Erikah Badhu is invited, maybe she can swing some photos of the celebration like she did for Bar and Mike’s big do at the Vineyard.

          1. Depends who you ask.
From the link below the Anti-inflation measures were about wage depression.

“Did unions and the working class cause inflation, and the social pathologies that coincided with it? One telling piece of evidence indicating the negative was leaked from within Trudeau’s government. This document, from just before Trudeau initiated his last round of anti-inflationary measures (the 6&5 Program) was frank: such programs were not about inflation, but wage depression. The piece would note for instance, that Trudeau’s first round of wage and price controls from 1975 to 1978 (the Anti-Inflation Board) did little to actually control prices, but was formidable at lowering wages”.

            P.S.
            B –Let’s ask David Murrell?

      1. Step aside John Maynard Keynes, Paul Samuelson, and Milton Friedman. Here comes Prinz Dummkopf, economics wizard.

    2. Unfortunately, most people in Canada do not understand monetary policy. Economic theory was taught in grade 11 in Alberta in the 60’s, but likely not now. Ergo, he can just say that and no one cares.

    3. Bankrupt Atlantic Canada and Quebec, forever reliant on federal transfers, don’t care.

      1. CC: Add to that three territories and 620 First Nations that are all bankrupt and living off of generous transfers from federal taxpayers. In Nunavut, for example, federal transfers every year currently amount to $44,000 for every man, woman and child.

    1. What I did notice was that the Military was changing to be a more political as the technology was changing as well.
More rules, regulations and restrictions were creeping in.
We had good equipment except for the shitty rain gear and our body armor was still not bullet proof.

  7. “Decadence and hubris have finally brought down the American Empire.
The US is in retreat on all fronts, and its incompetent politicians are incapable of reversing the decline.”

“How can people who live in terror of “micro-aggressions” find it in themselves to defeat real evils?”

“The American empire at least believed in freedom and democracy; what replaces it won’t even pretend to be liberal.”

    https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2021/08/18/witnessing-collapse-american-empire/

  8. Why is Justin seeking a majority, he has been ruling ever since he was elected as though he had a majority. He has not encountered any opposition

    1. All those pesky House of Commons Committees. Questioning his decisions. Investigating his corruption.
With a majority all of those disappear without a trace. The only ones left to investigate are CTV/CBC/Globe & Mail (good luck with that.)

    2. I think he and his globalist pals have even more sinister plans in the works that will totally destroy our democracy and rights. He can’t afford not to have a majority when the sh*t goes down. There is a reason why he is unconcerned about money policy.

  9. Here’s a little scoop boys and girls. I hear Jason Kenney just lost his chief of staff.

  10. So one of Blackie’s campaign ads show him kneeling at a BLM demonstration. I guess supporting the idea that white Canadians are racist bastards will win him votes.

    1. What does obeying the law have to do with anything these days? No one in authority cares any more.

  11. Blacklock reports that Facebook will use the CBC to fact check during the fake election.

  12. Here is an interesting read on Afghanistan to today.

    https://oneworld.press/?module=articles&action=view&id=2172

The leader of Afghanistan really fled because he didn’t want a transitional sharing government and was hoping his ANA forces and the US government was going to help keep him in power for quite a bit longer.
This really is a different Taliban as they hope to be a unified country and are willing to compromise to be a strong nation.
They were trying to show that they have a sense of humor as well.

  13. Scroll down to The Rise of the Praetorian Class:

    https://www.caseyresearch.com/daily-dispatch/rise-praetorian-class/

“As the Praetorian Class ascends, the clear, albeit unstated, message that emerges is that actions and events in the Economic Class only occur with its tacit consent. Whether driving on roads, traveling in the air, visiting public land, walking down the street or even living in your own home, every action you take is predicated on its permission. By preconditioning the populace to enforcement of its edicts, most of which are completely arbitrary, the Praetorian Class sets itself up for a high degree of autonomy in its actions. This is confirmed by the fact that consequences for malfeasance within the Praetorian Class are almost never observed, and when it happens, it typically becomes a grotesque spectacle in which one of their own is sacrificed as an example, so as to keep appearances of effective internal controls.”

  14. **However, some are allowed to enter Canada. See below for details.”

“ARE YOU THINKING OF CLAIMING ASYLUM IN CANADA DURING THE COVID PANDEMIC?

    August 10th, 2021 Important Notice
Proposed changes to the US-Canada land border rule DO NOT APPLY TO ASYLUM SEEKERS.
Although Canada is likely to open land borders to vaccinated foreign nationals on September 7th, the Safe Third Country Agreement rules will continue to be applied to asylum seekers coming to an official land Port of Entry.
Most asylum seekers crossing irregularly such as at Roxham Road CONTINUE to be sent back to the USA. **However, some are allowed to enter Canada. See below for details.”
    =====

“August 19, 2021: NEW INFORMATION FOR THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN SENT BACK TO THE USA AFTER CROSSING IRREGULARLY
     (for example, at Roxham Road)
Canada Borders Services Agency (CBSA) updated their website. People who were directed back to the United States may call 1-833-995-0002, Monday to Friday between 8:00 am to 4:00 pm AST (Atlantic Standard Time) to provide up to date contact information that will be used in order to resume your refugee claim. ”

  15. FOX News is reporting that Joe Biden, in his now infamous ABC interview, claimed that, so far in the Taliban takeover, “no one has been killed”.

  16. Remember how i mentioned the British 2nd Paras in Kabul and actually rescuing foreigners and Afghans? They are really pissed off at the US? So is the ENTIRE BRITISH PARLIAMENT:

    https://www.telegraph.co.uk/politics/2021/08/18/parliament-holds-joe-biden-contempt-afghanistan/

Parliament holds Joe Biden in contempt over Afghanistan
MPs and peers unite to condemn ‘dishonour’ of US president’s withdrawal and his criticism of Afghan troops left behind to face Taliban.

Is that how Joe Biden is going to improve US Relationships?
    https://www.bbc.com/news/blogs-the-papers-58264267

    1. I guess being a human dart board with poison darts tossed at you and eventually with enough darts in you, you will die.
As our politicians change the definition of vaccination and being fully protected.
Boosters boys, when our fall flu season kicks in and more fully vaccinated die, they’ll inject boosters.

  17. Just an observation and not that I trust them, but early polls must be going really bad for the Liberals. Using https://338canada.com/polls.htm as a point of reference, they had poll results daily from Angus Reid, EKOS, Ipsos, Forum Research, Leger, Abacus Data and a number of other polling company’s of almost a week before the writ was dropped. After the writ was dropped, one poll (on Monday).

  18. Watching Biden fumble day after day and then announce he is going home for a vacation, in the middle of the multitudes of crisis’s he should be addressing, made me think he is prepping to step down for health reasons.

I then looked at the succession list and who on there would actually be an effective president?
    Harris? Ha-ha, cackle-cackle
Pelosi? She would immediately send out the capital police to arrest all of her political opponents and send them to re-education camps.
    Leahy? Maybe
The rest of the list is a swamp creatures dream.
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_presidential_line_of_succession

    We are so screwed!
