RCMP Sent A Notice About Changes To Authorizations To Transport For C-71. Of Course, It Has Errors.

Thanks for the explanation but the bottom line is already known by all legal gun owners in Canada. As far as the illuminati are concerned there is no room in Canada for private ownership of firearms. Canadians have no God given right to defend themselves and the Liberals, NDP, and Greenies are here to make sure this is enforced. One step at a time, inch by inch, incrementally gun ownership will become so onerous that the clingers to the belief of personal responsibility and self-defence will eventually succumb. The independent, conservative voters in Canada are a very insignificant political voice that has been shrinking since the 1950’s. There has never been a political leader on the right that had the intestinal fortitude to make self-defence or castle doctrine an election issue and as a result the fundamental freedoms that created Western society have been eroded to the point now where they are non-existent in Canada.
What’s that you say ? The RCMP have shot themselves in the foot … again !
Too bad they didnt “shoot themselves in the foot ” in reality.
A little higher up would have been better!
No, it’ll be my foot, your foot they shoot. They might be wrong in law if they arrest someone, seize guns, destroy the guns (and other property in the process) but the process is the punishment and after you have paid a lot of money to Runkle or his ilk to get you out of trouble, you won’t get the money back, you won’t get the time back, you won’t get the smelted remains of your guns back or compensation for your kicked down door. And the police and bureaucrats won’t be punished for their error.
Ian comes so close when he says (paraphrasing) “If we want firearm owners to comply with the law, shouldn’t the laws be simple and understandable?”. Truth is, the motivation behind these confusing and poorly written laws is to criminalise normal behaviour and allow the persecution and arrest of anyone that poses a threat to the powers that be. Buy ammunition. Make friends.

Yet, again I am reminded of the definition of tyranny Mark Steyn coined decades ago:
“An arbitrary criminalization of dissent from state orthodoxy”.
Sadly this definition gets more accurate with every Librano decision.
This headline is incorrect, due to a fundamental principle of Marxism – “The Party is always right.”
Because in Canada, the (I believe Chretien) Liberals gave responsibility for gun control to the RCMP. Therefore, whatever the RCMP says about guns is The LAW. So no, by definition this is not an RCMP mistake because the RCMP makes the law – it is never mistaken about gun laws in Canada.
Everyone of us legal gun owners is a test case and caution to our friends who chose to do otherwise.
Every bureaucratic screw up and every incremental theft of our freedom to use these tools, confirms the Worshippers of Saint Allen,in their position.
Thanks to Saint Allen Rock,Canada now has more caches of guns and ammo than any time in our past.
The irony that we who attempt to comply with these idiotic laws, have fewer legal rights than my neighbourhood crack dealer is not lost on sane people.
That the City Gangbangers are seldom caught, but always released is also a indicator of our politicians and Just Us Systems priorities.
Naturally when you are shaking down the citizens, you ask who has money?
So home owners with the pocket change to afford range shooting are better picking than welfare street rats..
The problem for our dear leaders, their own criminal behaviour has destroyed the consent of the governed.
RCMP corruption and blatant dishonesty over the Gun Registry have alienated the people they must have at their back to survive.
As for this “War on guns” I maintain the government is losing.
Over the period of the first Long gun registry, the bureaucrats lost track of 19 million long guns, most of which were never registered in the first place.
They called this a “Success”.
Now that the RCMP are unionized, they’re stuck with the tier 2 members.
I’m reminded of Bill Whittle’s comment (an American with 2nd Amendment protection, albeit also a resident of Los Angeles and thereby subject to about as draconian gun laws as can be pulled off):
“I used to own several firearms, until the tragic boating accident which resulted in many of them being lost to the bottom of the Pacific…”
Yeah the boating accident sound real funny until you realize it won’t fly. “So you lost yer guns in a boating accident? Why did you not report it, like you’re supposed to? That’ll probably get you 5 years. Per gun.”
I haven’t lost any guns that I’m required to report the loss of. Still have a boat, though.
Just remember, taking a restricted firearm boating is a felony. Tell that to cops and you have just given them a reason to arrest and charge you, ransack your house and kill your dogs. And don’t think they will not do it, they live for this shit.
I’d like to watch his videos, but he’s a dammed lawyer and takes 20 minutes to say something the average man can say in 5.
That’s why the average man doesn’t make a living charging by the hour for talking. He’d need to do twelve jobs he can bill for instead of only three so he’d have no time to write up all the bills.
