    1. Happy Canada Day to all my Canadian Friends too!

And I’d like to extend a SPECIAL Happy Canada Day to all the good First Nations people who recognize that white settlers have been the BEST thing to ever have happened on this continent, what with bringing their learning, technology, guns, and civilization to an “untamed” land.

      1. … Not to mention our skills in food production, amazing transportation, laws that work not too badly, infrastructure development and literacy for all too! Not to mention, TVs, skidoos, fly-in planes, cell phones and all the other stuff they like. How many modern Canadian Indians really want to live as they did in 1600. Let us put that to a vote!

    1. Ditto. I’ve hung my Red Ensign Flag on the fence. Hoping to trigger some Prog Libtard.

    2. Thanks, and back at you!

( (Name of Country here) Day is the lamest title for a national holiday as one can get. )

    3. “Dominion Day” was resonant and sonorous; “Canada Day” is insipid and pedestrian. Thank you so much, Justin’s daddy.

    1. Let us remember what freedom is and what it means.

I do not choose to be a common man. It is my right to be uncommon. I seek opportunity to develop whatever talents I possess .. not security.

I do not wish to be a kept citizen, humbled and dulled by having the state look after me. I want to take the calculated risk to dream and to build, to fail and to succeed.

I refuse to barter incentive for a dole. I prefer the challenges of life to the guaranteed existence; the thrill of fulfillment to the stale calm of utopia.

I will not trade freedom for beneficence, not my dignity for a handout. I will never cower before any earthly master, nor bend to any threat.

It is my heritage to stand erect, proud and unafraid; to think and to act myself, enjoy the benefit of my creations and to face the world boldly and say .. this, with courage, I have done.

All this is what it means to be a free man.

“We cannot accept… hateful acts of violence targeting faith communities” says the guy who has literally spent the year thrusting the full force of “law” against faith communities, locking up pastors and shutting down churches. This is on you @jkenney
    . You are to blame.

I visited the burned-out remains of the Saint-Jean-Baptiste Church in Morinville to express my sorrow and solidarity with the local community, Franco-Albertans, and Catholics across the province.

We must all reject hateful acts of violence whenever and wherever they occur.

    1. Said the Evil Dwarf who encouraged the attacks on Pastors and Churches by his rcmp goons and his own little Dr. Mengele. As he partied it up on the roof with his elite squad of ass kissing FakeCons. King of his little Gulag.

  2. You want to take Canada back? Start standing up and saying no to insanity and the whu who flu. Stop the government from the immoral jailing of pastors, the forced not-vaccinations with untested unapproved shots, stop the lies.

  3. The Liberal Party’s Toronto Star celebrates Turtle Island Day Of Mourning, with a story that British Columbia should be renamed.

    1. Hey John, we only have 136 more Residencial Schools to go for the media and politicians to exploit…
Should be a good 4 or 5 years to go of us, today, being the people responsible for past history.
      Ya racist bastards.

Like trying to get the Pope to apologize and take responsibility for history and then demand money from them.
Considering there are nobody left alive to prosecute and no real investigation on each and every individual grave on how they are in the ground.
Like many people point out, there were alot more diseases and infections could kill you back then.

      1. As the pathetic Canadian Media once again does its utmost to paint Canadians as racist, one would do well to remember that regular Canadians had nothing to do with it.

        Blame Government.
Who represents Government more than the Natural Governing Party, the Liberal Party?
Who would be a better representation of that Liberal Party than a Trudeau?

Blame Trudeau and a co-opted, dishonest Canadian Media that holds Liberal Governments to account with all the ferocity of those cute little white kittens on the tissue commercial.
They should be held to account!
Canadians are such dumb fucking cowards.
        Quebec can go fuck itself!

        1. I agree – let the federal Liberal Party pay! Don’t forget that Jean Chretien was Minister of Indian and Northern Affairs back in the late 1960’s. The federal Liberals have been the government party for the majority of the past 55 years (there was the minority government of Joe Clark, the 8 year tenure of Brian Mulroney and the government of Stephen Harper, but mostly it was Liberals. They are the ones responsible for this whole mess! Make them own it.

        2. YES cowardly Lion. The blame belongs to Trudeau and Ottawa and no one else. Hopefully they end up in International Court. Every single Pompous POS living PM should be on trial. And not a single Citizen is to blame because we had to way to Democratically stop it. The PM is an elected Monarch. Frog march all of them hold them in cells in the EU to rot until they go to trial.

          1. Well remember; lived in a mining town up north for a couple of years. The company had built decent houses but – at the insistence of DIAND – had saved some lots for “Indian” housing. Need I say said houses were smaller, less well built, and rented out to the unfortunate inhabitants for more than the company housing. Everyone stuck in those homes put themselves on the list for a proper company home.

BTW, the company objected to having “inferior” homes planted in the community, but DIAND (and – as I remember – Chrétien dismissed their concerns. Got the impression they felt the locals should be lucky there was housing.

  4. I now agree with any and all anti-Canada commentary, though for my own reactionary reasons. The more the country is rhetorically cut down, the easier it will be to literally break it up. The view from Quebec:

“Those who read me know that I am not a fervent federalist.

I consider Canada to be a foreign country, and even hostile to the people of Quebec, who are doomed to transform themselves into a folkloric ethnic minority……

Moreover, the English words of the Canadian anthem are not a translation from the French: it is a very different text, as if this country, in its two official languages, was not telling itself the same story.

We are not made to live together.

This reminds us, to use the words of Christian Dufour, in “Le Défi québécois”, one of the best books published in fifty years to decipher the Quebec psyche, that Canada has built itself through a form of “identity siphoning” from the Quebec people, to the point of stealing our name.

Because do we forget it? Before being Quebeckers, we were French Canadians, and before that, we were Canadians!

It is moreover to this old layer of our identity that the Montreal Canadians refer to, and not to the Anglophone and woke multiculturalist postnational Canada of today: we could speak of its mythical core, to which our grandparents and great-grandparents referred to when they spoke emotionally of Canada as if it was their country, which they refused to cede to those they called the “English”……

The Canadian state lacks a permanent identity. Canada is an artificial country which must always borrow an external personality in order to exist, especially since in the second half of the 20th century it renounced its British roots……

Tomorrow morning, I will not sing O Canada . I won’t fight for our old name either. History has decided. The theft has taken place.

From now on, we are Quebeckers. We are no longer Canadian and we will not be so again. Quebec is our only country.”

Happy Woke Multiculturalist Postnational Canada Day!

    https://www.journaldequebec.com/2021/06/30/la-verite-a-propos-du-o-canada

      1. Whah??? Juthtin opposes “woke multiculturalist postnational Canada” now does he?

Funny, I thought he was its poster boy.

        1. Its all as much bullshit as his feminism. And he only applies his MC PM to the ROC. Not to K-bec. He serves K-bec and hates Canada.

          1. It’s more accurate to say that Trudeau hates *traditional* Canada (but loves the new Black Fist-Orange Ribbon-Rainbow replacement version), and that he serves at Quebec’s pleasure.

Notice that he is slavering to attack soft and weak ‘conservative’ premiers like Doug Ford and Jason Kenney in the upcoming campaign, but is deathly afraid of the seemingly much more evil (racist, fascist, authoritarian, Orban-like) Francois Legault.

It shows who really has the whip hand in “Canada” and it’s not Trudeau.

    1. Just as Canada defines itself by being “Not the USA”, Alberta define itself by hating Quebecers, thus anything positive you say about them will be greeted here by ridicule.

      1. I don’t hate Quebecers. They along with their fellow travellers in Ottawa have successfully out played Alberta for decades. They have suckered us out of billions and billions of dollars and we let it happen. Alberta voters were complicit in the theft of our future. There is nobody to blame but ourselves. We should have taken the hint and separated in the 80s, but we were too afraid of the unknown. We were cowards, and most assuredly a disappointment to our ancestors.

I for one will never vote for or support any politicians that have any love for being ruled by Ottawa. Canada is a racist nation of socialists, tyrants and crony capitalists, and we need to divorce ourselves from them sooner than later.

Happy Canada Day indeed. Ha! Here’s hoping it will be celebrated in the future to mock those that are stuck in Canada.

      2. I do not dislike Québécois.
They have been fed misinformation about us. I dislike the dislike they have for us due to the misinformation.
I also dislike their leaning towards leftist commie/fascist ideals. Which has helped them fall for the misinformation and their resulting dislike.

    2. Okay, Jeppo – what I have come to realize over the last many years is that not all Canadians are equal. Those of us living out West do not have the opportunity of gaining the necessary proficiency in French to be able to compete for jobs in the federal civil service. Which means the top ranks of the government bureaucracy will by default filled by francophones from Québec, eastern Ontario, and norther New Brunswick who neither know nor understand us and don’t care to either.

And BTW, I am extremely tired of getting the “English” line to CRA and finding myself struggling to understand the agent at the other end of the phone. It’s exasperating enough when the agent is obviously a “diversity” hire, but to get a “senior” agent with a strong francophone accent who obviously was just looking to going off shift and gave no proper attention to my query. The CRA answer, had I followed it, would have meant serious repercussions for my client but – fortunately – I realized that and went elsewhere for advice. Mind, that’s not so bad as back in the day when the “English” person’s English was so poor that I ended up discussing that problem in French. And I don’t do French.

  5. Happy Canada day everyone.
Let’s work for this to be one of the last ones.
Let’s hope this fake artificial country collapses sooner rather than later.
Let’s hope we learn from Czechoslovakia rather than Yugoslavia.

  6. Happy Day Of Mourning In Turtle Island. The bought and paid for media and politicians remind everyone to be miserable today. You are allowed a bit of enjoyment, by celebrating Dear Leader’s great new election look. He is so cool with that haircut and shaven face. As for myself, I will sitting at the lake in Muskoka. Have my Union Jack flag up on the flagpole to piss off people in the area. Fireworks and gin in the evening. We may even play the “Maple Leaf Forever” at full blast on the stereo.

    1. Plan to do some loud ‘weed wacking’ this morning at 8 am to piss of the neighbors for about half an hour.
Don’t have enough grass area to bring out my electric lawn mower.
Tie up my tomato plant and then pretend it’s past noon and grab a tall boy beer.
And enjoy my back deck in Muskoka while swatting a few mosquitoes and feeding the chipmunks and squirrels.

  7. Happy Dominion day to you all from England. Joined in your festivities when I was on the Island for a family wedding ten years ago. Saw on SDA that Victoria won’t be celebrating quite the same this year….. The worlds gone mad.

      1. Don’t forget that North West was eventually taken over by HBC. Its properties became part of Rupert’s Land.

        1. Yep. It was some of the world’s greatest explorers of their era, like Alexander Mackenzie, David Thompson and Simon Fraser (all NW Co. men) that laid the foundations of Canada as a transcontinental, three-ocean nation.

But now the West has to go its own way.

        2. My beautiful HBC flag is still flying out back here. It hasn’t faded like Canada has.

          Happy Rupert’s Land Day!

    1. You got that right! It’s been flying from my house for years. Waving at the folks walking by in the park 50 feet away today. This was Hudson’s Bay territory well before Kan-eh-duh. Never been asked about it at the back fence.

  8. LAPD Bomb Squad Blows up a South Side LA Neighborhood. Injures 16 people. Oh, and the BATFE was helping out too.

    https://ktla.com/news/5000-pounds-of-illegal-fireworks-seized-from-south-l-a-home/

The Sooper Geniuses from LAPD packed 5,000 pounds / 2.2 Metric Tons of fireworks into an armored trailer, which is essentially a big pipe. They made one huge ass pipe bomb. It obviously exceeded the ratings of the trailer. They didn’t think that maybe moving a couple hundred or a thousand pounds at a time would be a good idea?

  9. A big mid-western wish for a Happy Canada Day (or Dominion Day, it’s your choice) to all here. Both Canada and the USA are being run by completely incompetent “leaders”. Here’s hoping that both nations recover.

    1. Thank you. Our two countries are amazing and full of natural wonders and many caring people. To see the political processes get in the way of our appreciation and thankfulness is saddening. I love my country of Canada but hate the politics. OK, the concept of a country is political, but I still am thankful that I can live here.

  10. Happy First Day of the second half of one of the stupidest years in my beer blighted memory.

A Liberal acquaintance of mine also has a very Liberal mother who states that ALL the Indian kids died of TB. (Who knows?)
I’m hoping that her Liberal guilt is eating a whole in the bullshit narrative that plays in every Liberals turd-shined head.
The Libs can’t blame this on conservatives so hopefully they’ll go at each other like alley cats.

The Snowbirds have been flying around Ottawa the last few days.
As always, I’m hoping they revert to their purpose and drop some ordinance…
    across the river in K-bec.

    1. Actually, Buddy, your friend’s Liberal mother is probably correct. Until the advent of antibiotics, TB was a source both for natives and whites, though the natives suffered more as they lacked any natural immunities. There is a report from 1906 on the conditions in the schools which is very negative, though it does state that TB was rife in native communities as well and that often it was the incoming cohort which brought the disease to the schools. The schools were “insanitary” but we don’t know compared with what; could be that the situation wasn’t that much worse than in homes on the reserves or the nearby farmsteads. Nutrition was apparently also an issue, though it could well be that the native children were reacting to a grain-based diet when their ancestors were very much on the protein and fat road. And it must be remembered that, while the various religious communities actually “ran” the schools, they were funded by the feds and – as is not uncommon – were seriously underfunded to the extent that appeals went out to the congregations at large to make up the deficiency.

  11. Screw Canada Day. The quicker this $hithole of a country bottoms out, the sooner the West will come to their senses & leave. Harder, faster.

I will celebrate this auspicious occasion by hanging an inverted maple leaf flag on my garage door all day for the entire neighbourhood to ponder.

    1. Do hope you’re sending him your support. The office of Speaker can be tricky; was very glad to hear the current Speaker is standing up for Parliament.

  12. Grrr, when I trundled down to buy my Canada Day gear, it was nigh impossible to find anything not made in China. …. or maybe I’m mistaken, does PRC stand for People’s Republic of Canada?

    1. More like Democratic People’s Republic of Kanuckistan; or DPRK. And you thought that was for North Korea.

  13. What’s interesting is the attempt to make it look like the churches were burned in response to the recent publicity around unmarked graves. Antifa is the culprit in many of these disruptions. I suspect they are also behind the attacks on Sir John A. They are attempting to undermine Canada as a nation and native issues/ concerns are being exploited to this end. It is one thing to acknowledge the hardships that many natives have experienced, it is another to use those issues to destroy our country and national cohesiveness. Much of what is happening (including cancel Canada Day ) is bringing about anger and division and is based on a lie. May as well say cancel Canada, as that is the plan. Foolishly many city council’s and other administrative groups are seduced by this deception and think they are doing the right thing by sympathizing with natives. The bottom line is destruction of the country. What a betrayal of our ancestors. It is shocking and irresponsible.
Oh — and happy Canada Day for those that still remember our great country.

  14. Today might be a good time to mention Jim and Maud Watt. They literally saved the James Bay Cree from starvation by implementing a conservation program to save the beaver population which was quickly being depleted. Many natives were starving and the Watts helped rescue them. Their compassion for the natives was boundless and the natives in turn had infinite respect for the Watts. It’s an inspiring story that you won’t hear because the specifics do not fit the narrative of white exploitation of natives.
    https://www.hbcheritage.ca/people/women/maud-watt
I like to think that Canada Day offers an opportunity to celebrate our interdependence and common bond.

  15. I’m sitting on the bank of the Red River fishing north of Winnipeg right now. Lower Fort Garry is across the river from me.

The radio here has been solid Downey/Winjack. I couldn’t take any more. An alternate history is being written in real time. A sad day for Canada.

      1. Some good ones there NR.

Had SJ with me on a month long trip up in the bush of NW Ontario. He’s a road king.

Here’s a Lyle Lovett tune about the road, ‘Give Back My Heart’. A trappers theme….haha

  16. When do we get to celebrate the formation of an independent Rupertsland?

  17. Good morning All.

Am sitting here by my campsite firepit in the Eastern Rockies, having my morning coffee…This is the Canada I love…

It’s boundaries are BC minus the Okanagan, the Island of Loons and the Lower MAOland on the West & the Sask / Mb border on the east…
    “Republic of Buffaloe.”

May it come to pass in my remaining Lifetime.

    1. Except for the Kokanee Brewery, the Creston Valley could be dropped as well. Way too many stinky dirty modern day hippies there.

    1. He Just spoke in Ottawa, Watcher – they tried to shut him down, now it looks like cops are going to try to arrest him.

      1. Of course the rcmp and ottawa gestapo will be all over him. Just like in Cuba or the old USSR. F Canada. I refuse to celebrate a country that locks up all is citizens and ignores its constitution such as it. Communist shithole. Damned Commie Shithole.

  18. Dominion Day was changed to Canada Day by the Liberals and then we became a post national state and next they will eliminate the name Canada altogether. This “Think of the children that died in the residential schools.” is the last straw. The media are all over this in an attempt to make us all feel guilty. Now as a tone of attrition we have to surrender…..? What, what do we have to surrender next. We’ve had to give thanks for meeting on territorial grounds and for living in this cornucopia that the Indigenous Peoples are allowing us to partake of. Give me a break!!! Show me an Indigenous graveyard that has been in place for three hundred to five hundred years, as exist in most of Europe. Show me the massive monuments constructed to celebrate Indigenous achievements, examples like the Coliseum, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Pyramids, the Bamiyan Buddhas, and a hundred thousand other examples. Tell me what we have appropriated from the Indigenous Peoples that we haven’t improved upon.
Tell me why I should feel guilty for my ancestors efforts to lift a Stone Age civilization out of hunger, disease, ignorance, and integrate them into a modern functioning society. Well I’ve had it. If you want my respect don’t tell me why I should feel guilty, show me that as a People you have come of age and can ‘pull your own weight’ so to speak as hundreds of thousand latter day immigrants have done in coming to this land and creating a Utopia that is being steadily diminished by bleeding heart whingers and losers that want nothing more than to destroy what has taken centuries to create…., the pinnacle of man’s evolution, a civilized Western democratic way of life. Happy Dominion Day and incidentally Happy Independence Day to my American cousins, if you can keep it.

  19. Posted by someone else a few days ago.

    https://www.neovaginadisasters.com

    “NEOVAGINA DISASTERS
Real stories from victims of “Sex Reassignment Surgery” (SRS). ”

Horrifying doesn’t begin to describe it, and I didn’t click on any of the pictures.

  20. Canada – the land of taxes and vaxes with their accompanying subterfuge and tyranny.

  21. Oh, oh…
    There goes the narrative again.
    https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/evs-must-be-driven-tens-thousands-miles-they-do-less-harm-environment-gas-powered-vehicles
When you really look into the electric vehicles for Canada, this is going to be a total disaster.
But our governments have decided this is our future and tough shit, your going to get it.
We would need to MASSIVELY IMPORT everything.
    Not to mention…
What about the heavy equipment we need or how much fuel militaries use and they want it ALL switched over in 15 years…
Can’t be done in any way imaginable.

    1. I consider that to be an invitation to start telling the truth about residential schools — that they were both inevitable and some were a positive force in the lives of the aboriginals. Enough of this one sided story. And while we are at it, we can stop destroying our proud heritage. We can acknowledge wrong doing where appropriate, but what is happening at the moment is all out of proportion and it is untruthful.

    2. Lock him up he is the one currently enforcing the Indian Act. Not one time in all of Canadian history has any adult man or woman in Canada ever been consulted or asked what they want. We have been ruled like serfs like tax donkeys on a tax farm and we already own nothing and never have. All by an elected Monarch who just waves his hand and has done like all the rest of canadas PMs. What ever he feels like. Steal 50B from the workers EI Fund no problem. Then get the crooked SCOC to bless the theft. Steal 300m plus in Adscam then appoint your own judge. Help China with their Bioweapon program no problem. Keep Indians locked up on reserves with the Indian Act no problem. Then blame white canada. Screw canada

  22. Thousands of people marched in downtown diverse Toronto today, to recognize dead Indian children and denounce white colonial “settlers”.

  23. Haha, I guess Google didn’t get the memo that we aren’t supposed to celebrate Canada Day!

  24. Injuns celebrate Turtle Island Day by setting another church on fire. This time in Yellowknife. No reaction from Adolf.

  25. Indians and leftists continue to celebrate Turtle Island Day. Church in St. Johns vandalized.
