        1. Try looking up the legal cases brought to try to prevent the audit. There are none that are from the national level by Republicans.

          The Machine includes both parties. Lifetime elected officials are more likely to be part of The Machine than to have a deep allegiance to a political philosophy.

            Oh, and if the Maricopa BOS were indeed worried about chain of custody and other items, why did they refuse to host the audits and why won’t they provide chain of custody to their government overseers? Their claims are only legitimate if they are not actively working to ensure that the claims come true (e.g. chain of custody becomes hopelessly muddled and lost). But thanks for playing! I wonder what non-sequitor you’re going to come up with next… “But my cat’s name is bubbles, so you’re wrong!” ?

    I wonder how much of the “we must control the vote counting” in the US is to counter this type of thought? Even though many are buying into the idea of “I’ll vote for free stuff paid for by other people”, it’s still anathema to far too many free people for it to be a winner anywhere that has a long tradition of independent freedom. Did the left finally realize that their ideas are so repulsive that they’ll always lose the vote in free and informed societies, unless they cheat? And were they really so scared of a second term of Pres. Trump that they risk losing the entire “just a nudge on the vote counts” game to be rid of him? This was a generational effort. And they threw it all away to try to counter one loudmouth with a reasonable success record for achieving governmental goals (without seriously impacting any of their generational goals)? With the world at stake, are they really so shallow, vain, and fundamentally stupid?

      What this proves is that the machines shouldn’t be used, no matter what. There is never time to do it right, but there is always time to do it over. Everything should be hand counted with scrutineers. Why so much effort on election night to get rid of scrutineers?

      1. The machines were old and full of dust. Many jurisdictions did partial or full hand recounts. Many jursdictions were audited. Windham is the only one that showed a problem with the way the machines counted and it wae not malicious or fraud

    3. Not the only one. It’s starting to look like Maricopa County is finding sufficient differences between the current audit and the previous pal review to warrant a closer look. And are looking for a tie-breaker to ensure that the final results list the election results check as done properly. Whoever was lying and committing fraud (by charging for a check and then doing whatever they wanted) is probably suffering from acute pucker-factor constipation.

  12. Last night CNN had a former Pence employee and fake conservative David Frum on. They explained that the China virus is Trump’s fault. Frum stated that America should work more closely with China to prevent future outbreaks. American scientists should go there, and Chinese scientists should be welcomed to the States. We should embrace China. China is wonderful.

  27. Two 27-year-old males, both with the last name Abdullah, were killed in a shoot-out in Ottawa yesterday (the police were not involved). It happened in the early evening in the parking lot of a small strip mall. There is no mention in the report as to whether this is gang-related (it almost certainly is). And this is the last the media or the police will say about the shootings. Wouldn’t want citizens to ask awkward questions, such as what is the race/ethnicity of the gangs in Ottawa. The “woke” city councilors will, though, call for more and better social housing and basketball courts.

      I read that he was dying a few months ago and I linked his version of “Don’t Worry Baby” here on S.D.A. — a very beautiful Beach Boys song. Love everything he sang.
