The real number of Canadian kids admitted to hospital because of COVID-19 is much lower than the data previously indicated, according to a new report from the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC).
“Only 36.6% of pediatric patients hospitalized with COVID-19 were admitted due to an acute respiratory infection,” explains a new report out from PHAC’s Canadian Nosocomial Infection Surveillance Program (CNISP).
This means that out of the number of children previously tallied to have been in hospital with COVID-19, only a third of them were actually in hospital because they were in fact suffering from COVID-19, pneumonia or something similar.
“The second key finding is that nearly 50% of pediatric patients had pre-existing conditions such as severe neurological disease, lung disease or malignancy, suggesting that overall, healthy children are at very little risk,” adds Dr. Mack.
Only in Canada? Apparently not.

Teachers currently have a 4.5 day work week. They won’t rest with this disease until they achieve a 3.5 day work week.

For the past two months … my schoolteacher wife has been starting each day with a 2-1/2 hour Zoom lesson for ALL her students sitting on their home couches, then teaching a group of 6-students who ‘braved the COVID’ to be taught in-person, masked, and socially distanced for 2-hours … then she teaches another group of 6 ‘brave’ students all over again. Her school has made in-person, in-classroom learning OPTIONAL for everyone. And those ‘brave’ students must be divided into two groups … regardless of the paltry numbers. She has 12 out of 31 students who ‘brave’ in-person instruction. So she gets to do 3 separate jobs per day … in perhaps THE most idiotic and inefficient concept in modern public school instruction. Thank you UNIONISTAS! Thank you corrupt, idiot, school board! Thank you FEAR-mongering General Public.
PS … her kids aren’t learning a gawddammned thing … as their mommies are doing most of the “thinking” and “learning” for them at home. Fully HALF her class should REPEAT the 1st grade.

It all started and ends with the PCR test. This what I can’t pound into my wife’s head: Having a molecule of virus inside your right nostril isn’t being sick with COVID. This is what the fear mongers used (# of cases) to drive the hysteria. It’s what allows them to overestimate # of deaths and # of ICU patients.
People think that every single tick of that # of deaths counter is someone who was perfectly healthy and died of COVID. It’s simply not the case. An example from my own family is our late grandmother. She used to walk miles around the care home where she lived. Then one day they had a “flu outbreak” and locked everyone in their rooms. She basically withered down to nothing. She fell down one day and that was it. Got sicker and sicker and died. There you have it. Died of falling down. And I’ve heard that this happens to thousands of old people every year. Put that on the six o’clock news.
At the start of this, they locked everyone down.. for no reason. And people started noticing the total lack of people in hospitals. So they fixed that. They created a veritable army of contact tracers. Anywhere the virus surfaced, this army would track down each and every molecule of that virus, nostril by nostril. And so as the # of PCR tests delivered went into the stratosphere, the # of covid cases followed.. and the mandarins were happy because now they had a suitably large problem to match with their hysterical overreaction.

With that link, you have to ignore the last 3 months of data because it is provisional. It takes a long time to process all the death certificate data. So we do not know if “excess deaths are gone”.
There’s two other things to observe on that graph. To set it up, select “excess deaths with and without covid19” and click “update dashboard”. Now the graph is sorted between covid deaths and non-covid deaths. Two things jump out:
1) That small blip on the left? Worst flu season in decades. Yet it is a very small % of the excess deaths on the right side.
2) Notice how the all causes deaths on the right jumps above the expected deaths line quite a bit? This is suggest that Covid19 deaths are actually undercounted.
You have to be sick to think Covid19 is nothing. The increase of US deaths from 2019-2020 is higher than the increase between 1999-2019.
Would COVID be nothing if the survival rate jumped from 99.4% to 99.7% ?

The country spans +5deg North to 32 deg south. It has enormous poverty problems (favellas) , many many highly dense urban populations in high rise buildings. Brazilians love to hug each other , including male-male .. it is a cultural thing , which is quite interesting from a North American perspective. The number that pops up most frequently regarding kids is that 99.997% of kids fully recover from covid19. Borrowing an analogy : kids are more likely to be hit by lightning than to die from covid. Very early on it was clear that healthy children are at virtually zero risk.
We didn’t restrict our teens social activity at all. We also went out to restaurants, shopping and visited friends. We certainly didn’t follow the public health nurse’s advice to put our youngest teen in solitary confinement for 2 weeks because of a covid case in her classroom. That teen is pretty happy that she’ll get to start summer vacation early because I’m pulling her out of public school to protest the government’s decision to negate parental rights by allowing 13+ to consent to a vaccination at school without parental permission. We have yet to hear how the private high school my other teens attend are handling the parental consent issues. There’s quite a few angry parents around here.
If someone wanted to do something with my kid without my knowledge or consent, a lawsuit would be the least of their worries.

On a practical level, if a child gets a serious adverse reaction from the vaccine then it’s the parents who provide the time and money to care for them.
On an emotional level, no one cares for their children’s health and safety as much as a parent. The numbers say the vaccine is all risk and no benefit for young ,healthy teens. To have the government decide that kids should take this experimental vaccination for the “greater good” is unethical. To remove parental rights and allow peer pressure from classmates and the possiblity of coercion by government employees to get kids to vaccinate is deeply immoral.
On a political level, if one healthy teen dies or suffers a serious disability from the vaccine, the press will crucify a conservative premier. Walking into a big trap, imo.
