“The MV Ever Given was successfully re-floated at 04:30 lt
29/03/2021. She is being secured at the moment.”

    1. The Globe and Mail headline this morning is as follows: “Ever Green partially re-floated, but still stuck in canal”.

      1. They are (the Globe, in case you’re wondering) in Taronna. Their only association to “waters” saline/international, might be the Don River, as it empties into The Bay of Taronna Harboor, sans complete sewage treatment.

        1. Toronto is a substantial working port, handling ocean traffic. Not that Globe types willingly associate with such people, but still.

  2. L – Lockdowns kill everything except a respiratory virus. An actuary exposes flaky science.

    1. Herd immunity is desired so the government does everything it thinks will stop that, even though they don’t work.

      1. If the government had an effing clue about what it’s doing we’d be an example instead of what to do instead of what not to do.
I simply can’t stand looking at and/or listening to His Hairiness with his breathless updates on his sadly lacking supply of vaccines to ensure we are all properly vaccinated. Waiting four months for a second dose is simply not acceptable.

  3. Interesting read on true inflation and wages from 1971 had government and bankers not played around.
Everything should have rose just 50% inflation from those prices which would have been us 90% in the 50 years.
    https://www.howestreet.com/2021/03/the-1970s-never-ended/
Instead we have one hell of a mess with run away inflation and hammered down wages.
And the 90% in a huge debt spiral.

  4. Re: Suez canal ……….I say send Joe over with a length of chain and he will dispatch that lying dog-faced pony soldier just like he handled Corn Pop .

  5. https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/opinion/editorials/violent-crime-is-out-of-control-biden-must-reverse-the-politically-correct-but-violent-tide
“There is nothing anti-racist about coddling the criminals who terrorize black America on a daily basis. The enablers involved in this movement, many of them lily-white newspaper owners and editors, are creating a new generation of black crime victims who do not deserve to suffer in this way.”

Homey voted for it though. Joe and the Democrats are rubbing their beshitted hands while they blame whitey, “institutional” racism, the Donald and the 2nd amendment.

    1. To be clear, the WE article is 1) hysterical, crime is still pretty low and we have every reason to believe the current bump is just that and 2) a vague BS call to re-impose a war on civil liberties ex stop n’ frisk. The WE people are a bunch of a((*holes.

Baltimore is stepping back from tuff on Krime stupidity and is experiencing lower crime rates.

      https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/baltimore-will-no-longer-prosecute-drug-possession-prostitution-low-level-n1262209

      1. Your small business might as well have a huge sign saying “Everything Inside is Free to Grab, Come and Get it!”
Baltimore is open for criminal business and all others have to pay their bill with higher taxes.

        1. I don’t see anything in the article that explicitly calls for non-prosecution of shoplifting.

          1. Then under the law, what is shoplifting?
Small theft under a small amount that cops would class a a nuisance rather than a crime that takes their time and paperwork to try and prosecute.
It’s running rampant in Canadian liquor stores and cops are ignoring it as they go after people not complying with the new Pandemic rules.
Our courts are pretty much closed as they try complying with these new rules as well.

        2. “Everything Inside is Free to Grab, Come and Get it!”

The Great Reset in a nutshell. And it won’t just be your neighbour who’ll help himself or herself to your former possessions.

      2. I read that from another source.
Certainly the definition of many “crimes” is debatable. Lotsa puritans think walking your dog after dinner with a can of beer in hand is a crime.
I also don’t think you should use Baltimore’s stats as complete proof while dismissing the current rise of violent crime as a “bump”.
The plandemic has stuck a wrench up the poop chute of normalcy and nothing should be completely dismissed or over-emphasized.

    1. If you are in Alberta support Maverick and WIPA if you are east of Saskatchewan support the LIBS this will help Alberta Independence. We need east of Sask. to vote for the Beshitted LIBERAL

  6. And now the two big stories this morning at Blackie’s loyal CBC. Its George Floyd day at the network. Great clip of Rev. Al Sharpton ranting that Floyd was the greatest civil rights leader in history. CBC will keep us informed all day. And Justin is doing a wonderful job with vaccines. He is flooding Canada with vaccines because he is so wonderful. But evil Doug Ford is not distributing them. He is letting them go to waste.

    1. Ford must be falling behind his media buy off payments or he would be wonderful too.

    2. “Flooding” the Dominion with vaccines? So, that’s what all those border jumpers are. “Vaccines”. SMH!

      1. Of course those border jumpers are “vaccines”. After all, haven’t they been portrayed as the cure for whatever ails this country?

  7. Blacklock reports that Justin will now allow the CRTC to regulate and monitor the internet including videos.

    1. Thinking of creating a Gatlin Gun with Arrows…
Come to think of it, with 3D printers, I wouldn’t be surprised if someone does.
They’ve already disguised nerf guns with real hand guns by 3D printers.

        1. Yes that is cool. However it looks like it takes longer to load and pressurize it than to fire 6 arrows the traditional way.

  8. Nothing new here, but a good explanation of the unreliability of PCR tests. I assume that in Canada, they are also run at 40 cycles, resulting in 90% or more false positives — non infectious people and not sick people. https://www.frontpagemag.com/fpm/2021/03/covid-testing-how-reliable-pcr-test-jack-kerwick/
    Here is a quick summary:
“The French researcher Didier Raoult has shown that when the PCR test is run at 25 cycles, about 70% of samples were genuinely positive—meaning infectious.  However, when the test is run at a threshold of 30 cycles, only 20% of samples were infectious.  At 35 cycles, but three percent of samples were infectious.”
My question: Why is the government relying on PCR “case” numbers for decisions re lockdowns?

    1. I suspect that they’re flat out making up the numbers to generate their scary narrative to control the lockdowns.

    2. Once again, Kerry Mullis doesn’t know what he’s talking about. I’ve done qPCR it works Mullis is a crank.

      1. He must know what he is talking about on some issues. After all, he was awarded a Nobel Prize. Will you be getting a Nobel nomination for challenging Mullis? We know the PCR picks up strands, but it does not seem to be reliable at higher cycle rates regarding contagious infections.

    3. Saskatchewan runs the PCR test at 44 cycles according to the Quantum Genetix Laboratory.

      1. 44 cycles? So their test is next to useless as a diagnostic tool, but perfect for propaganda!

  9. Blacklock reports that Finance Barbie has announced that Canada will have to borrow $635,000,000,000 dollars this year.

    1. Oh wow.
      I got my free $300.
Ah, I sort of forgot that is added to my taxes in the future bill.
And what did we get out of our governments grandiose spending spree?
Happy politicians who want to stick this bill on the taxpayers.

Our politicians political parties should be stuck with this tab.

        1. Only over 65’s…it isn’t taxable, I checked. It’s a one time payment. If you didn’t get it….good luck on your attempts.

          1. It was only for those who “qualified” for OAS. So a taxpayer 65 or over who had not yet applied for OAS didn’t get it, while all who had applied and were found to be qualified did get it. And said senior got it even if his/her income was such that all or part of the OAS was being clawed back.

    2. Lots of borrowing. 635B for 2021 to last until fall borrowing in Sept. 2020 286B in Borrowing. Spring of 2020 1.2 Trillion in Borrowing. 2014 Harper Books showed accumulated 4.1T in borrowing covering accumulated debts back to PET/Mulroney/Chretien/Martin debts…So about 6T in total accumulated public debt. More than France, Italy, Greece, Spain, Portugal etc combined….Plus Chretien/Martin/Harper sold off all of Canadians Gold Reserves of 1000 Metric Tonnes. Most of it under Chretien and Martin at 250/oz….Canadians are so lucky. Venezuela north, ha ha ha ha. “I AM CANADIAN” “TAX ME I AM CANADIAN” Here is 300 dollars I own an equity share in your home…Even a man in a cardboard box under the bridge in Canada is taxed when he spends the change he bummed. Canada has a tax plan for every penny that moves in the country…
      https://www.canada.ca/en/department-finance/news/2021/03/annual-and-extraordinary-borrowing-authorities-for-the-government-of-canada.html

    3. I think it is related to the Great Reset. Countries that are in over their heads regarding borrowing will be brought to heel by the World Bank, etc. This will definitely involve people having to relinquish their assets. I am pretty sure the economy will be collapsed at some point. I just do not know when. Excessive borrowing just goes against every traditional economic principle.

  10. Our justice system at work. A pastor in Alberta was put in jail, but the Toronto Sun reports on a bank robber who put a policeman in hospital that has been granted bail.

  11. All Saint George all day.
Is going to be vastly amusing when the Cop is found not guilty.
Can CNN and the other asshats be held responsible for the coming riots?

    1. Well if they are going to remove the statue of Sir John A Macdonald, then they need to rename Victoria Park and Regina. Perhaps George Floyd Park and Floydville.

  12. Post Millennial reports that an NDP cabinet minister in B.C., called a conservative commentator racist for stating that systematic racism doesn’t exist.

  13. Reuters is reporting that the whale of a ship is now floating and is starting is way down the canal.

  14. Canadian Press is just now reporting that the advisory panel on accident is recommending that the Aztrazenica vaccine NOT be used on people 55 years and younger. This a big deal, since Canada is bringing in lots of this vaccine, but not so much of the better vaccines. And this will drag out the vaccinations, and the neverenring shutdowns 3ven longer.

    Out federal government at work.

    1. To recap:
About 60 days ago, the word was that the Astrazenica vaccine was not to be given to people age 65 or older. Later it was deemed by somebody to be safe for older people. Then a few people around the world got blood clots after taking it and a tall forehead was quickly rushed out to assure that the vaccine wasn’t the cause.
Only to have to backtrack after it was confirmed that, in fact, there were clots formed that were likely to have been caused by the vaccine. Very rare, of course, extremely rare.
Today, the Astrazenica vaccine is not to be given to people younger than age 55. Unspecified serious side effect in young women. Not to worry, by Friday a new tall forehead will trot out to assure us that the big shipment of it that will finally arrive on our shores this week wasn’t the cause.

Just remember, kids, some of the people advising us are experts. Trust whatever they tell you. Some of those advising us aren’t experts, they are politicians. Politicians never, ever lie.

Did I exaggerate for effect? Only a little.

(for those government and political shills monitoring this site, I’m only showing you that finger on my right hand because I want you to see just how well I have maintained the cuticle)

  15. Nikita Khrushchev: “We will bury you” “Your grandchildren will live under communism.” “You Americans are so gullible. No, you won’t accept communism outright, but we’ll keep feeding you small doses of socialism until you’ll finally wake up and find you already have communism. We won’t have to fight you.” We’ll so weaken your economy until you’ll fall like overripe fruit into our hands.”

    1. Hey, she managed to get Adam Skelly’s restaurant shut down and him thrown in jail, so she must be doing something right. (Uh-huh……)

    1. Horgan looked like he was close to tears. I’m sure those were fake, like those of another well-known politician in this country.
