  1. “”It is somewhat ironic, I suppose,” said Michael E. Mann, distinguished professor of atmospheric science and director, Earth System Science Center, Penn State. ”

    Yep, that is ironic!

  2. What does it matter now? You can’t let a good crisis go to waste, even a manufactured one. That’s just whattaboutism.
What about the $trillions wasted and freedoms lost? What about job killing lockdowns? What about accountability?

  3. Governments and corporations with special interests pay for these peer-reviewed science which destroys real knowledge that can’t be published due to this system our politicians and scholars have created. Fake news for fake science.
It also brings to question all other area’s of science being published as we know how our media and politicians actions are.

I question our concept of gravity as a different avenue incorporates many other activities occurring on our planet.
Centrifugal force is classed as pseudo science even though we recreate it quite easily and yet ignore that our planet is in motion.
Water changes direction at 48 degrees as I velocities mapped our orb to understand the mechanics of motion that this creates.
Don’t see any glaciers lined up along that latitudes.

Our masters discourage mathematics as it can determine facts from theories.

  4. So, AGW is merely random oscillations of pools of water warmed or cooled by random volcanic activity. Fluid and thermodynamics not navel gazing statistics

    1. Your very correct at random as nothing ever repeats exactly.
The majority of our science is based on cycles and repeating.
      Real life, not so much…

    2. the climate is a non-linear chaotic system with many inputs, and outputs, but the climate lysenko’ists claim that if we can control how much CO2 is in the atmosphere, we can control the temperature…

    3. Michael Mann is anything but a scientist. His research is garbage. He makes prognostications based on voo-doo statistics, upside down sedimentary sequences, and climate porn computer models. He’s a huckster, a grifter, and a con man all rolled into one. He only plays a scientist in the MSM.

  5. The new paradigm:
Stuff happens, so we need to raise taxes and infringe on peoples rights.
The stuff could be weather, the flu, or people saying mean things on twitter, it doesn’t really matter.

    1. Liberals are not allowed to identify a problem that their solution isn’t larger more authoritarian government, less freedom of the individual and higher taxes.

      1. The only movie directed by Roland Emmerich that I liked was Stargate.

      2. Yeah Mike, but I’ve had a long term “thing” for the middle aged hottie (Sela Ward) that plays the doctor Mom in the movie. She’s been in my top five for decades now. 🙂

I happily watch anything she is in no matter how bad it might be. I’m smitten I guess.

  6. Released on Friday afternoon because they’re following the fake science recipe for disaster media collusion playbook that only they’ve read.
    OK, skimmed…

  7. In other words, the climate change canard is approaching the end of its useful life as a means to slow down western development to China’s benefit.

I hope Mann got proof from his handler of the destruction of the evidence of whatever she had on him. For his sake.

  8. when SCS (so called scientist ) has to save it’s reputation ………………………….

  9. This is confusing. I think the new data say that it was volcanism that caused the warming, but of course we have Dr Michael Mann, infamous propagandist weasel hysteric, proclaiming that there was still human induced forcing.

Not an article that’s easy to share because Mann deliberately trumpets what appears to be a totally false conclusion.

  10. Over 30 years ago I toId a teacher who beIieved in aII this “man is going to kiII the pIanet” fanatacism, that I was more worried about asteroids, giant voIcanic eruptions, and massive forest fires….than any engine that burned gas.

I wiII make another one here: I am not worried at aII if the pIanet warms a few degrees…..but I am worried if it cooIs by a few degrees. Iiving things Iove heat, humidity, and CO2…….coId and dry environments are in opposition to Iife.

That is why the rainforests are teeming with Iife…..and the arctic is a barren Iand in comparison.

    Bring on the gIobaI warming.

    1. But don’t the majority of Canadians live in the northern parts of the country because the heat is so oppressive in the southern parts?

  11. A couple quotes that I find appropriate (and may have appeared here before).
    —————————————————–
“For forty years and more people have been shouting from the rooftops about the imminent “CLIMATE EMERGENCY!!!”

In that regard, consider the following:

    e·mer·gen·cy
    əˈmərjənsē
    noun
    1. a serious, unexpected, and often dangerous situation requiring immediate action.

Call me crazy, but anything that has given absolutely no signs of showing up after forty years of endless warnings is not an “unexpected situation requiring immediate action”.”
    – Willis Eschenbach
    —————————————————————————-
“It is usually futile to try to talk facts and analysis to people who are enjoying a sense of moral superiority in their ignorance.”

    -Thomas Sowell

  12. “Very likely”.

“If your experiment needs statistics, you should have done a better experiment.”
