They don’t have to prove fraud or forgery, or even intent to commit fraud, just that the ballot pool was tainted by illegally cast votes making the true outcome unknowable. This puts the decision into the hands of the legislature.

I think you win Post of the Day for failing to realize how your last sentence utterly destroys what you must have believed to be a clever argument. Yes, we know that the down-ballot outcomes were completely different than the Presidential one. That was one of the clues we picked up on to make us suspect that there was fraud involved: it simply doesn’t make sense that people would vote against Donald Trump but *for* his fellow Republicans.

It takes secret work and many esqhours to get 500,000 ballots into the system, not including the time it takes to shred all of Trump’s ballots.

That is not their focus at the moment. Once a ruling is in place, if the ballots are deemed illegal, there may be further challenges. Likely they would be challenges by individuals involved, rather than States.

Face the reality, it’s less than 4 days until the electoral college votes, and then Biden will be prez elect and it will be a done deal.
There are 3 reasons why the SCOTUS won’t interfere.
1. Time. There isn’t enough. This isn’t a TV episode where it’s all wrapped up in an hour.
2. The courts are extremely reluctant to interfere in elections.
3. If the SCOTUS did rule against Biden, the left would explode in an orgy of violence, rioting, burning and looting to a degree unseen in US history. It will tear the country apart. The justices may want to avoid that scenario.
A few weeks ago when the scale of the fraud became evident, I thought there was no way Biden could be prez, but now it’s late in the day and the game is all but over. Time to accept the reality.

They order new elections all they time. A District judge once ordered a new Senate election in GA. It just isn’t possible here, so other remedies are provided.

There is plenty of time. The date of the electoral college vote is relatively unimportant and isn’t set in stone. The only date that has meaning is the one set by the Constitution: January 20th.
