Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

Worse yet, Venezuela’s importing gasoline from its buddies in Iran.
(“Gewwy, how thoon befowe we have that hewe in Canada?” “We’re just about there, Justin.”)
Trudeau: “How do we get our white market gatholine to that pwithe?”
Iran does not make gasoline, they import it.
Wait!? What!? … I thought Chavez/Maduro … “Nationalized” all Oil exploration and gasoline refinement in Venezuela. I thought the Socialists took over the means of production? Well … no problem … the government will just start producing the gasoline for FREE!? Right?
La Revolucion’ mi Amigos!!
L-When Justin Trudeau’s regime manages to do duplicate the current catastrophic failed state of Venezuela in Alberta and Saskatchewan, will the U.N. erect a statue of In-Justin and his gang at their headquarters in N.Y.C. ?
The Panic-demic has given P.M. Justin Trudeau more capricious, unchecked use of power then his father had under the War Measures Act in October 1970. That declaration expired after 30 days, did not shut down Parliament and required Parliamentary approval for renewal, which did not happen.

And why should the average Canadian worry about that? Life’s good, life’s great. They can sit on their duffs at home, earn a nice living doing SFA because of all that “free” government money and have all the Tam sex they want (making sure they’re wearing masks, of course), while being zonked on cheap legal dope.
Is this a great country, or what? (sarcasm = off)
Unfortunately your sarcasm is truth.
Overthrowing Maduro would have been a long weekend’s work for the US armed forces.
The Deep Staters wouldn’t hear of it.
They would much prefer the US devote its energies to helping Nazis take power in Belarus and furthering German dreams of conquering Russia.
Trudeau: Hold my daiquiri.
That would be hold my Shirley Temple, no?
Great Leader’s big socialist plans will work because he is so cool looking. How can anyone with such cool wavy hair, summer beard, and funny socks do anything wrong. Millions of people in Toronto, Quebec, and Vancouver agree.
There has been very little coverage of Venezuela, by the entrenched media cartel, for a long time.
How does a Maduro stay in power? Canadians should ask that question as we slide towards the same style of government. Those in power there have positioned themselves in places of power so that they can live off of the rest of the population. Maduro hands out what he can scrunge to his supporters and the rest have to make do somehow. A country that used to produce 2.5 million boe/d now struggles to produce 100,000 boe/d. How is Canada any different as our production drops.
How does a Maduro stay in power?
Simple. He has a lot of support from Cuba and Iran, with some from Moscow as well.
Socialism works every time.
It brings misery and death.
If you think it can’t happen here, just wait for the next throne speech.
The idiot and his helpers are scheming as you read this to completely destroy the province of Alberta.
Q’bec, Ontario and BC are at their best to screw the province that brought so much wealth to all of them.
Kenny should start telling them that the destruction is going to be opposed.
Yeah, socialist paradise in works.
Kenny should start telling them that the destruction is going to be opposed.
Hahahahahahahahahahaha! There are times when Scheer the Steer had more backbone than him.
The only difference I see between Venezuela and Canada is that the Chaves/Maduro communist incompetence and greed caused the downfall, whereas here, Trudeau is deliberately isolating Alberta to push his coming Throne speech, radical green deal, that Butts has convinced the idiot to embrace. I know he’s incompetent as well, and he’s not savvy enough to dream up the green crap on his own, and knowing Freeland’s connection to Soros, I’m betting there is a lot of direction from that thug and his Davos elite ilk. I’m sure Justin et al, will be well compensated for screwing this country. Even an idiot can see that we can’t just throw a switch and turn off oil energy, and then turn on wonderful green energy, so bankrupting the country under that excuse is a deliberate plan. I’m sure Soros and his cabal have everything in place to gain vast profits when that happens as well, same as in the US, but currently Trump and the second amendment are a sticking point, that is why Trump must be defeated there, he’s in the way, and rich enough that they can’t bribe him either.
That’s Canada very soon.
Forward to our glorious future.
Dear OLD PRAVDA..I mean CBC has been strangely silent of the subject of Venezuela ,when once they never stopped preaching the glorious rule of Hugo and the glory of his special socialism.
Same with their buddy Sean Penn.
I wonder if we could do a swap Venezuelans who want to work, for Canadians who refuse to.
I am willing to swap Spanish for French.
OFFS: are you all so stupid you don’t see this is the result of Years of devastating economic warfare against Venezuels by the United States (and its toadies like canada and the uk….). As to how does he stay in power, he did it by winning 67% of the popular vote in the 2018 Election for president (a vote in which Guaido did not even participate. And don’t tell me about election corruption especially if you’refrom canada or the usa.
