  1. Jake the Snake…

**The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) on Sunday night raised concerns that CNN anchor Jake Tapper may be “meddling” in House races beyond the 17th congressional district in Pennsylvania.
Responding to a report from Breitbart News on how Jake Tapper attempted to convince rising GOP star candidate Sean Parnell to run in a district other than the 17th, the NRCC raised questions about Tapper’s actions in this case and wondered if he has engaged in activity like this in other districts with other candidates as well.**
    …..
**What’s more, several sources familiar with Tapper’s activities on Sunday after the story broke confirm that Tapper spent much of the evening calling and texting people frantically trying to rally anyone he could to his side — and asking anyone he could for advice on what to do.
“For someone who likes telling people that he doesn’t take Breitbart seriously, it was enjoyable to see him spend his entire evening taking Breitbart pretty seriously,” a Trump ally who speaks with Tapper on a regular basis told Breitbart News.**

    1. Outstanding film, thanks chutzpahticular.

I’m struck by the democratising effect of drone photography!
Reminds me of a chance meeting with a professional photographer who was walking his dog in my back lane. He talked about a wonderful natural weather-caused light show in downtown Vancouver; how at one time he’d have been the only photographer on the scene but that EVERYONE had a phone camera and was shooting the scene.

    1. What? Does this mean that refugees from Crapholeistan didn’t invent maple syrup and poutine?

        1. I suspect (but don’t know) that the URL copies the point that which you try to copy the URL. Great for focusing in on the key point. Not so good for pithy videos.

No worries, a worthy watch once I backed up.

    1. The NDP took over the United Church in the late 1970’s. I left shortly after a meeting where I asked if the abortion clinic would be set up next to the Sunday School.

      1. A lot of people left the United Church just after they embraced homosexuality and before they made it mandatory.

        1. Leftists destroy churches. Once they take control, the membership flees. United, Anglican, etc. churches are closing up their buildings faster than Blockbuster video stores. They make great mosques and condos. I’m fortunate that I found an independent Baptist church years ago.

    2. I gave up on the Lutheran church here in Canada years ago. There wasn’t a terrorist–er, freedom-fighting–group or social malcontent that it didn’t support, all under the banners of “liberation theology” and “social justice”.

There seem to be synods that are so “progressive” that they may as well join up with the UCC.

It’s certainly not the Lutheran church I was confirmed in more than 50 years ago.

    1. 17 is the cutest.
5 is a perfectly entitled retriever tirelessly training another human, such is life of a retriever, the hard work never stops.

    2. Hey, 2 dachsunds! #6 has short-hair and #25 is a cute long-hair.

Speaking of which, I haven’t seen my canine step-brother since last October. It’s time he bunked with me for a few days at my house again. The thing is that I’m usually quite busy when I’m there so I don’t have much time to play with him. I don’t want him to think that I’m neglecting him.

    3. ‘Labor Day Folks!
      Check out these beauties!’

Aw shucks! I thought you were about to post a selfie. :>0)

    4. Nancy and others happy Labour Day. I checked the respective CBC News and Globe and Mail web pages, and no mention of workers and what Labour Day means. Which brings me to the book, “The Republican Party, the New Workers Party”. If and when Trump loses this fall, and here in Canada with conservatism in the doldrums, there should be a good discussion about being pro-labour, as Trump has been trying to do. I’m just thinking, with all of the economic wreckage the Wuhan virus, Democrat mobs and the green movement have been doing, that conservatives should embrace working stiffs trying to support their families. Just saying, this Labour Day.

  2. The Liberal Party’s CBC is excited that the socialist government of British Columbia is taking action over all the indians in prison. They are setting up 15 native justice centres. Now instead of going to jail, indians can sit on logs, enjoy campfires, wave feathers, and chant to the sacred tree frog.

    1. Considering most of the victims of Indian violence are Indians themselves, particularly women, having no punishment for crime is crushing Indian society. There are no consequences for bad behavior. Giuliani cleaned up New York starting with the graffiti.

      1. …and di Blasio is bringing street violence back by freeing convicted criminals and attacking the police. Indians in Canada already get special dispensation from our corrupt, lenient justice system, and I wonder how much that led to the violence against aboriginal women.

  3. Well, here we are Labor Day, and the communists have achieved their wildest dreams, most of the people are unemployed. Happy, sunny thoughts everyone.

    1. “Labor Day, and the communists have achieved their wildest dreams, most of the people are unemployed”
Unemployed and dependent on da guvamint for their daily bread….

      1. All those PLL working from Home better realize that their JOBs will be out sourced… Why keep them as an employee that costs >35% extra in benefits…A new TEMP staffing Opportunity for someone….

  4. Great Leader continues to have a wonderful weekend at Harrington Lake. He reminds everyone to follow Peking Tam’s orders, and wear a mask when having sex. I wonder if he wears a blackface mask when having sex with Sophie or Gerald Butts.

  5. Further to Spotify and the Joe Rogan episode deletion drama.
For those not aware, Spotify ( a woke company ) paid 100 million for Joe Rogan’s podcast on an exclusive deal, and they have transferred over all episodes except for about 50 episodes featuring figures such as Sargon, Milo, Alex Jones, etc…

Bottom line, they lost 4.8 Billion dollars on their stock value.

  6. The Assassin Who Helped Create the Deep State (Charles Guiteau / President Garfield)
    – Robert Spencer

Conclusion: The spoils system may be better than the meritocratic method of hiring civil servants. I was very surprised but it’s a viable argument.

Would not government work more smoothly, and the executive branch be able to operate more effectively in the way the Founding Fathers envisioned it would, if the president were able to clear out the employees of these agencies who opposed him and replace them with people more in line with his vision?

Charles Guiteau’s madness helped pave the way for the deep state. The spoils system has no defenders today and has had none for over a century. It should have more.

  7. My brain hurts.

How was he able to change the color of his skin within 2 minutes?
Something does not add up. So who has had a bag over his head, and how had the other one died?
$20 says that police was involved in this orchestrated show and coverup.

  8. Apparently, this is how its done in Sweden.

    “SIMPLICITY OF SWEDISH MP’s.”

    and like this

Don’t know if this is actually true though if it is, it should definitely be adopted for the political class in this country.
One can say that they serve their country as opposed their country serving them.
