  1. Well, I like him
    Great video.
And for the hundedth millionth time,
I am not racist. I hate everyone equally.

  2. Uh, aren’t there white people working for the CBC, thereby making that organization racist as well? Oh, I forgot: those are “good” white people, namely lefties who have renounced their whiteness and are now like Rachel What’s-her-name.

The logic of the left is that it has no logic.

    1. These idiot “white” liberals at the CBC think if they become self-loathing whites their poo will become like air freshener. The more you point out the absurdity, the more they will double down on it.

  3. The new James Bond movie release has been postponed to November 2020 due to COVID – 19 virus.

    1. Ahh what a bunch of wimps and simps:

What’s not to like about a film entitled “No Time to DIE!” in the midst of a pandemic?

The logical conclusion to the title is that one prefers to LIVE!

    2. That’s because China is a large market for Hollywood movies and the box office won’t do well when people have to stay at home because of the virus.

Remember, movies are all about butts in seats.

      1. So yer sayin’ “The SHOW MUST GO ON!” mantra and the ‘courageous character Bond 007’ took a back seat?
Oh the shame on the brand…!

L- Are we a mere 5 years away from the dystopia that out motherland, Britain has become ? Or perhaps less ?

    1. We’re there now Larry. USA also, imo.
Bravo, well done. Ezra Levant in NYC did a fine job telling the world about how free speech is frowned upon in Canada (Rebel News) and other places like Britain (Tommy Robinson) and the USA even (Marc Steyn & Sharyl Attkisson) I really enjoyed that piece, thanks, good find.

  5. During an interview on the draft Climate Law introduced yesterday, the EU VP in charge of the EU Green Deal, Frans Timmermans, accidentally let it slip in an interview with The Guardian [UK] Newspaper that the EC leadership is actually Sauron!
From The Guardian: Hans Timmermans explained, “The climate law was “so important”, because “it allows you to focus on other things without losing track of what you need to do to reach climate neutrality”.
“Even if the Eye of Sauron is on something else for a bit, the trajectory to 2050 will be clear,” he said, in a reference to the dark forces in the Lord of the Rings. “Because we discipline ourselves with the climate law.””

  6. After the impeachment debacle where democrats tried unsuccessfully to try the President for pressuring Ukraine Chuck Schumer threatens two Supreme Court justices over a pending decision.

  7. True North reports that a former UN executive is calling for civil disobedience to force governments to fight global warming.

  8. An Associated Press story says that Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said that Iran TV will be offering “happier shows” for people stuck at home, given the extent of the caronavirus in that country. And the good statesman wants the public to exhibit more of positive attitude in the fight against the virus.

  9. My prediction is that we are headed into a severe recession, here in Canada and elsewhere. Today I am selling all my shares of a high-dividend Canada ETF, and using the proceeds to buy a Canadian long federal government bond ETF. I will be selling more today to build up a better cash position. By the end of today, my small, retail portfolio will be 35% bond ETFs, 20% cash, with the remainder in apartment and other REITs and utilities ETFs.

    1. It’s hard to believe we are not in a mild recession already. The US economy was slowing down before the coronavirus struck. Pollution in China is dramatically lower signalling a drop in manufacturing. Canada is either blockading goods or canceling and delaying major project developments – except inside Quebec.

      But a severe recession won’t hit until 2023 😉

    2. I don’t agree. We’ve been saying for two years that a recession is coming but we don’t know when (could be sharp decline or could be a soft landing). Recent developments are a correction that was expected in April/May but moved forward by the virus concerns and geopolitical risk. The results of the virus are as of yet unknown as it takes many weeks to see how it unfolds. Seems like he’s pulled the trigger early when you have no recessionary conditions in North America whatsoever at this time. I do not like Canada right now, but not just REIT’s benefit from declining interest rates, so do utilities. And if it is a severe recession, REIT’s offer no protection as that’s when the people and businesses that pay the rent to them lose their jobs or their businesses go under and REIT’s offer no protection in a rapidly declining market – they only offer income which could easily suffer from those recessionary conditions. I do not disagree that some form of recession is coming for Canada within six to eighteen months, but I think the USA will take much longer to teeter over that edge, likely 18 to 36 months.

Predicting markets is a fools game, I won’t get involved. I play the hand that is dealt as the game goes on and make judgement calls based on the current conditions. Right now, none of my indicators point to any form of immediate severe recession, but the could be wrong. The best course is to react once it occurs and not just sit on our hands, but it is not occurring yet. I expected severe volatility this week as markets always take the elevator down and the stairs back up and they will be a bumpy set of stairs. Markets in the USA were barely overvalued when the decline occurred – market valuations are more important the index level. Right now, the USA and Canada trade undervalued and earnings at this point are stable. Central bankers are doing their part. I take it as it comes. This certainly doesn’t feel like doomsday yet.

  10. It appears the CBC is basically just parroting what Trudeau says numerous times a day. I hope they win their case.

  11. Word Salad Boy.
    “Military Style Assault Weapons”
    Kind of says it all.
That is the talking point echoing around in the vacuum of our Prime Ministers Head.
Of course the fawning media is too stupid to challenge such blatant idiocy.
Thing is,if such a talking point is the “facts”in Ottawa, what hope is there for any practical governance?
Such word salad is right up there with “Let them eat cake”.
    WEXIT NOW.

The petition to ban DiHydrogen Monoxide is due for a rerun.
And those evil “War Hammers” ,well they “KILL” more people than firearms and why would civilians need such a tool derived from an instrument of war.
Those “Straight Claws” definitely designed for maximum slaughter.
    Liberalism is a progressive disease.
And “Progressives” are the corrosion of civil society.

    1. The Hildabeast is, no doubt, chortling with glee and rubbing her hands in anxious anticipation. “Hahahahaha! Now, my pretties, the party will be begging me to run again! Hahahahaha…..!”

      1. That’s what Sleepy Joe likely meant when HE said “Super Thursday”… Mike’s cheques go a long way and the Democrat coffers are now flush with cash. You can just see where this is going. SHE will run for VP and you know the rest.

Or, just a guess, one of the Obamas will run for VP and SHE will have a nervous breakdown at the Biden betrayal. POTUS would have a field day with that one. SHE doesn’t want to debate him again. So, finally, the Democrat Clinton-Obama power struggle will be over.

This new breakdown of HERS will be something like we’ve never seen before!!

    1. He might rue the day he decided to do some of the things he has done. He might say that he even has a One World Order song
      entitled, in his own words:
“Ewery Wonts T-t-to Woo Da World”:

      1. He might rue the day he decided to do some of the things he has done.

I don’t think he’s capable of that. I’m sure he’s completely devoid of any such emotion or moral sense.

As for the song, it brings back a lot of memories of the summer of ’85….

  12. Very good point, and if bands like their hereditary chief, they can also elect him/her to be a spokesman to the government and in business negotiations. Simply recognizing the hereditary chiefs is unworkable in our society and makes things very difficult for elected chiefs.

  13. Interesting one!

RCMP use of Facial Recognition Technology
    February 27, 2020
    Ottawa, Ontario
    http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/en/news/2020/rcmp-use-facial-recognition-technology
“The RCMP’s National Child Exploitation Crime Centre (NCECC) has been using and evaluating Clearview AI’s software for approximately four months for online child sexual exploitation investigations. ”

Let us review this police doublespeak. They basically said that they have licensed the Clearview AI’s software to “catch sex offenders”. How?
    According to Clearview web site,

Clearview searches the open web. Clearview does not and cannot search any private or protected info, including in your private social media accounts.

That cannot work! Suppose, a child sex video or images have been uploaded online. Supposedly, Clearview can exctract facial information from the images. What next? They have to be matched against something! What would it be?
    According to Clearview,

analysts upload images from crime scenes and compare them to publicly available images.

But is RCMP only uploading images from crime scenes? Or do they upload more than that? What if they upload images from CCTV cameras throughout Canada in order to track everyone? What prevents them from building an all-encompassing database of everyone’s movement?

Ah, why am I even typing this? Canadians do not care and label everyone who questions the gubmint as conspiracy theorists.

  15. Another train derailment. This time in B.C. There seems to be a rash of them lately. Nothing to do with Indians and environmentalists of course. That kind of talk would be racist, and Blackie has already warned Canadians about being racist bastards.
