    The reason works like this.
    Just because you call it a DPA, its two tier justice, in effect if its a company in Quebec legislation will be quietly enacted to give them a get of jail free if they give the government a cut ofvthe action. If however you are trying to build a pipeline to tide water, there is no amount of red tape or legislation that will be enacted to delay or prevent that pipeline from being built. However, in Quebec the perception is that if the legislation was created to save SCN jobs, then the liberals should get on with it and if they don’t, then its perceived that the ROC is trying to sabotage Quebec businesses.

    This is going to burn them.

  48. If it starts to look like bongo can’t hold it together the long knives will be out. He’ll have a lot of knives in his back. The gurls in the cabinet who see themselves as his successor will be chief among them.

    But before that happens it will be a game of chess. Bongo’s game is checkers he’s never been able to figure out those chess moves…like how the queen works.

  50. Speaking of coal fired power plants, Ontario Liberals claim to have just about saved the world with the closing of Nanticoke. Diseases have been eliminated and life expectancy is waaaaaay up, hospital costs waaaaay down!

    The inconvenient truth is that there are over one hundred coal powered generating plants in U.S. states bordering on Ontario.
