      1. Since when is a “telecommuting” Supreme Court Justice allowed by the work description? Can a Supreme Court Justice simply do anything they want … and STILL be a functional Justice? If there is a 25th Amendment that can be wielded at Trump, then where is the corresponding Amendment that will remove a physically, and mentally, dysfunctional Supreme Court Justice?

        It is sad to see this woman behave like a “clinger” … clinging to her leftist gender orthodoxy and wielding the power of her Judgeship … like a gun pointed at the head of every American.

        2. Justice Ginsburg is, I believe, reading transcripts of oral arguments at home, and perhaps conferring with her clerks as to what their research has turned up. She would be doing the latter in her office if her health permitted it, and, of course, there would be no need for her to do the former if her health permitted her to attend oral arguments. I’m not a fan of her jurisprudence, but I think that these are reasonable accommodations. If she had reached the state that Justice William O. Douglas had by 1975, when he was claiming that he was going to be playing for the Washington Redskins football team (I’m not making this up), it would be a different matter.

    However, rather than retire, she would likely choose a cryogenic freezing procedure. They could unthaw her after the next Democrat president is elected.

      1. I don’t think anyone has been successfully unthawed. But I do know Ted Williams wants (wanted) to be the first. I do believe there have been extreme medical treatments involving lowering people’s body temperature. Also, people have survived near-drownings without breathing for several minutes in freezing water. So I suspect they’d love to give it a shot on notorious rbg if that is their only option. And I am only half-joking.

  10. She’ll have to stay on the SC until 2020 so DeMarxists can demand Trump not nominate a replacement in an election year.

    They will have a point of course. Assuming the Senate agrees, he’ll just have to wait until 2021 after he’s re-elected.

    The DeMarxists are all in against the Presidency and the wishes of the American people. That is their great hope.

    Agreeing with Trump on immigration doesn’t get him removed, so they change their position in opposition to their citizens with power as their only end. The GOP should nuke them with their Senate with their majority.

    Anybody who thinks the DeMarxists won’t pass it all with 51 votes in the Senate is naïve in the extreme.

    So, when Marxists like AOC, who prefer their brand or morality to facts, state those who oppose regressive progressivism are afraid or angry, it’s just code for their surety they are “racist,” like Trump, which earned he a RPOS from Scott Adams.

    Add her comments to those of the Palestinian terrorist apologist who use the MF term around Trump to those who just can’t stand intolerant people, iow those who disagree with them with the temerity to present a valid and logical rebuttal to their we are part of government and others didn’t build that. The concept of civil society that decides from their grassroots what kind of institutions of freedom they want is lost on them as top down neo-regents get to decide all of that.

    If elections don’t get their required and moral results, then they have to be repudiated because deplorables and dissidents who by their prejudiced standards are therefore racist, so cannot be followed because that would be, you guessed it, “immoral.”

    How ironic to hear this from the most prejudiced, mean-spirited, ignorant, self-congratulatory, selfish, hateful and fearful people around. They are afraid and intolerant of the present standards of democracy which they wish to change to their benefit, hopefully they say without need for election.

    Don’t like Trump? Remove him. Nullify his election to “save democracy.” Don’t like how he was elected, then change the electoral college. They act like the neverendum types who pine for Quebec separation and proportional representation.

    I hope they are ready for the shitstorm Trump has in store for them as he removes the last vestiges of RINOism.

  20. Has any “neutral” party stopped by Justice Ginsburg’s room/home to see if she is responsive.? If not, you are all playing word games.

    If “Metts” are in peripheral bones, they can be “burned” with a computer-controlled X-Ray device, but eventually whatever the tumor cells release destroys the rest of the lungs. Then things get ugly. I’ve been down that road.

    Justice Ginsburg is a significant portion of our government. If she isn’t coherent, then it is time to bring in a replacement. Otherwise, her aides, friends and family will be writing SCOTUS decisions. [“Ruth, “Grunt if this text is OK”.]
